I Highly recommend them for anything Mobil Audio!! Amazing Customer Service from the front desk to the back of Shop!! I wasn’t even a paying customer and they stopped what they were doing to test a few car audio amplifiers and then went as far as disassembling one to trouble shoot the issue with it!! I had my Grand Cherokee stock radio upgraded by infinite mobility. They did an amazing job giving me the sound I was looking for by changing speakers and adding a sub woofer. I told them that midrange and vocals are very important to me and I need some bass. They put really good speakers in and the midrange is amazing. I highly recommend this place.
I’ve had many things done here to my cars over the years, and each time it was a good experience. I was always highly satisfied with their work. I just had some improvements made to my audio system, and added a subwoofer. They did a wonderful job replacing the speakers and installing the subwoofer and its controls. All of the electrical wiring was done very very neatly. I dropped my car off at 9am and it was finished at 3:30pm. I highly recommend this place.
Got a remote car starter installed today. The guys were friendly, fast, and efficient. I was even charged less than the original quote!! I left with 2 sturdy, well-made remotes. One has audible, which I've never had before. In years past I've had several installs on different vehicles at other shops and have always gotten lightweight, cheap remotes. Found my new go-to shop!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Highly Recommended for Remote Car Starters These guys are great, fast, and reasonably priced. I recently purchased a new car. It did not have a factory installed remote starter. Once you've had remote start during an upstate NY winter, there's no going back. These guys got me in within a week and a half. Once I arrived, they immediately started working on my car while I waited. I figured it would take a couple hours so I brought my laptop to work. As soon as they saw I had my laptop, they asked if I needed wifi and provided the password. I was working along when the tech working on my car walked in the waiting room to tell me my car was done. It took a little less than an hour, he walked me through the steps to use it, and sent me on my way. Great service! I will be back for more upgrades to my car.

These guys went way out of their way to solve a problem I was having with a remote starter. To top it off I showed up without an appointment and it wasnt even a starter installed by them. ( Though I thought it was) Highly Recommend!

My fiance tried to get me a remote car starter here before Christmas as my present, I wanted to go to another place that I always go but they were booked until after Christmas. I saw the reviews and said ok well they start out calling us the day of appointment about 50 minutes before we were to arrive to cancel our appointment, I couldnt reschedule because of my work schedule. So they say come in a half hour later than the original time, we get there and they take my car right in. I look around for a new subwoofer while we were there to be told that my current Amp wouldnt support any of their speakers because they said I had a 300 watt amp, I knew that I had a 500 watt Amp but said ok not going to argue. Then we waited 45 minutes and their tech comes out and said that my wires were not showing the correct voltage and that no remote starter could be installed in my car. Ok I called the dealership whos been working on my car and asked him his opinion while I was in there and he said that they were probably tapping into the wrong wires and there were so many he wouldnt know unless he saw it, something about cann wires, anyway we left I drove by the original place I wanted to go to and they said yes you have a 500 watt Amp not a 300 then made an appointment for after Christmas, I go today no issues with anything and I have my remote starter with no problem. And my new subwoofer with my (500) watt Amp not 300, my point is that they were not professional nor competent and they lost a customer who would have spent alot of money that day and they didnt even care, I wouldnt go back and I wouldnt recommend them and I know that they have almost 5 stars but I didnt see that kind of treatment at all.

FINALLY! A great car audio place. They take good care of your car and do a quality job. Other car audio places will jack up your car, they do not know what their doing and hire anybody. Highly recommend when doing car mods, and upgrading car stereo. Also tint job is A1.

A few months ago, I bought a car without Sirius XM access and, not wanting to live without it and after a good deal of research, went to Infinity for installation of a VAIS adaptor with some hesitation about how well it would work. Bottom line: it works great and Infinitys installation, including the addition of an external antenna, was totally seamless, as if it were there all along. Friendly people and first-class work. Highly recommended.

Great place to do business with. They recently installed a new radio with all new door speakers. Sounds amazing!! They also help me get the remote starter that was installed in my vehicle when I purchased it working again. I wasnt given remotes from the previous owner. They took the time to see which model was installed and provided a new remote and programmed it. They went above and beyond. Great guys to do business with. Thanks again infinite mobility. Had an audio problem in my car. The first place I took it to told me my sub was broken and pitched prices and products at me for an hour and ensured me the wiring in my car was fine. Bought a new sub to find out it was my wiring. This place fixed my wiring in 30 minutes and were very professional.
We had a satellite radio unit installed. It was the price they quoted and it was installed within the time promised. ...a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Purchased car starter, had it installed then was told all the steps to make it work every time you turn off the car.
They could be good if they could keep their promise. Called me twice to see if I am coming. When I got there, guy told me that they other guy is running late...45 minutes late...he looked at me and said he can be here in 45 minutes and we are closing at 5..... It was 2.20. He didnt finish the sentence...but it was obvious that i wont have anything done there today. To bad they couldnt call me to tell me that...found couple other places... DO NOT GO THERE if you dont like to waste your time.
