Pulled in for air(all free airs down) when told we were done was told no charge. Definitely will have to use when next set of tires are needed

Waist of time they don t know what they are talking about and charge more than anyone to mounts and Balance and scratch the hell out of my rims always have and always will have high school just graduated kids working on your vehicle with a 50 years old supervisor jacked up my vehicle stay away they talk down on mavis but they are just as bad maybe worse

Grand Premier patched a tire for me that I couldnt find anybody else to do. It was a low profile 21 tire, so i was concerned about damage to the wheel or the tire taking it on and off, but they did the repair without an issue! Tire only had 2k miles on it, and i was quoted $620 by the dealer to replace it, so they really saved the day for me.

Came in for new tires on my new set of wheels. They couldn t get 2 of the locking lug bolts out which is fine, but the other two that they did remove were not replaced. Upon going back to ask why the two were not replaced I was told that it is safe to drive with one or even two missing lug nuts/lug bolts. I was also previously told the charge would be adjusted since the wheels were not changed but I was still charged the original amount. Will not be going back because it is NOT SAFE to drive with a missing lug nut/lug bolt.

Had to go back a few times for a rebalance issue, they were fantastic and accommodating, Steve is wonderful!

Always do a good job. Can be busy as they also have good prices. Back again in 2021 with a new set of tires. Crew did another great job. They can be very busy with all bays working which means Im not the only one who appreciates their work. Back again in 2024. Still very busy, although they took the time to clean up a wheel stud whose threads needed cleaning and used a new nut.

Brought my wheel in for a bend repair, they did a fantastic job for a great price and in under 2 hours. Great guys

Grand Premier has been my go-to for decades. Have gotten countless sets of tires, rims, and even mechanical work done here. Have given them literally over 10,000 dollars in business. Owner operated gem. They set a high bar and strive to achieve it, and in my opinion, reach it most of the time. They get very busy at certain times of year. They can brusk at those times. Gotta be hard to predict how much time youll be there. Plenty of places to walk to while you are waiting for service. You can leave them your keys and Uber off. Other times, you can be in and out in minutes. Previously, I would shop Tire Rack and have my selections shipped here for installation, but now just trust Chris and Mark and their recommendations. They dont do alignments. They send out for rim repair.

I was able to get tires here back in November. Thanks to the suggestion from the mechanic I was able to get the most out of my tires and I got a rotation today for free with a package I received in November I was there for a total of less than 15 minutes they were that quick. I really appreciated that. Always friendly service here

Needed my rear tire looked at. There was 2 nails in it lol. Also another tire had wear and tear so I just went ahead and bought 2 matching new tires and kept two older tires. Reasonable price. I plan to replace the other two beginning fall. The service is fast and they allow you to stand outside the bay and watch everything or you can go inside the business lobby to wait.

A coworker recommended Grand Premier. They were friendly, courteous and quick. Added bonus: no up-selling! They just made a repeat customer.

Seems like every time I go there to get a slow leak on a tire fixed they never seem to fix the slow leak.

I didnt know you could get your whole tire replaced in 15 minutes. These guys are phenomenal.

Fantastic service..They had a huge line , but no wonder they do great work... All I needed was the new TPMS sensors I bought put in on my new Santa Vehicle.. all the other places wanted a ton of money... Even with the long line they had me in and out in Two hours and for only 97.50. good bunch of guys and gals... I am definitely switching to them for my tire needs. And I live in Saratoga Springs!

Extremely happy with the service I received from grand premier tire, I m working on a old 50ds 1.5 ton Chevy with a extremely difficult wheel design to work with, after being turned down from numerous shops with dozens of excuses, grand premier stepped up and got the job done in record time, months of searching for a shop and it took them a few hours to dismount my frozen 74 year old rubber and dispose, every shop can do the easy jobs but the hard jobs show you were the good shops are, I m extremely grateful for the service they provide and I believe there prices are worth the quality work they offer. Me and my family have a number of vehicles and I can say without a doubt grand premier is now our one stop tire shop.

