Terrible customer service

This Service was trash they charge by the mile so they send it to the farthest place from you. They also close at 4 PM but their site says 24 hours and they re almost double for everything cost to move cars from their location to another. Never go here.

All County Towing responded to my AAA call for help when my tire blew out in Long Beach @ 7pm last night. Not only did he get to me in 15 minutes but the employee that responded, Erix, was fast, accurate and professional in putting on my donut! Definitely turned a very stressed situation for me into an instant relief. Thank you!

Don t trust these guys. They towed my car through AAA and damaged the rear carbon fiber diffuser. The owner is a DH who wants to inconvenience you after they caused the damage and won t pay for it. I wouldn t hire these shmucks to shine my shoes.

Had a great experience with them. Had a flat tire on a major highway in NY. Called AAA and they put us in touch with All County Towing. All County called for my location and in less than 1 hour my tire was changed. Gavin actually picked up the old tire,put it in my trunk and put extra air in my donout. Very friendly and efficient

A family member had his car towed today because the post on the sign was put up late in the day by PO. There was no NO PARKING sticker on the pole. This tow company charged close to 400.00 to give me my car back and pd wrote a ticket. There was a parade today and a family member was marching in it. The PD and tow company work hand and hand and its a scam. They make money off the backs of these hard working families that wanted to see their children March in the St Patricks day parade. And there was no post at all 9am in the morning. There was a line waiting to get their car from these sharks.

I ll recommend this shop to all that needs work done to their vehicle such as body work, mechanic, ANYTHING!! These guys are awesome and put care and time in taking care of your vehicle.

They do not care about servicing for AAA clients, I requested my car to be towed at 11:45 am, called AAA 4 times since the app kept showing me they will arrive at 1:27, 1:39 then 1:54 then SOON the soon meant 3:25 pm. I asked the driver and he mentioned he came as soon as he got the call from his office 20 min earlier. Wasted my entire day. AVOID THEM

Everyone was extremely kind, supportive, attentive and timely. They did an amazing job on my car which was in bad shape and if something was wrong they fixed it immediately no questions asked. Highly highly recommend.

So i just bought a car. I was driving on Meadowbrook Pkwy south today and the car died. I was scared to death. I called and got a tow driver there in like 30 mins. I was crying. I was scared. It was OJ. He was BY FAR the nicest person ever. He calmed me down and talked to me and made me feel so much better. He had me hooked and gone in less than an hour. He is such an amazing person and tow truck driver. I was blessed to meet him. Thank you so much for all your help.

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. That is how great the service, and my experience was, I will never be able to recommend this place enough. They turned one of the worst days I was having into a great experience. All of the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and friendly. Iris helped me through the whole process and explained any questions I had and the men that worked with her were also the same. Carlos and Brian was two of the employees that were beneficial in the transition which helped the process go even smoother. I hope I never have this situation happen again but if I do I know exactly where I am going to.

Great company arrived as they say they would and in time. I scheduled for 9:30 they came at 9:00. They also followed up with me the day off even tho I called 4 days ago to schedule. The transporter was very delicate with my car even tho it is lower than normal ride height and the fee was reasonable

The best of the best

This company is totally ridiculous. They charged my husband $403 to tow our car 9 miles. Initially they wanted to charge more claiming it was 21 miles. My husband had to show them the screenshot from where the car was picked up to their location to prove that it was only 9 miles. They also charged an additional $125.to tow the car out of their parking lot. Can you imagine??? They said it s liability if TripleA come into their parking lot. Be aware of the money sharks at this establishment. Definitely do not recommend this company for any reason whatsoever.

Trisha, Rob and Henry at All County Towing & Auto Body were very professional and understood my concern over the repair of my Mercury Grand Marquis. Trisha was the first person to listen to my need to repair my car. She was friendly and listened to my story. The car had been in a front end collision and had been declared a total lost by the insurance company. Robb was instrumental in reviewing the damage and greenlighting the repair. Henry was in charge of the team who repaired all the damage so that the car looked like new! This company is total ripoff. They charged us $1350 just to winch out the trailer out of grass off the highway exit. It didnt take no more than 10 mins and they were located just 2 miles down the road from the towing location. Please be aware of this company

they arrived fast but charged a cleanup fee but I watched there was absolutely no clean up. also charged a storage fee when the car was parked on a public street. Beware

I recently dealt with Joe at All County Towing. Joe is an absolute gentleman, and I was treated very fairly by All County. It was by all measures a smooth, easy, hassle free transaction.

