Completely trustworthy and honest. This is the only place I take my vehicles because the work is always handled in the timeframe they project, pricing seems completely fair, and there is never a sense of upselling or unnecessary recommendations.
This is absolutely the best auto shop in the Capital District. Supremely competent, scrupulously honest. Been going there for over 30 years, never had a problem, always a good, positive experience.
Saw good reviews, called the place twice never received a call back. Drove past there on the way to the gym and went in. Guy was booked two weeks out and apparently was too busy for customer service or calling back.
Impossible to beat the service quality. I came to them with flat tire on my way to Montreal (traveling with whole family including an infant) and they took no time to fix it, even though they were closing the workshop. They didn’t even charged a penny, even after asking few times. God bless these beautiful souls.
I and family members have been customers of Bethlehem Auto for about twenty years. Service has always been excellent, prompt, and fairly priced. I have never been dissatisfied with any of their service. Moreover, they are always pleasant and informative. I recommend them most highly.
Recently moved back to Bethlehem and needed a place to take my 2017 Subaru for service. Sure, there's a few Subaru dealerships in the area but I really wanted to find a local service shop I could trust for my 2017 Subaru. FOUND IT!!!!!! Bethlehem Auto Service is convenient but more importantly, they take great care of my car. Their service is very personal, great advice, only fix what needs to be fixed and they are really nice people too! At a dealership, I felt like a number, at Bethlehem Auto Service, I feel like family. Great Job! Thanks.

John and his crew always gives honest advice about what work needs to be done and will give an accurate explanation of the issue. He also is able to get the work done in a timely manner and will let me know if he is too busy to get it done within a couple of days. Great place, highly recommend!
I love this garage! John Quirk is honest, helpful, and dependable. Ive been using his services for several years now and each experience has been a good one. He does the routine maintenance on my vehicle and he fixes problems that arise. Hes dedicated. He does what he says hes going to do when he says hes going to do it. Very unprofessional! They never answer their business phone. The owner looked at my car and supposed to give an estimate over the phone. I have been calling him to get the repair estimates but no luck. Very disappointed!
