We had a leaky toilet, Tyler showed up on time and took care of the leak. He’s fee was very reasonable and he was extremely professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

We recently used Just Service for our hot water heater. They were here within half an hour of our call! The technician was very professional & friendly!! Called Just Service on recommendation of another business and even though they had no appointments available they squeezed us in and John our service person got us all fixed up. Had a problem with a 23 year old Weil-McLain gas boiler. I’m an HVAC instructor in the Army but home heating is not my specialty. I went to Security Supply in Saratoga Springs for parts and advise. They recommended Just Service and gave me a business card. I like to work with local businesses but had never heard of Just Service. Read some reviews online and called the company. The woman on the phone was very knowledgeable and set up an appointment for the following afternoon after I explained it was not an emergency and we had an auxiliary heat source. The technician John, and his intern Will, showed up early and got right to work. They followed a logical process to track down the problem, all the while putting up with my questions and comments. Excellent customer service, very technically savvy, and efficient with their process. I would highly recommend Just Service and I will call them when it’s time to finally replace my boiler.
