LMR TOWING & RECOVERY INC in Florida

I called for a tow and once the lady found out it was for a heavy equipment tow she hung up. Poor Customer Service. She seem friendly but literally hung up on me. Thx LMR Toeing ans Recovery Inc. Won't be recommending you to anyone.

I called and went over with the lead person who sets up the towing that I had a medium sized tractor with three attachments. A brush hog, post hole digger and a plow blade. He gave me a price of $375. The day of the towing the truck to be used broke down. This person came out and said two trips were needed and the cost is $560 if I paid cash. He also said the items were not as I had stated which was wrong on his part. I paid the $560 because I needed the tractor at home. Of course I won't use their services again.

Yesterday, my car broke down or starter not working either and they called my fiance for me and they asked him what's wrong with my car and told us that a towing truck will be right there in 15 mins at Kohl's in Middletown and a driver arrived on time and he did a very good job and careful with my car. He dropped my car off at a mechanic shop which is closed and we found that a mechanic shop have a drop key service box. He is a very nice, friendly and patience driver! Tell Mike hello! I will recommend this to anyone and friend or family members!

They are great people. I have my own tow truck an got stuck in the soggy mud. Called these guys and they were there within 15 minutes. The driver was very friendly an the price was really good. I would recommend them to anyone. Top notch service.

I Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow. My truck broke down on the side of 17 in Goshen at midnight and I called LMR towing after I got quoted an outrageous price from Adamis towing in goshen. The man I spoke to on the phone was very professional and understanding of my situation and a truck had to me within 20 minutes. The tow truck operator Shim was extremely knowledgeable and a fast worker and got me and my truck home with great service in a timely manner and I paid half the price I was quoted from the other company! I was so impressed with this company’s service I got a few business cards and gave them to my family. Clean fast friendly service. 100% recommended best company around!!!!

Last night I accidentally left my car on accessory and killed my battery. I called LMR for a jump and a very nice dispatcher quickly took my info and got someone out to me within 20 minutes! About 30 seconds later my car was running and ready to go. I can’t thank LMR enough for the kind and speedy service! I had 2 cold and hungry 7 year olds that were getting ready to turn on me, but Anthony was our night in shining tow truck!

You would think that your car breaking down on a holiday weekend would be a nightmare, but since i called lmr towing it was quite the opposite. The truck driver, JB, was beyond helpful. He was very knowledgeable about his business and happily answered any questions my panicked self asked. Not only did he respond swiftly, but he also stayed with me till my ride came and got me. I would recommend this company to everyone!

LMR towing went above and beyond for us lastnight, I cant believe the curtesy we recieved on a holiday, and at 2 in the morning. JB, our serviceman, showed up literally 5 min after we called LMR. His first concerns were if everyone was okay, if we needed to warm up in his truck, and if we knew how we were getting home. He knew what he was doing and moved with the quickness. He had our car hooked and rigged up before the taxi even got there. In the little time we had to kill waiting for the taxi he insisted on waiting so we could stay warm. Just a great guy, dude was ready to go and happy to help. I cant stress this enough, call these guys if you need towing service!!!
