I had my brake pads and rotators done. Three weeks later I had a flat due to loose wheels. One lug-nut was missing on one tire. Three other lug-nuts on other tires were loose. Very unsafe for a family with two small children. Make sure lug-nuts are torqued after!!

I called to see if they could do the state inspection of my RV and on the phone they said that they could. I went in to get an appointment set and the two guys there said they couldn't do the inspection. If I could give a negative 5 star review i would. THEY LIE TO GET YOU TO COME IN!!!

I've been going to O'Sullivans Garage for 15+ years since I moved to the area. They are great mechanics and have always been helpful with any of the vehicles I've owned over the years. Their prices are very fair and I've never felt over charged. I've referred many people over the years and will continue to do so.

Great shop, been taking my cars there for years for anything that I can't or don't want to do as a hobbyist mechanic myself. Also the only place I'll refer people to knowing the quality/honesty of their work. I've been having repairs done since they were at the old location. Great shop, and great guys. Any shop charges you more than parts cost to walk in and buy at Advance yourself. They charge list price. That's how literally every single mechanic shop works anywhere. So the complaint about overcharging for parts is absurd.

Charges double/triple money for parts...and when complains says "Oh I make money on both parts and labor". Labor job is not good....takes too much time fixing...lie about parts needed. Avoid!

CON - AVOID! Do not trust! Lies about repairs needed. Does not put it in writing. If you've been there, take your car to a reputable shop and they'll tell you what really needs to be done. Don't get ripped off like me.