Professional towing company. It looks like a very well-run business.

They held my car and kept it for a day and a half at the yard. It was supposed to be at the dealer. Nonprofessional and nasty. It s a scam. They hold your car for more profits while I suffer. The car was supposed to be at the dealership so I can get a loaner to go to work. They told me that he s not taking the car to the service center because it s closed. Service center that I use open seven days a week. I lost two days of work because they wanted to hold my car at their yard for profit. I ve lost so much money because of their greed. The most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. Nasty and disgusting all four flat tire SMH

My husband got into a car accident an damaged his whole entire front end of his truck. I called All county and spoke with the owner Joe told him everything that happened and without hesitation he had someone come an tow my husbands truck cause it wasn t drivable. They did such an amazing job on the truck it looked brand new like the first day he picked it up from the dealership. I d say even better, they are so reliable and they do such incredible work. I always recommend everyone I know to them because I know they will be 100% satisfied.

I am a years long customer at All County and I can honestly say I would never use another shop for anything car related. I use them for towing, body work and basic car maintenance!!!! The staff is always pleasant, repairs are done to perfection and within a very reasonable time frame! By far the best shop in the state! I highly recommend this shop for all your auto needs.

I was recently involved in a car accident that left my car immobilized. All County Towing towed my car off the southern state and quoted me an excellent price to completely repair the entire front bumper, hood, drivers and passenger side doors. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process as well. They also took the time to detail my entire car both inside and out, leaving it looking as beautiful as the day I first purchased it! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs autobody repair!!

Amazing body shop!!! I can t say enough how amazing the service was. An accident is stressful enough and All County was able to handle everything (including my stress!). From the moment I arrived with my 2 year old in tow the reception area did everything from contact insurance companies, help with setting up my rental drop off, keep me calm and entertain my toddler. Their service was quick and exceptional! The car was Immaculate when it was returned. You couldn t even tell we had been hit. The interior AND exterior looked like it had just went through a costly detailing. It was nicer and cleaner than when I left it! I highly recommend their services and have recommended friends and family since my experience who have had the same happy and satisfied results!

The roof on my jeep wrangler has been leaking for years. It has been difficult to find a place that would fix it. Finally I stopped by all county and spoke with Tom and Norberto. They advised me that although its not a service they perform often they would do their best to help me with my problem. They understood my pain we spoke the same language, I needed help and they were there to help. They worked on my truck and repaired my problem. Moral of the story this place does more than body work. They understand cars. Will I recommend their service, its a big hell yeah from me! This is the second great review from me. Theyve did an excellent job repairing a vehicle I own that was in an accident. Their bodywork and paint jobs are exceptional and their prices are easy to work with. I was a victim of the southern state parkway Friday morning, I called all county towing. From the first contact this company was very professional. I wasn t prepared for what was to come! OJ was the guy that responded to my call. As soon as he got there he went above and beyond. He was honest, upfront and you could just tell that he truly cared about me. He didn t look at it as another car or another person. He treated me like I would treat a family member in a time of need. He was quick efficient and handled my car with pure professionalism. We have used All County on 4 different occasions over the last decade. The staff and technicians are beyond helpful, so good at what they do. Today, Rob fixed a stuck piece of key in an ignition, which we had been told by 3 Hyundai dealers and 2 locksmiths would need new parts that could take 4-6 weeks to obtain. He is an angel. I love All County Auto Body. Theyve done excellent body shop repairs on 2 of our cars, came out looking like new.

My sons motorcycle was impounded due to an issue with the dmv not having his Vin number correct after all was said and done the girl that runs the front end was amazing she even helped my son lift his motorcycle into his pickup truck Id highly recommend them for anything theyre cheaper than any other tow company around even for an unfortunate event like this I had NO issue paying them the full amount including fees just to release the motorcycle 5 stars guys great work along with the long beach police department

My accident occurred 2/13/23 and was informed that a certified letter was sent to me detailing tow costs and storage fees on 2/15/23. I did not receive the certified ltr until 2/25/23. If I had received this certified in a timely manner I would have not have to pay an additional $350 storage fee.

This place is ridiculous. They towed my car from an accident scene to their business. When I paid the bill, I realized they charged me for 2 tows. They charged me for towing to their shop and then a separate tow charge for towing from their parking lot to the street.

