No one knows how to pick up a phone called 10 times no answer no voice mail nada.
Ran out of diesel 4 miles short of the gas station towing our camper back on a busy weekend on the side of 81 S, and it was 8pm Bradley missed my call and was the only person out of a 100 tow company’s I called that actually called me back! He showed up and was very professional, he got me filled up enough to reprime it and get back on the road and was very reasonable with his prices, I would highly recommend for anything in the area you call A-Class towing!!
Driving down from Canada and ran out of fuel. It was weekend/after hours and they came to the rescue when no one else would. Highly recommend if you have an emergency. So thankful for their kind service and willingness to help!
The service we received from A Class Towing was amazing. We had our tire blow out while driving from Ontario to Boston on the weekend and we were stuck on the side of the road. Our driver did everything in his power to have our car loaded up and took it to the tire repair shop to have a new tire put on in record time so we wouldn’t be late for our hockey game. Because of his great knowledge, fast, efficient and friendly service we made it to the game on time! Thank you so much for the tow. We definitely recommend using A Class Towing if you want the best service with a friendly attitude!
If we could give negative stars we would. My fiancé had a ball bearing break on his way home after working over night. He was 2 hours away and exhausted and called this tow company as he is unfamiliar with the area and just wanted to get home. He told the guy how far he would need to travel and asked how much. The guy said no more than $500. In a jam- he knew he would have to just pay it. When the vehicle was brought to the repair shop- he was handed a bill that said $795. When questioned why so much more the driver said it was return costs that made it that high. This should have been stated up front and included in the cost he was quoted. This is absolutely taking advantage of a bad situation and as far as I am concerned this was criminal as he refused to unload the vehicle until he was paid. Shame on this company.
Very Professional, right on time and took care to load and unload as to not scrape the ground. Even went the extra mile to fix up a little issue on my other vehicle before we left! Towed from Pennellville to Cicero quickly and carefully. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of towing!
Great service and very professional. Was on my way back from a trip with my family, when our boats trailer had a bearing go. Called Bradley up and he was to me in under 15mins. After a review of the situation, he explained a roadside repair would be safer and cheaper. He helped change the bearing out, saving me a bunch of money. I will gladly call him again for future tows.
I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Bradley tonight when I called place after place that said they were open, but couldn't help me. Rude rude rude! I will never ever recommend them to anyone! I wanted my sons car towed to my home after an accident...the driver got lost and when we contacted him he stated that he got another call and would not bring his vehicle to my home and hung up in us!!! VERY UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!

My dad used this towing service this morning. And it was great! Bradley was super professional as well as nice. My dad was bummed out about having to tow a car in the first place, but Bradley made him feel at ease and in a better mood.

Great guy, very fast service and im not taliking a little tow, he went from fulton to syracuse, and he really takes pride in his job. i would highly recommend to anyone! he went the extra mile towing my mazda, didnt even scrape the bumper unloading since the car has very little ground clearance. even got the car into a tight spot unloading it we all know the streets of syracuse dont have much room to unload a car. very reasonable pricing as well!
After calling around and getting a few estimates I chose A Class towing. I was very pleased; the tow truck arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and carful. Transportation went smooth(in snowy weather I might add) and i would recommend Aclass to anyone looking for a tow!! Thank You -TPB
I must admit, when I first saw the pictures on Google map, I was a little worried about this company. But after calling a few local businesses to tow my car from Oswego all the way to Cicero, he was significantly cheaper than the others. So I decided to go ahead with him. I was still a bit concerned though. After all, you give your car away, along with all that money, and you dont exactly know this guy nor this company. And those pictures could have been from just about anybody, running a little questionable business on the side. BUT, it all turned out pretty well. The owner was very professional and clearly very concerned about ethics, which I value greatly. The owner actually picked me up at my house and we drove to the garage, where my car was. He then dropped me off back to my house, on his way to Cicero. So dont be fooled by the pictures. This guy really does this for a living and answers local 911 calls for the police. So its no some scam. And... he had the best price among the ones I called... by quite a bit.
