Picked up a screw in my tire. Warren tire had installed the tire and took care of the issue. Unfortunately on the way there the car signaled oil change required so I had them do it, instead of going 2 door down to the Quick lube. Unfortunately the mechanic forgot to put the oil fill cap back and it was a week of driving when I realized the issue. Unfortunately I realized it when the oil soaked alternator failed and I broke down. Never again will Warren Tire touch any of my vehicles.
If I could give zero stars I would. We have tried on multiple occasions to use Warren tire - each time we have dealt with Kyle the manager and his customer serve is terrible. He’s rude and unhelpful. We always try to support local - but will no longer even attempt to support this business and will take our business elsewhere.
They are always happy to help and fill air in your tires or squeeze you in, if able, when something bigger happens. Great service!
Always an excellent experience! I’ve purchased tires, batteries, and had oil changes and NY inspections done here and have always been treated with friendliness, efficiency and quality service. Rich at the front desk has been most helpful, especially in a recent emergency situation when my car was towed in. I rarely post reviews, but Warren Tire deserves a huge thank you for always taking great care of me and my vehicles. Highly recommend!
Called without an appointment and spoke to Rich. He said I would have to drop it off, but he would get me in. I was unable to drop it off and explained to him my situation. Knowing I was waiting, he managed to get me taken care of within 2 hours.... It was really outstanding, considering I didn't have an appointment. I will be using Warren Tire for all my Tire needs moving forward. They are honest, extremely professional, and they know what they are doing.
I get my tires changed over here twice a year. They are always so nice to me. The cost hasn't gone up at all since the hyper inflation started, which surprises me. I also never spend more than an hour waiting.
1st time using Warren Tire, and boy was/am I pleased 😀!!!! Took 1 hour to put on 4 new tires, and do a complete alignment & steering wheel calibration. My car has never rode better since I purchased it! Price was exactly what was quoted... and even topped off my washer fluid! Highly recommend for your vehicle! Thank you to the E. I needed new tire’s apparently. So many local places around to choose from. I chose Warren Tire in East Greenbush and I picked the right one! First off the staff was more than friendly and helpful. Rich at the service desk was personable and also lead me in the right direction in what new tires I should look into but also happily understood that I was looking to go cheap because well I think we all really know why..everything is so expensive currently. Nick was the guy who worked on my car and when they said it would be approximately an hour… it was done in 30 mins. I didn’t feel as if I was impatiently waiting at any point of time, I was surprised that it was done so quick! Not to mention they helped me figure out a sound my car was making. Anyways this is the place to go! And funny thing to mention, the picture below is all Nissan Rogues we’re in the bay at one time :)

I went here for with my 2019 Toyota highlander. Lia Toyota technician told me my serpentine belt has cracked and needs to replace and he said my alignment needs to done also my brakes are low, I felt this is not true so I talked to my coworker and he recommended to go East Greenbush Goodyear. I talked to Manager Rich and he went through all and he back to me and said I dont what they are looking for, he said your brake pads are very good and alignment is good no cracks on the serpentine belt. I trust these guys no more Toyota dealership. Thank you Rich.
The guys at Warren Tire Service Center in East Greenbush are nothing but professional and courteous. I have only purchased tires from them and they helped me choose the best tires for our vehicle. Free rotation comes with your purchase and I have never had a problem setting a appointment for rotation getting in and getting out.

I ve been going to warren tire for over 10 yrs. As a single woman , I feel confident that I m not being taken advantage of when I bring my car in for routine service , or major repairs. I ve had a couple minor issues , with repair needing a repair. But they take their good name seriously and make any wrongs right. It isn t the same as when Gene was there, but Gene was a social butterfly.. LOL All the staff are friendly and try to accommodate even. So I will continue to recommend them. We need to remember, we are not skilled in auto repairs, they are trained and this comes with a cost. I rather pay someone who stands behind their work then someone who says. we fixed that it s something else . One of the owners Eric goes above and beyond!! A huge shout out and thank you to him. Our daughter was home from college and scheduled service on a Saturday. Car would not pass inspection and parts would not be available till Monday when classes started. Rich pulled a few stings I guess, got the parts, and had her on her way that afternoon. You can sense the family like service there and greatly appreciated! Will be a repeat customer.
I needed my tires and oil changed and so I googled near by places. Even with the amount of snow we had today, I was able to get my car in for these two services. Chris and other gentleman there were incredibly helpful, courteous, professional and friendly! Chris went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. I say this because there was a spelling error in my last name and I didn t see until I got the invoice in my hand and he took his time to correct it in the system. Trust is extremely important when it comes to auto repair/maintenance. You want a place thats not going to try to sell you something you dont need and you also want the employees to be competent with the work that they perform. I wholeheartedly recommend Warren Tire for all your automotive service related needs.
Paid over $150 to get 4 tires mounted. And waited more than 90 minutes. One of them was done with a bad valve. They charged me another $10 to fix saying that me checking the pressure when it was flat from their faulty install was the cause. Would not use the place again.

Tried to take me for a ride. Told me my car needed $1500 worth it work, wheel bearing, spring was broken, coil need replacing, just to pass inspection and that I should scrap it. Brought it to Georges auto, $430 with an oil change tire rotation and the inspection. Only thing wrong with it was the wheel bearing. Dont go here, dishonest.

I d recommend them for tire service. Professional customer service. They fit me in as a walk in customer , replaced a damaged tire and I have had no issues with new tire replacement. Reasonable rates and quality work.

Theres a reason why Grand Premier Tire is a couple hundred yards away and is always busy. Warren is not in it for your best interest, they are in it for the sales. Save your money and go down the street!
They were great! My son went off the road and had 2 flat tires on his truck. Ironically he was on his way there to get tires when he went off the road. They replaced the 2 tires and he is on his way to get 2 more. His brother got 4 tires yesterday. Great place to do business.

They ripped me off! Will never go back. Failed my inspection for 1000$ worth of work I previously had done. Then still charged me for the inspection and oil change. That s what I get for going somewhere different when I m a rush. Update: Just finished at another mechanic and just what I thought nothing was wrong that they claimed was wrong. East Greenbush Warren Tire Service Center is definitely a scam.
Brought my car in for an alignment, Mr. Simmons was friendly and very professional, he took the time to explain an issue that prevented them from being able to do the alignment. I was not charged a dime even though they were checking out my car and trying to find the problem for over an hour. I will definitely be back after I have the issue fixed by a mechanic in my family.
Not a good experience there today. Possibly a management change? Loved them for years. Not anymore. Will go elsewhere. Try Grand Premier.

Thought I needed a tire alignment but when they checked everything was fine so they didnt charge me for it. Great customer service!
It hasnt been the same since Gene left but its still our go to automotive service enter in East Greenbush. One time, years ago, this mechanic at Lia Honda told me he wouldnt pass my Honda Civic on inspection because it had leaky seals. Completely upset with that news, I took it to my hometown Warren Tire Service Center where Gene put it up on the lift, inspected it thoroughly, and told me he couldnt see any evidence whatsoever of leaky seals. In fact, he said the area around the seals was bone dry. He passed it on inspection and saved me a $900 car repair bill! He was my hero. There are two lessons to this story: always get a second opinion and take your car to Warren Tire in East Greenbush; theyre honest there.

A different repair shop failed to properly balance new tires causing serious vibration at higher speeds. Warren Tire East Greenbush, discovered problem (poor workmanship); showed/explained problem to me; fixed problem; had me test drive the vehicle to be sure of repair; and, gave me a greatly reduced bill as a courtesy for all my inconvience! Professional, quality service by knowlegeable personnel. Finally! Satisfaction!
