Had a service call by Kyle. Kyle diagnosed the problem and dug into it. Great skills, very familiar and knowledgeable about our boiler system. Found the problem and fixed it! Great toolset too!

Kyle did a great job repairing my air conditioning. He was polite, professional and prompt. He quickly trouble shot on the first visit, returned to install the new ADP coil , and despite some unexpected difficulties made quick work work of the repair. So glad Thermal Associates has Kyle working on their team.

Highly Recommend this company. Right out of the gate they separated themselves from the competition. Adam came over to assess our aging furnace and AC system. Adam was thorough , knowledgeable and clear-- pointing out issues with the system that 3 other companies in the area had failed to mention to me over previous visits. We proceeded with installation of a new system and they made the process painless from financing to install. The onsite technicians were professional and proficient at their Jobs. If you are looking for advisement on your HVAC system in the capital region i can't recommend these guys enough. We definitely use them on our future properties.

I have been with this company only 2 or 3 years and wow they like to raise the price of service so quick on you when you are on the yearly plan. I told the owner I was going to look at taking my business elsewhere and he hung up on me. I agree with my wife you raise the price on new customers not your existing customers, BUT maybe this company can’t get new customers. Watch out they lie I had full cell service at home the owner hung up on me he didn’t like I wasn’t keeping my service with them. They are very sneaky be careful with this company people very careful. They put in the review I lost cell service that’s how dishonest this company they are so fake.
