I came here for an oil change and a tire rotation, I got there at 3:20pm and was gone by 3:50pm! These guys were super fast and did an amazing job! I got there a little early at 3:15 to be exact but at 3:17 my car was already in the shop. They also checked and topped off all the fluids to the car and checked my brakes for me as well. ALL within about 20 mins. Excellent customer service and Excellent servicing! I will 1,000% be coming here from now on for any vehicle repair needs! Thanks again guys!

Cant say enough good things about this place! We were on a road trip from Rochester NY, heading to a soccer tournament, when we suddenly got a flat tire. We found this shop, and they were super accommodating with our tight time frame! They got us right in, fixed the tire, and we were back on the road in no time. 10/10 highly recommend. They are fair and helpful. If we ever break down again, I hope its right around the corner from this shop.

After receiving terrible service at a few places I brought my car I was dreading bringing my vehicle anywhere. So I started reading reviews. I found glenmont family tire to have some of the best reviews so I gave them a shot. Im so happy that I did. Im a female so Im always nervous about discussing my car with mechanics. I have so many times dropped my car off and returned to bad news about more work that they say I need on my car. Got new tires at mavis and left and my windows wouldnt work. And that was just the beginning of a nightmare experience. I thought I could trust mavis being they were the big boys big mistake. So like I said through reviews I found glenmont family tire. I got 4 new tires and an alignment. 45 minutes in and out. Straight to the point and very fair pricing. I appreciate the friendliness of the young men at the counter as well. Very good experience and Ill definitely return. Thanks for being honest guys and doing great work.

This is the most trustworthy auto center you will ever find, they are single handedly fighting the stigma of mechanics up charging and telling you you need work that you dont. If they say your car has an issue, listen.

Honestly, never even had services done. I dont really know cars, so when I called in I wasnt really sure how to ask for what I needed. The guy who had answered the phone was immediately rude to me for no reason at all. I guess me fumbling my question had annoyed him or something? Being passive aggressive to your potential clients isnt a good business practice. I just hung up and called somewhere else

Saturday morning, 7:30 am, tire pressure idiot-light comes on. Pulled off the side of 9W in Glenmont. Tire nearly flat, but still drivable. Pulled into the parking lot at Labarge. They werent even open yet. Took me right away. Found a roofing nail on the tread. Tire plugged and on my way in 15 minutes! The guys that work Saturdays are the BEST!

This shop has experienced mechanics and the shop itself is so conveniently accessible from 9w, so if you are local to the area they always try to help if you are in a bind! On my way home My back caliber had seized and caused my breaks to begin to smoke, so I pulled in to their shop (late in the day, close to closing time ) but once they saw the situation they made sure to help me before they closed up for the day. Decent prices and they dont try to up- sell or make you spend more than you should or need to.

This is a great place to get tires or mechanical work done. Frankie and Tommy are excellent and honest. Their prices are good. Have never had any issues with anything theyve done! Highly recommended, especially if youre looking for good, honest mechanics! Been coming here for years.

I have had this team work on my truck several times. Each time they quickly identified the issue and completed the repairs at very reasonable costs. They even talked me out of more expensive repair options that I was considering. The repairs have been done in a very professional and efficient manner. It is good to have a local repair shop that is highly ethical and efficient.

I ve gotten multiple tires mounted, dismounted, balanced, alignments, and brake jobs done. They re a very busy small business but always do their best to get you in and do great work. They also stand by their work and with any issue comes a resolution. I had a balance/ Alignment job done that didn t feel right. They got me ASAP and fixed it fast, free of charge or delay!!!

These people are HONEST , Ive used theyre services many times , last time a bolt broke off the Alternator causing the battery not to charge , so I had it towed to them without hesitation , they could have gotten me for a new alternator and other unnecessary repairs like allot of other places ( MOSTLY) But they replaced just the bolt , I always feel relieved leaving this Garage knowing I wasnt RIPPED OFF , Thanks for being one in a MilILLION , GLENMONT FAMILY TIRE & AUTO

This is a place you can trust! No bull. You get the straight scoop on your car and cost or service. I always get my tires here, best price around, free rotation. Get my oil changed, and every other thing in between. My coolant light came on in my VW and the manual says stop driving it. I brought it to Frank at LaBarge, he took a look added coolant and sent me on my way. No way I wouldnt have been charged anywhere else. They appreciate our business and we appreicate their honesty and integrity. Five stars isnt enough for this business!

I ran over a screw this morning before leaving on a long day of travel. I have no spare and thought that I was done for the day. In a panic I asked a group of friends who they would recommend to help. Labarge s in Glenmont was the overwhelming answer. I called and spoke to Frank, he said no problem, bring it in, we will take care of it right away In 5 minutes later my tire is fixed and Frank also took care of a sensor problem that I ve had through two oil changes! The guys who work there are absolutely amazing and always have an answer to what the problem is. They re always quick and efficient and have great customer service. Last weekend I had a completely flat tire which I took to LaBarge s. I thought I had a commercial nail in my tire (they told me it was likely a pierce of another car s brake system). They patched the tire, filled all of my other tires with air, took the spare off, etc. The service was friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there in 15 mins and they charged me less than $25. They saved the day. This place isn t fancy but they are my go-to for all tire needs and their prices are reasonable. Would return!

