I needed a lot of work down on my car to make it safe for me and my family .. I had a great experience with Tony and company at the shop . Excellent work !

Tony & his crew were able to get me in with last second timing, highly recommend!

The workers totally ignored me.They all looked at me and continued working even while I tried getting their attention for help.It was not until they saw me walking away one of the guys were like somebody help her then the person who came gave me an attitude but happy to say I went to the other brothers location and had the best experience ever.

Excellence is waiting for you here! Never doubt what they say. I was his first customer at this location. His brother Chuck is also a wonderful mechanic! The entire Scott family has a reputation for superb workmanship. If they say you need work done immediately they mean immediately. If not they will tell you which part is wearing out and about how long it'll last. Never a push for additional repairs. Any woman who doesn't already have a trusted mechanic should start going to Tony!!!! And tell them Sandi sent you!!!!

Was referred to Tony to have my car realigned after purchasing a new set of tires down the street. After calling, Tony had me scheduled the next morning and quoted the job to take 60 or so minutes. Rather than waiting in the office, I walked down to the nearby Starbucks to get some work done. Just as I was packing up to walk back to the shop, Tony walks in with a huge smile, letting me know that the alignment was complete and that he was there to pick me up. Mind you, this was 15 minutes before he told me the work would be done. He told me it was too cold that morning to have to walk back and even offered to buy me a coffee. I don't know if this is the level of customer service everyone receives here, but I'm willing to keep bringing my cars back to Tony to find out. Oh yeah and the car was perfectly aligned. Go figure.

Poor customer service ! My car spent over a month in their lot waiting for an exhaust system to be installed and get an NYS inspection, as well as a couple of other small repairs. After nine calls and several trips to the location, I decided to take the car back and get it done elsewhere. I had given them nearly every part to complete the job with the vehicle. I had to have my son return again and retrieve the two oil coolers that they conveniently forgot to give me back when I took the car. If they didn't want to do the job, they could have said so in the first place and saved me the hassle. Now, I won't be able to take the car to the Adirondack Nationals in Lake George next weekend. They have lost my business !