Ive been doing business with grand premiere for almost 20 years that said they damaged my car in 3 spots. I was told Matt looked at the video of the tire change yesterday. When I arrived this morning he said there was no video that was a lie there is no doubt they damaged my car and will not take responsibility for it. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Well never go to Grand premiere again cuz they over tighten your lugs where you cant get them off this is ridiculous if their workers cant remember how tight they go they shouldnt be working they all should be fired I can get my wifes logs off her car cuz theyre stripped out

Incredibly amazing customer service and professional work. I won t take my vehicle anywhere else for tire service. The guys in the garage pride themselves on fast expert service weather you need a single tire or a full set. I go there to periodically or when my Tire pressure monitoring system sounds to have my tire pressure checked. They are more than happy to help you with this and advise against using the Stewart s or other gas station pumps. I ve had four tires installed and it took less than thirty minutes fully mounted balanced etc. I take my mother s vehicle there as well. A lot of services ie tire pressure checks are not typically charged for but these guys really work hard so definitely leave a gratuity if you can. Tires were inflated to 32 pounds, instead of38. Checked torque of lug bolts. Took a five foot pipe on a breaker bar to loosen them. Should I have to check your work?

I always had great luck with Grand Premier until this year. I purchased brand new snows at Grand Premier and had them mounted. 2 days later I had a flat tire and I hadn t driven the car. I brought it back to Grand Premier to have it fixed and they acted as if it was my fault. The car was parked in my garage for 2 days and another tire was losing air. I had to drive back to Grand Premier and waste 2 hours out of my day to have the other tire fixed. Why do I have to double check their work? I spent $1700 and I am very disappointed and will not be retuning. The managers were rude and didn t apologize or own up to their mistakes.

I couldn t help but laugh when I was quoted $260 to mount and balance 4 tires. For reference the dealer charges $129.

They replaced my tires when I had some bulging sidewall bubbles and noticed my rear shocks were shot and replaced them. They lasted 2 weeks before starting to squeak. I checked on them when I changed out my winter tires and saw they had leaked and were completely flat... Brought it back to the shop 6 months later and they still replaced them, free of charge in less than an hour. Pretty impressed, Thanks guys!

Allen was very knowledgeable and kind. Explained my different options and was able to buy and change my tire right then even without an appointment. They checked all my other tires and put back my spare tire too. Was recommended by a friend and so happy I went here. Definitely will be back when I need a full set of tires!

Will never go back Techs are incompetent. They made me sit in my truck as they worked on it and all they did was complain the whole time and talk trash about my truck and my tires right in front of me. All they had to do was Mount and balance tires seemed like they really struggled and were unprofessional do your self a favor and go anywhere else.

My recent experience with Grand Premier, in East Greenbush, New York, brings to mind a well-known nursery rhyme. The rhyme begins, Hey diddle, diddle! The cat and the fiddle, The cow jumped over the moon. I m over the moon about the extraordinary service provided by Mark Stephan at Grand Premier in August 2021. Mark contacted the manufacturer for help with my Hankook Kinergy GT tires, which wore out after only 17,000 miles of driving, despite wheel alignments and tire rotations. The tires carry a 60,000-mile warranty. As a loyal customer of Grand Premier for over two decades, Mark reached out to Hankook on my behalf, to submit a warranty claim. Hankook only offered a discount on their other tires, which I presumed would wear just as poorly. Mark recognized that I am a loyal customer, and he provided me with a significant discount on four Nokian One A/S tires, which I purchased. According to the manufacturer s website, they provide excellent grip and handling in all conditions, which is extremely important for me. The nursery rhyme continues: The little dog laughed to see such sport, And the dish ran away with the spoon. As I drive with my new Nokian tires, I ll keep my eyes wide open for a runaway dish and spoon. With the tires grip, I m confident I can brake quickly or swerve, especially if I see them crossing at a fork in the road. (DH).

Probably one of the worst experiences ever coming from someone in the automotive industry for over 10 years. I came to these guys for a specialty service and knew it was going to be bad news as soon as I walked in the door. The service writer explained to me it was $100 per hour for tire stretching (mind you it says $85 on the wall) . Ok no problem. Drop the wheels off and sit in the parking lot for around 3 hours watching them. After they get to my set of wheels the tire tech spent 47 minutes inflating tires. That was the entirety of the Job. Awesome the tires are done. After I go into pay the service advisor tells me my bill is $250. Because they used 2 people 1.5 hours to change them. I suppose that should be advertised on the labor rate board. No shop in the world charges per person. Buy your wheels off line. You ll save a boat load of money than dealing with these crooks.

