George has been amazing to me and my family since we have been customers (we’ve had several cars he has worked on). He was recommended to me by a friend who was a mechanic that worked at a dealership. He won’t say your vehicle needs work or parts if it doesn’t, and that’s rare to find someone like that. Honest and very fair prices. 5 stars to him and Leroy at Acme Towing!

He cut off my catalytic converter and I only found out when I went to get my car inspected. Turns out there's precious metals in those and you can get lots of money at a scrap metal business for them. The first couple times I went the service was great. He's been failing for months and I only went to that location because of it's proximity to my apartment. DO NOT RECOMMEND! EDIT: Not a bot. Considering you're the last shop I went to before getting my car inspected, and my seeing the lack of a converter, it was definitely you. No point in reaching out when you never return calls anyway.

The gentleman who runs this place is such a wonderful person! Went in for routine oil change and state inspection. Shortly after I dropped my car off, I lost my wallet and flipped out! I came back to shop, he took it down off the lift for me to look for my wallet and even checked the cameras to see if I dropped it outside. I ended up finding the wallet, which was black, underneath the passenger seat on the black carpet. The charges for the services were exceptionally reasonable!!!!! As a single woman, going to a shop can be intimidating as I don't know who I'm dealing with, but this guy was honest and kind. He understood my panic over the wallet and was considerate towards me, even helping me look for it with the cameras. He didn't try to sell me anything extra or treat me differently than anyone else. Will absolutely be back, big fan! Thank you!!!

My step son had made an appointment to have work done on his car got a call later in the day say they needed him to run down to Albany to pick up parts for his car. When he got to shop with parts they had wheels Back on and car pushed out side on wheel dollies. That's where the car sat until yesterday even after having him run down to get the parts they broke. When he would contact them to tried and ask when his car would be done he got a reply of I don't know. Finally his car got finished today only way we knew was I drove by shop and saw it sitting out. When he picked up his car he got a surprise they did not tell him about see Pictures
