Locked up safe and sound
Showed up early, was friendly, and put my mind at ease.
called roadside assistance for a tow. was notified that the ETA was 45 min. after waiting an hour I called roadside assistance to see when they were coming.they contacted M&D and were told they were going on another call and not going to get me leaving me waiting now for a different tow to come and get me. they didn't let anyone know that they weren't coming.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the rudest, most unprofessional towing company I’ve ever dealt with. They deserve to be shut down, and I’ll make sure the city knows it. What an embarrassment for this company. NEVER EVER USE THEM.

Matt the owner who picked me up was awesome, he showed the value in communication with updates, and if their would be any detour like helping other members of his business. They were all considerate as possible. This business represented a family value mindset.
