Really happy with LaPan's service. Our furnace stopped working in very cold temperatures. The house was down to 43 degrees inside as we were headed into a night of single digits outside. Based on the situation, and a real risk of pipes freezing, LaPan's responded immediately, and worked late to baby our furnace to getting the house up to the 50s before calling it a night. They installed a new furnace the very next day. So very, very happy with their service, attitudes, and professionalism. Highly recommend.

We had Kevin come to our home and give an assessment. He took the time to explain the best way to resolve our furnace and hot water issues. The price point was commendable as we received a few other quotes already. From beginning to end, my husband and I can’t say enough good things about this company! Highly recommend!
We have used LaPan's ever since we moved into our home in 2019. We have always found their service reliable and the work impeccable. They have done both routine maintenance for us as well as troubleshooting issues as they arise. This summer we had them install a brand new A/C system for the main floor of our home. No issues and personable technicians. Exceptional work. If we had two areas for improvement it would be that their communication is lacking at times (sometimes totally unavoidable which we understand, but other times just not providing updates leaving us scratching our heads and burning personal time to be home for services longer than necessary) and a change in billing we experienced today. Our technician was only here for one hour - but we had to pay for two as we now are responsible for drive time as well......at their hourly technician rate of $125/hour. This is way above what a mileage reimbursement would have been from their business address (being generous and overestimating the mileage at the IRS reimbursement rate of .67 cents per mile - that would be $30 round trip from business address to our residence and back). It just doesn't feel good - it makes us feel like in an emergency situation like today (no hot water or heat) it was an bit of a ruthless money grab. Even paying half the rate of the technician pay would be a bit much, but maybe more understandable if you factor in wear and tear on a vehicle. We love LaPan's and don't want to make a switch. As a family of four trying to stretch a dollar like every one else currently - we may have to. Overall their work speaks for itself. Their communication shortfalls have been minimal enough that we have stayed as it has remained worth the aggravation. The extra hour at a higher hourly rate of pay vs. a standard mileage practice may move us to another business, much to our dismay. Is this a deal breaker for us? Yet to be seen. But we 100% are unfortunately shifting from die hard, loyal LaPan's customers to now wondering if we need to evaluate our options.
Called this morning because we had lost hot water after a power outage. The folks in the office got me on the schedule within hours. Our tech, Cory was prompt, polite, neat and bright. Took him a short time to diagnose and replace the broken piece. 45 minutes from start to finish and that included the complete explanation he gave on what has happened and showing me what parts he replaced and why. Extremely professional. We will call next time we have an issue.
I called LaPan’s on a recommendation from a friend. I am glad I did. The technician Landry was on time, pleasant, professional and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and explain the issue and the fix for my furnace. The rate was reasonable and I was very satisfied with the work that was done. To have a business that you can rely on is rare these days. I highly recommend LaPan’s Precision should you need HVAC repairs.
I really appreciated the work efficiency and excellent communication demonstrated by LaPan’s staff, especially Andrew the mechanic. Their quick response and quick fix my heating system in this holiday season warmed my family. This is our first time using LaPan’s and now it’s our 1st choice for future HVAC service. Happy New Year!
Did a great job servicing our furnace in time for winter. Technician was friendly, pleasant, and was wonderful working around my home office while I was in remote meetings. Work was done in no time with minimal impact and at an affordable price. Will definitely be using them again.
These guys took their time and the install is phenomenal, neat and they, went so much beyond what was asked I'm very much impressed. As a rule I don't exaggerate in my assessments nor do I post unnecessarily but Tyler and Jim, the install team were beyond measure. I would highly recommend them to anyone asking for this type of service.

Definitely costly for residential but great service overall had an issue with them last year when they came for a check up. When they came for the emergency service, they took care of me due to knowing it was probably because of the previous service that was received. Parts are as expected for pricing labor is just up there quite a bit. I would still highly recommend all the way around!

we initially hired another company that ended up basically being a scam, that s how bad they were. I called lapans precision and they did not disappoint. They were incredibly thorough, so professional and very clean! I couldn t be happier with them. The original company that we hired made some very dangerous errors and lapans caught it all and fixed it all. They truly went above and beyond. I am so thrilled with their service!

Big shoutout to Kyle an LaPans Precision for fixing my ac/ furnace. Called to see when someone could come over to check out the problem honestly it was 15 minutes in a torrential downpour that Kyle showed up an had the problem solved with a Little help from the boss back at the office . Great service, very friendly and so efficient. I recommend them to anybody with a heating/ac problem. Don t wait for other people who promise to come out an never show, LaPans should be your first choice. Price was awesome too. Thanks so much for making my family once again comfortable in this humid weather.

Two other companies couldn t fix my furnace. LaPan s has the professionals and fixed my furnace. I highly recommend them.
They were very prompt, professional and worked to repair our heating system in a very timely fashion. We were having an intermittent issue that they were able to diagnose and replace parts. The technicians were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We would definitely use them again.
Great people to work with
Our furnace quit in January on a Saturday! The owner of the company was there in 40 minutes to assess the problem and get us a temporary solution for the weekend. On Monday we had a new furnace! Professional, courteous and punctual, excellent service!

Great company. Had them replace our hot water heater last year and when our furnace wasnt working they arrived quick and I once again had heat. Very thorough and honest, great customer service - highly reccomend them!
Recently, we were one of the many groups of people who had furnace trouble during that -17 degree weekend. After working with our local fuel delivery company for maintancance, they informed us that our 31 year old furnace was dead (no surprise there) and they were unable to get us a new furnace for a week. A family member suggested we call LaPan s. Although they, like every other company in town were booked solid and their on call technician had been called in and worked every shift for the last month + they called the owner who called us back directly. He found a way to stop by a couple hours later, confirm that we needed a new furnace and help us to decide on which unit to get. Despite being booked solid, he said well what are you going to do with no heat? Let me work with my team, look at the schedule and see what we can do to get you up and running They rearranged their schedule and we had a new furnace the next day. I can not thank LaPan s enough for being so friendly and accommodating and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Thank you Lapan s for being there when no other local business would!
