My bumper needed repair with a tight deadline since we were moving in two weeks. Paul was incredibly understanding and assured us the work can be done on time. He even went ahead and ordered parts bc insurance was being too slow. He additionally went above and beyond what we asked. Paul repaired our 2021 Jeep Cherokee after it was badly damaged in an accident in late July. Through the insurance and repair process he was always reachable, polite, and professional. He saw to it that all of the parts were OEM and every inch of damage inside and out was fixed and absolutely perfect. As usual Paul hands me my gas tank for the dated Kawasaki thats just flawless ! Mind blowing the work i have seen come out of this shop. If you are in possession of anything vintage that needs the correct paint type or code that is impossible to match Paul is your go to. He helped handle the insurance, he met his timelines, he communicated effectively, he connected with the dealership to ensure the safety of the car including having everything recalibrated and recalls and maintenance performed, and when we went to pick it up he had detailed the entire interior and exterior and even put a fresh water bottle waiting in the cupholder! A very personable guy, he took time to review the damage to my car and explain the particular type of damage and the process of repair. This is our second time coming to Ballistic. I got into an accident and had some damage to the front of my car. When it happened I immediately called Paul and knew the car was going to be in great hands, which was a relief in an otherwise stressful situation. He does not skimp on anything, nor cut corners in any way. I am a teacher and asked if we could wait until the next school break in order to minimize time without my car. Paul worked diligently to get the car fixed over this winter break so that I didnt even need to get a rental car. As I have said before, Paul treats his customers like family. He took top-notch care of my car yet again and even took the extra time to detail the interior, remove some scratches and street paint that was in the tire area. I found Ballistic by doing a Google search for bodyshops in my area. Given the high marks, I checked out two places (always get a second or third opinion). The other shop talked a good game, but there was something that i didnt trust about them. When I met with Paul at Ballistic, he treated me as though he knew me and was very transparent about the process, cost and timing. Its refreshing that someone skilled at their craft also knows how to run a business. Paul provided me with a very reasonalbe estimate on the spot. He had my car for 1.5 days as he indicated and it looks as good as the day i bought it. If you are in need of bodywork, big or small, i encourage you to at least meet with Paul for an estimate. Paul did an outstanding job on my car in every cosmetic way possible. From perfectly installing and painting a brand new front bumper to match the original paint on my 2004 STI to an exact match. Installing a carbon fiber lip kit on my car, going above and beyond using stainless steel fasteners and taking his time to make it look perfect. And last but not least, detailing my car that sorely needed paint correction and a few dents removed. I was amazed at his love for cars and the dedication he put into my car! Ballistic Bodyworks made my 2007 BMW Z4 look great and I love driving the car. Ballistic is an AWESOME body shop. Between myself and my extended family, weve had 6 or 7 cars rebuilt there, conditions ranging from dents or scratches, to nearly-totalled vehicles.
