GWIZZ AUTO RENTALS in Fort Drum

I'm giving 5 stars because I'm not a jerk. Just because they couldn't meet my needs is no reason to bash them. Just know that they have a 100 mile limit before you decide to go with them. You'll be charged for every mile after that. The agent explained and recommended I go with another agency that meets my needs. I had to travel over 160 miles one way and return. Fort Drum needs another rental agency, especially knowing that people need to travel. Not knocking them, just stating the obvious.

Easiest car rental place I've ever used. I had to extend my rental a few times and they were so helpful and flexible. The price was so much cheaper than other places I've used. I also thought it was amazing they rent to under 25 so younger soldiers can also use them and they are located right inside of the px. I won't use a different rental place as long as we're here.

Cheap rates, super friendly and professional and super flexible. Our car was in the shop and they kept chwnging when the car was going to be done and it was handled quick and with flexibility. Amazing, AMAZING people. Will definitely be renting and possibly buying with them. Thank you again for being so flexible and amazing it saved us so much stress

Amanda was wonderful and fast. I came in for a car photo inspection for my insurance. She even replaced my registration sticker for me and she noticed I needed new rear brakes, bad. Which I knew 😋. I definitely recommend this place!

Gwizz Auto was not only very professional but also extremely understanding and flexible with their services. My car broke down on Fort Drum base and their PX location was convenient and helpful. Due to the initial uncertainty of how long our car repair would take, Gwizz Auto was understanding and able to easily extend our rental. The vehicle was clean and in perfect working condition. The price was also reasonable. I definitely recommend their services to anyone commuting on base.

By far the best customer service I've ever received!! There was a service representative by the name of Joel, attended to everything my family and I needed and goes that extra mile to make sure you are taken care of.

My husband and recently rented a car for a month. They had the best price in the area, and we had a 2014 Chrysler 200. The car was clean and worked perfectly, the price was great, and the customer services was even better. Thanks a million!