I immediately called LaBarge and they said to bring it right in. Upon arrival, they took my keys, diagnosed the issue - nail - and sealed the tire. All under five minutes! My family has always gone to Labarges in Glenmont for all of our car needs, recently I had a problem with my windshield washer fluid and though the problem was actually just that I needed to put more fluid in, (i m not a car person) the worker pointed out why it wasn t working and let me go with no pay which was incredibly awesome. Today my mom went in with a bad tire on her car, and they showed her what had happened and told us it wasn t a big fix and that we didn t owe them anything. These guys are not only so hard working and amazing at their jobs, but they also charge very appropriately and give the best deal possible for each costumer. They appreciate all of their costumers and give great, fast service!! This place is awesome, you won t go wrong coming here!

I had a slow leak in my tire and needed a simple patch, yet was told by another business they could not patch the type of tire I had. My assumption was that they were trying to sell me a new tire when it could ve been a quick fix. Luckily I left and called Labarge s in Glenmont. I spoke to Frank who squeezed me (late afternoon on a Friday) without hesitation. I was there for a total of 10 minutes, they helped me immediately. Amazing customer service, friendlyness and most importantly, honesty. I am now a faithful customer.

I cant recommend La Barges highly enough. I almost hate to write a review because I want to keep them as my secret gem, but they deserve every star they get. Weve been taking our cars to La Barge for many years, and they provide excellent service every time. The mechanics at La Barge are knowledgeable and honest. They tell us what we need, but also what we *dont* need. If my tires dont need rotating, they wont rotate them. I never worry that theyre going to upsell me or charge extra for repairs that are unnecessary. And, the guys at La Barge are courteous, kind, and generous with their time. We feel fortunate to have them in our community.

I brought my car in to get new brakes because I heard the screeching noise on the back tire. He could have easily charged me for new brakes but noticed it was just an issue with the emergency brake. Instead of me thinking I needed to pay for new brakes, he fixed the issue and didnt even charge me. Honestly and good customer service goes a long way. I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to La Barges next time you need a repair!!!

Brought my car to Walmart to have brand new tires mounted and balanced. There was a shake in my car so I went back to Walmart. Had the same issue after their second attempt to get it right. Then brought my car the Glenmont Family Tire and they fixed the issue within an hour on the first try, and for NO CHARGE! The people at GFT are great and truly care about their work. Highly recommend!

It pays to go to the experts in tire repair and replacement. LaBarge was great when I had a flat on my newly leased vehicle. They repaired the tire and I was out of the shop in 20 minutes on a busy Saturday. The dealership where I lease would not get me in for 6 days, and my local garage told me they could not fix the tire! From now on, I will only go to LaBarge.

I ve been going to LaBarge s Glenmont for years for all my auto needs and I trust them completely and won t go anywhere else. They are honest and fair in their pricing which is hard to find with auto mechanics these days, especially for a woman coming in by herself who knows nothing about cars. The last time I was driving up from NYC the splash guard underneath my car broke off and was dragging. I was only supposed to be in Albany for a few hours and I called LaBarge s and they fit me in at the last minute to fix my splash guard. They always take good care of their customers and it is much appreciated! Frank is especially helpful and remembers me every time I go in. Thanks LaBarge s!!

We have used this business a few times for concerns relating to our tires and have had great service each time. Reliable and fairly priced- I would not hesitate to go there again.

Appears I had a issue with Brand new tires that were not purchased from this shop, technician Chris was able to identify that the Aluminum wheel did not have the correct weights causing the truck to have excessive shaking. Tires were re balanced and the shaking is gone. Service advisor Frank was very professional and got me in the shop right away. I know were I am buying my next set of tires. These are tire people who clearly know what there doing.

Just had a Christmas miracle at this place. Seriously they were amazing! I had bent a rim on a terrible pot hole and was sure I would need to buy a wheel and a tire. They were able to bend the wheel back and save the tire. They have always been kind and quick and I have been going here for a couple of years. But today they really helped me out. As a working single mom I was really worried about this breaking the bank before Christmas. They fixed everything very quickly and at the end said don t worry about it! Absolutely restored my faith in humanity. Solidly recommend!

I just snapped the stem off my tire and these guys fixed it in no time as a walk in. While I was there they also checked my other tires and let me know what work I needed on my car. They were all so nice and honest, would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Saw the good reviews on here. Went myself for an oil change (synthetic), inspection and tires. Cost was reasonable, Tom (the owner) was super friendly and informative about the tire options. They have a great in-shop warranty on their tires. The synthetic oil change was $15 cheaper than the one I got earlier this year up in Waterford. Highly recommend. Updated - Went back 9 months after I bought my tires, there was a puncture in one, they fixed it for free. Great place!

They gave me a great price on a terrible brake job. I had to have it redone at another shop for more than the original work and they reused the parts. When I complained about it, I had to argue. When the employee finally agreed that there might be an issue, only then did he tell me to come back and talk to the owner. Had to argue again with owner who tried to claim that I should have known that brake job doesnt mean replace all the pads, even the emergency-brake pads. After that fight, he gave me $100 credit if Im ever foolish enough to let them touch our cars again.
