Whitemans collision center is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! We have used them several times and they do everything as timely as possible, and keep the vehicle owners informed as to the progress of the repair. Our last time here was in July 2022 due to a rear end collision. The liftgate was going to be a challenge as none were available in the US. Whitemans fast tracked things so the next one available would be theirs. Within days of learning none was available, they had one. They are conscious of insurance rental parameters and do their best to work within them. And they also found a faulty hood latch that we didnt even know we had when we bought it!!! They are thorough and will not put a customer into an unsafe vehicle. I am so grateful there is such a high caliber collision center around my area.

Unfortunately I hit a deer on the way home several weeks ago, which caused significant damage to my 2020 Colorado. Took my truck directly over to Whiteman Collision that same day where they took a quick look and suggested I plan on dropping it off that following Monday after coordinating it with my insurance company. I called my insurance Rep that evening and they contacted Ken, the manager, to coordinate the repair. I dropped off my vehicle that Monday morning. Couple of things that really impressed me first, Ken obviously had a conversation with the insurance agent before my arrival beyond the nuts and bolts of the job at hand, he assured me that the work would be done in time for my vacation, which I had only mentioned to the agent. Second, while my truck was at his shop, I received a daily text update, so never had to call them to see if the job was on track. Third, and this is a biggie, Suzanne called me today to tell me that my truck was done that s 2 days early and that never happens! Truck looks like new and I could not be happier with my Whiteman Collision Center experience. Thanks much!

They constantly multi-task in a very busy shop, handling so many details with finesse and such warm personalities and certainly turn an unfortunate experience (your damaged vehicle) into a pleasant and easy fix, all while strictly adhering to safety protocol in regards to sanitizing & social distancing due to the covid pandemic. The hugely successful toy drive for children shows how much they care about the community. They went way above & beyond and they truly shine as the star atop the Whiteman Chevrolet Christmas tree. I also deeply appreciate the skills of the collision center techs flawlessly rebuilding my vehicle, all during a time of year when it must be bitterly cold to work in that garage. I applaude everyone in the collision center who make teamwork and customers their top priority. I ve said it before and I could say it a hundred times and it still would not do it the justice, but if you ever need collision work done on your vehicle and you want to have an incredibly satisfying experience, bring your vehicle to Ken Lytle and the peeps over at Whiteman Collision Center! I have been in my fair share of fender benders, deer benders, Doh! moments on the road, and I am telling you I always leave Whiteman s smiling and with my vehicle looking, driving (and even smelling) better than it did prior. Great people doing great work, making sure that when you get in those unfortunate accidents, you don t need to worry!

Fantastic service! Easy to work with, Ken was very helpful with every aspect of the repair. Paint matched PERFECTLY. They communicated with me every step of the way and also dealt directly with the insurance company.

Had to bring my Cadillac CTS for a damage repair. This has got to be the best body shop I ve experienced through the years. The people are very nice, friendly and transparent. Most importantly the car came out great. They matched my 3 year old cars paint and I cannot tell where they blended it at all. Best body shop in the north country. Bring your car here.

I had my first ever car accident which was not a fun experience and especially since my car is also used for my business. My Adjuster recommended Whiteman Collision Center, noting they had the best and most skilled people in the industry locally and he was spot on. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a smile from the office manager and both her and the Shop Manager put me at ease and assured me my car would be like new again in just a short time. They even arranged for me to get into a rental car which also lessened the burden. During the repairs, I was sent daily pictures on my phone of the progress of the car. Upon picking it up, not only did it look like a brand new car on the outside, but the shop personnel had also cleaned the entire Interior of the Car. The Shop Manager I have to give extra props to, he was very attentive to my needs and took extra special care of me and my car before and after the repair. I would recommend Whiteman Collision Center to anybody that has had an Accident or Needs Body Work done, no matter the make of your car. They have very clean facilities and offer the very best in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. I will be back should I ever need services again in the future.
