It's always a great experience when visiting Ray Supply. Whether they have what I'm looking for or not (they almost always do), it's definitely worth stopping in. Their new location is small, but it is inviting and puts the focus on their products. The sales team is great - they are very friendly and happy to offer recommendations.

I love this store because of all the awesome state-of-the-art electronics they have displayed all around, but I truly enjoy going to the store because of all the great staff. It is sad for me, as a musician, to see the music room being liquidated, but I am sure their plans for that room will just as nice as the guitar room was. Love Ray Supply, been going there for 20 years (and I'm 23) lol

Can only speak to their instrument department. Nice selection of guitars (especially Gibsons) and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. They were able to get me a hard-to-find truss rod wrench for my Les Paul. But most musicians don't know about this hidden gem. They should make an effort to increase their presence in this market.