Because of my location (no actual physical address) my Insurance company couldn t locate my location. AAA was there helping another motorist who had also hit that pot hole and he called All County for us. All County sent a tow truck to help Us. OJ arrived quickly, assessed the situation and got Us safely home. OJ was Kind, Considerate, and Extremely Helpful in getting Us and the disabled car where all needed to be. I would Highly Recommend using this company!! And a special shout out to OJ!! You Were Awesome

They kept my car for two weeks after it was totalled. They did not answer the phone or return any phone calls. The impropriety against insurance company is keeping the car for storage costs; whilst the customer waits careless. Shame on them.

Great towing company.

Well, if youre from out of state and have the unfortunate luck of breaking down, this is the place to break down with. Travelled from Massachusetts to Long Island for my sons lacrosse tournament when the alternator decides to die on Friday night. These guys went above and beyond to take care of us; towed the truck from the hotel to their location in Farmingdale and had someone come in on Saturday to install a new alternator so that we could be back up and running Sunday after his games for the ride home. Im thinking Im at their mercy pricewise but when I got the bill, it was exactly what I would expect to pay at home for an alternator. Everyone we dealt with from the tow driver, dispatch and mechanics were extremely friendly and professional. Thanks so much!

Broke down on the Southern State Parkway. I called 911 who gave me All County Tow. Said theyd be there in 20 - 30 minutes. And they were on time. Driver John D was courteous and professional. My Jeep Cherokee tire got exploded in the middle of cold thanksgiving day, on LIE highway service road last night, with my two young daughters in the car. James from all county came over and located the hidden opening wrench that could release the hidden spare tire. Big relief for me, avoided a tow! (which also avoided an UBER call due to COVID). James is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kept AllCountyAuto name at his heart. All great experience!

Unprofessional, they overcharge on their rates, and on top of that my vehicle which even AFTER taking care of my parking tickets in court was STILL towed even after freeport took it off the list, they said it wasn t their problem and still charged me almost $300+ and if the vehicle was towed in freeport why would you tow my car all the way to island park further making an inconvenience ? Makes no sense. Don t use these crooks. Would give 0 stars if i could

Do not use their autobody service. They charge u for services you dont need they convinced me i needed a new battery when i told them my battery was only 2 years old. I told then what i need was an alternator. Instead they put in another battery and charged me $217. Well that battery lasted 2 weeks and my car wouldnt run now for the 2nd time took the car back now they say its an electrical problem drawing from the battery but they couldnt find where it was coming from and it would cost me $500 to $2.500 to fix i kindly got my car rowed to my mechanic he put in an alternator and boom my car is fixed which i told them to check in the first place bottom line is they are incompetent and i would mever use or recommemd them ever!!!

Im not sure about these people. They towed my car in and called the next day with a diagnosis. Parts ordered were due the following day. Turns out they ordered the wrong parts or werent clear on what parts they needed. Another day passed until the correct parts were delivered. The next day after the parts were installed I received a call about noises coming from my pump. Now another day to get that part and install it. My car was there for six days for a power steering problem. I wouldnt ask these guys to fix my roller skates. If you have the chance, call someone else for your car repairs.

Paid 700$ for 2 days!!!!!! Plus didnt even know we had to pay- was told was written on paper when in reality nothing was. EVERYTHING WAS HIDDEN. Seriously, you took my money in less than 5 seconds and I have to wait over 20 mins to get someone to put my plates on. SMH. I walked to my car and there was no one around. Anyone could have taken my vehicle. When the guy finally arrived, he had to go back for tools. $325 for 11 hours and cant get someone to do their job.

The person on the phone said storage for my wreck was $25/day; it was $50. They didnt give me my plates, moved the car to Island Park, put it in a field of junks so tight I had to ask the uber driver to sandwich himself between them to get my stuff. The office is chaotic, but towing isnt exactly a business like tea at the Plaza I guess. The cops called them when I was taken in an ambulance. I shouldve had the presence of mind to tell them to call someone else.

I can t say enough great things about Mike and the entire staff here. Someone backed up into my brand new car and I had to get the bumper fixed. Mike made me feel comfortable and assured me that everything would be fixed. He took care of EVERYTHING! He even cleaned my car for me afterwards and started it before I arrived so it was warm. I definitely recommend this body shop to anyone who needs work done on their car.
