We were selling our motorhome, and Wilton truck Center did a pre-purchase inspection for the buyers, for one hour of labor. They did a complete check over and found several things. One being a critical need others could be watched for future. We have the serpentine belt and idler pulley repaired, and the buyers took the motorhome yesterday home

I have been here a few times, used to consider it reasonable. After hearing their owner speak smug about draining a little oil out of my truck and mock me. I'll go out of my way to avoid the place from now on. Here's a clue bud because not everyone is dumber than you. Don't pull the drain plug all the way out! You are not the sharpest tool in the shed. Probably not smart to mock someone while they're sitting in your shop. Could have been a nice review but a little help for a driver in need was to much work for you.
They have full service fuel and an amazing restaurant!!!! I've been here once before and forgot about it. Wish I'd remembered this place because they are great! There is plenty of parking for trucks and free showers if you fuel 75 gallons or more.
Very unreasonable people here. Their goal is to get you in the shop and milk the clock while they charge per hour only. Needed my truck greased which is a 20 minute job and they wanted an hour minimum. For an oil change ONLY they said it can take up to 1.5 hours. Anyone who has done an oil change knows it is a lot faster than that. I would try to avoid this place!
Real nice people. However if you have to have diagnostic ran on your truck. Your better off taking it to Ford down the road. 1200 min bill to have them do guess work.. Ford literally had the truck for two days and had it running.

TO THE COMPANY, YOU NEED TO TAKE OTHERS RESPONSES AND MAKE THINGS BETTER. DUE TO THE FEEDBACK I SEEN FROM COMPANY TO CUSTOMERS I WILL NOT SEEK THEIR SERVICES. IT DOESNT SEEM THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL EVEN WITH THEIR ATTITUDES TO CUSTOMERS COMMENT OF THEIR EXPERIENCES, SMH.
Pm of the guys there is so rude. They charge a lot and then have the audacity to yell at you for no reason. I would give them 0 star if I could.
Worst service over the phone ever, the lady answered the call and wasn t willing to go and check if they have a part in stock, I called back with a part number and I got transfer supervisor to be told that I was rude and call some place else. Some people just don t deserve to provide service, I tried to get everything set up for a driver next day and they don t care. Today there s no more willingness to help.

Love the food at Scottys and for a smaller truck stop they have an amazing selection. If you want a good meal, quiet night sleep, and a clean shower you should check them out. If I could rate them higher than a 5 I would!
Very clean showers. Excellent restaurant. The truck repair shop is definitely the best I have seen so far. I go there every week since 2016. I highly recommend this place. Thats the kind of truck stop thats keeping you in this crazy business that we call trucking and makes you happy at the end of your day.
Eat here today very nice lady at the regester try them the food was great there buffalo Mac and cheese is so good didn t waste anything wil go back for seconds lemon maraing pie was good we have no complaints
worst service ever. dont come here. i was here before closing time but they charged me 2 hours (after hour fees-300$) just for flat tire. even though trailer tire was just flat they forced me to buy a new tire. stay away from them.

Lots of space for professional drivers. The area is clean well kept. If you are passing through, stop by and see them.
Don t go to repair center.. they made me to buy $1000 dollar part ,paying$ 500 for installation., start the truck -the problem still there !! and they told me once I start driving it will go away :))) what a BS..pull to parking lot , got under the truck .,found the problem -install $50 part .,and that fix the problem ! so those mechanics cannot identify simple problem and if they make mistake you paying for it !!!definitely if you can find another repair shop - do it..you ll save yourself money trust me these guys good only for tire change

The Wilton Truck Center helped fix our electrical system on our trailer this morning swiftly, professionally and it was so appreciated. Were preparing for a cross country trip and it was so helpful to have this fixed in a fast and friendly way. We would highly recommend their services!
I have been a truck driver for a little over ten years; notice that we have improved our trucks, technology, regulations, but we forget to improve behavior to the truck driver, especially people who make a living off of that; they know we have limited movement, so no choices but to ask sometimes for a bit of favor like in my case to print registration or insurance and end up with screaming, yelling that insane To management, End of the day, we are humans, Happy Holidays
Over $500 to replace aa wiber motor Thats insane
Arriving around closing time, I needed to have one of my wheels on my trailer retracted. They made me feel welcome even though it was supposed to be closed for more than 5 minutes. The employee was efficient and kind. (Paid service $25/wheel)
Were from out of state. Our truck broke down and they quickly got us in. They werent able to complete the repair but they completed what portion they could do and then referred us to the closest dealership.
These guys are awesome! I had Albany truck repair botch work and Roxbury garage before finding this mechanic by accident. Tom actually knows what he s doing. I know a mechanic with genuine working mechanical knowledge. It s pretty rare. But they have one here. Bring your vehicle here. It s not cheap, in the sense you get what you pay for. So again bring your vehicle here if you want it fixed or diagnosed correctly.

