Northstar Towing in Evans Mills

My car had a mechanical breakdown last night on a very busy (and dangerous) section of the parkway. Northstar responded quickly and was willing to take me and my vehicle about 60 miles away to my destination, otherwise I would’ve been literally stranded. Danny and Bill were extremely accommodating and very considerate of my situation. I can’t thank them enough for the excellent service they provided!! They really came through and made an awful night much easier to deal with!

I had unfortunately gotten my truck stuck at my house while doing some landscaping.the ground was little more water logged then i had expected. I had called around looking for a tow service and contacted Jason. At the time he was unavailable, but had given me the names and numbers of some other tow services that might be able to assist. Rather uncommon for a business these days, but was quite pleased that he did. I had contacted another service to come and assist. They arrived and stated that they could not help me out and were not able to do the job. Shortly thereafter Jason had called back to see if I was able to get taken care of. Again uncommon but much appreciated.i had explained that another company was unable to help me and was still stuck. He let me know that he would be over as soon as he could to assist. Jason showed up and was able to un stick my truck that was rather deep in the mud at this point and in quite a short amount of time. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable on how to remedy the predicament I was in. I highly recommend their service. Now I just need to fix the yard so my wife is mad at me anymore.

Jason was amazingly kind and friendly, from start to finish. I know I was annoying, as the situation that I was in left me very stressed and anxious. I appreciate him more than he knows!! The best towing company around this place! We’ve used them twice already. Extremely fair prices and all of the employees were very friendly and outgoing. We’d recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

A little tardy on a review but the service wasn't. Spoke with 3 employees, best way to describe demeanor, joyful. Michael was my service mechanic. He went above expectations in finding the necessary part, staying in contact and prompt service. Cost was very reasonable. Please support these folks.

Mike at Northstar made me feel like a priority! Showed up within about 10 minutes of what he estimated. Mind you was the middle of the night on a Wednesday. Very professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem. My Kenworth overheated and in a couple minutes of being there Mike already figured out the problem and found a solution. He even followed me up the road for another 20 miles or so after completing the work to make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend this company for any roadside repair. I know for myself, they will always be my first call if I'm in the area!

They went above and beyond for me. They needed a parts to fix my truck which they had to get from Syracuse or I had to wait one more day. However I would have missed a friend's wedding. Thanks to them, I was able to go to the wedding.

The most friendly service I've had. The person who took my call was helpful, kind and informative. The driver was also very helpful, not only did he to my vehicle, he took the time to check it out to try to help me diagnose whatever was wrong and recommend local service shops. I wish I remembered their names for a shout out. But thanks again guys! I would definitely recommend.