Came in for tires today wanted the same a my brother they had no record of him and they blamed it on cash payments u should still have the receipt and when u get home I find I love of metal in my tire that they didn t tell me about if u want work on your car done I recommend not having anything to do with grand premier tire in east greenbush and if I find anything else I ll be sure to put it in here

I don t write many reviews, but just had to because of the service I received. I highly recommend this place for any tire related needs. I just had my second flat in about 2 months. The first time, I was told by another place my tire was ruined because the sidewall was damaged. I brought it to GPT and they patched it. They also told me that the tire had been plugged before, and told me that is only temporary, and they only do patches there-good to know! Today, another flat! I got in line, opened the back and they took they the wheel/tire out and brought it in and took a quick look. They found a chunk of sharp metal in there, which they showed me, and told me the tire was not salvageable. They told me the tire was not available and directed me inside to order a new tire. After speaking with Mark, he directed me to a compatible tire that was cheaper than the one that was installed on the car from the factory. The staff there were extremely honest and helpful. Thanks!

I would like to thank the Great Folks at Grand Premier Tire in East Greenbush. I brought in set of custom rims and tires that had not been purchased from them. They needed to be mounted, balanced and have the tpms sensors programed and put on the car. They treated them with the complete care and precision they would have done with their own products and did not try to up sell me something in the process. They were friendly and the mechanics were a riot. Great job, Grand Premier and Thanks again.

Thank you Grand Premier! We ve been road tripping with a pop up trailer and drivers on the roads kept telling us something was wrong with the right tire. Several people looked and said it was fine. We took it to Grand Premier 30 min before closing time on a Saturday and they found the problem, fixed it in about 15 minutes and sent us on our way at a very reasonable price! Couldn t be happier. Wow. And they ANSWERED THE PHONE. TWICE. A kind real life human. Thank you.

I have used this place several times for both my car and truck. I had an emergency which meant I had to drive to Utica to pick up a horse after surgery....and then noticed my tires were bald on the trailer. They got the trailer in and out same day within a couple of hours and the price was very reasonable.

10+ year customer. Was happy but nothing I wouldn t expect anywhere else. Called before I came in. Asked how busy they were and how long it would take. Was told about an hour and a half tops. So I went in dropped the car off and purchased new tires. I called an hour and 45 minutes later to see if it was done and was told it would be another hour. So I said I wish I knew that because I would have gone a different day or done something else that took more time. Their response was I m sorry my crystal ball broke and I couldn t tell how long it would take. So even if you go there as a loyal customer your just a number and if you want to deal with that then go here...

I had a great experience! Yes I waited longer than told, like any other time I ve ever had a car serviced. HOWEVER although quick the guys did a good job & were attentive to detail. I had new tires installed from Tire Rack. They gave me good money (more than I hoped for on FB) for my used tires. I was allowed to be distant in their garage & they consulted with me regarding ANYTHING pertaining to my Jeep. These guys were recommended by a Master mechanic & I would proudly recommend them to!

I purchased 4 new, quality tires here recently. This was the second time I purchased tires from Grand Premier. The first time I had a flat tire and a hole in the wheel. They went above and beyond to get me a reasonably priced wheel that matched the other 3 exactly. The wheel and tires were installed quickly while I waited each time. Their customer service is top notch and I will return again.

Ive worked with Grand Premier a couple times in the past year. Each time they have been friendly and trustworthy The first time I special ordered tires for wheels I had already purchased. The delivery time was as expected/stated and the price was fair. The install was quick and easy. The second time I had tire pressure monitoring sensors put in my new tires from the old ones. Took about an hour. And the price for mounting and balancing on all ten tires was terrific. Every time I call the staff is always really friendly. As a woman who does her homework and is somewhat knowledgeable, I never feel taken advantage of. I would recommend the shop to anyone.

Gone here many time over the years never had a bad experience. My last set of tires I had to go to Warren tire. It took them 2 hours to mount the tires and they were off balanced. My newest set of tires grand premier did it in 30 mins and are perfectly balanced. They also put my spare tire back under my truck for me. I always recommend them to anyone who is looking for tires

Location isnt great, building/parking lot is in some disarray. Staff are as bad as Walmarts TLE, wouldnt trust them with the safety of my friends and family. They were pleasant but very incompetent.

Have been going here for years, these guys are professionals and always take care of me. I see some reviews complaining about prices but what they fail to realize is that the cheap Walmart tire wont last nearly as long as the tires Grand Premier stocks. They dont carry junk.