Seriously awesome service! I came in with my husband to have a small issue fixed with the tires of our RV, and let me tell you, this place was the beat possible we could ve ended up at. They got us in without an appointment the very next day, as we needed to leave town soon and were on a tight schedule, which had me in a good mood off the bat. But it was Brian, the tech who helped us, that really made the experience. After a brief wait, Brian not only fixed the problem quickly and properly, but he let my husband and I (who are both very new to RVing) watch and answered all of our questions, even unrelated ones, patiently and thoroughly. It turns out this place sees a lot of RVs coming through, so he had loads of helpful facts and tips to share alongside a generally very pleasant and kind attitude. So glad we found this place!
I would definitely recommend Wilton Repair Center. They went above and beyond to repair a small boat trailer. They not only found parts (didn t fit/discontinued), bought comparable parts, modified my trailer, and replaced dangerously damaged bearings . My trailer is back on the road thanks to the guys at Wilton. A ton of thanks!!!
In the unfortunate event that I needed a tow these guys did just as they said they would showed up quick and towed me to town for a reasonable price

They made of my bad English and charged me over $400 dollars and didnt fix anything but ruined more stuff.
Today came in to get a new tire on the truck. Wasn t told a price when I asked how much the tire was. Was told it ll be cheaper then the bridge stone you have in it now well a bill for $504 later and the same price of a Bridgestone I m not happy. I ve also been fueling here for over a year now and will no longer be. Ever sense about January the fuel has water in it and is about .28 more expensive then the Sunoco down the road. I ve spent about $5000 a month here alone on fuel for the past year only for the last 5 months to have water in it. I won t be coming back. To the reply sense I cannot reply to reply s via google a Bridgestone would of been $435 for what I had new from other tire facilities and not being told a price just that it would be cheaper hoping that the word of a local shop to where I live would hopefully be good and it not. Especially when everyone else is selling the same tire you put on my tractor for $344.82. All together I tried to keep busy local but I guess next time I ll go to the large chain places.

Great place! Clean hot showers. Lots of parking. And the restaurant is fabulous. We didn t need the repair shop,but that is a bonus! And free WiFi! Mark this place as your stop if you are in the area and need a great place to clean up grab a bite and catch some zzzzzz s!

If u dont have to use the truck service, please dont. They charge ridiculous rates, way more than the big name truck service providers. They charge $125 for the diagnostics and one hour labor on top of that just to diagnose a check engine light. When call to ask the reason guy on the phone was very rude. The shop mechanic very awesome guy and knowledgeable about the job.
Great food. Clean facilities. Large parking lot. Only thing is they need to work on friendliness. Like, smile or something. I feel like i get looked at like i have two heads. Maybe they think im a lot lizard lmao.
RV friendly. Non commercial pay for full up at store. Friendly staff that were very helpful.
Watch out for Wilton Mobil truck repair. Minimum charge of $195 plus mileage and taxes after 5pm. Even if I called five minutes before 5. Ill be looking elsewhere next time.

Not Good at all. Stuck in Lake George area with a broken Motor Home Brake line. Wilton truck Center came to my RV site yes diagnosed the problem and gave me a bill for $200. They told me they would go back to the shop and look for the part. After not hearing from them for 5hrs I called them back. I finally got the tele of the parts dealer they were using to which he told me the part is no longer avilable. This is common with brake line for I own 6 trucks of my own. I called back Wiltons and they proceded to enlighten me that they would not be able to fix my Coach. Nothing like Rocket Science to fix a brake line. I believe that they just did not want to put the effort into the job. Another local Garage located on Route 9 fixed the problem to which I was more than pleased.
