These folks are clutch, every time. I am especially fond of Warren at this location, but everyone is good there. Never trying to rake anyone over the coals or sell extra brake jobs. They are honest folks that show pride in their work and their customers. They just shoot straight, charge fair prices, and do good quality work. They also care about how your life may be disrupted by pesky car issues and have more than once been accommodating to make my life easier. Great place to go and get good quality work done at a reasonable price. I'm gonna keep going there and you probably should too. And if you can't drive there, they have a heck of a good tow driver too at a reasonable price.
I brought my truck in with a tricky non-tire related problem. The guys at Warren Tire were incredible. They helped figure out a quick fix to get me home, and initially offered to lend me tools to loosen a couple bolts myself, but then ended up doing the work themselves. They then refused to take any payment for the work (despite putting a solid 20 minutes into it!). If I'm ever in need of tire assistance in the area I will 100% be coming back to Warren Tire.

The folks took me in promptly to check a tire for me. I want to thank them for the prompt appointment and excellent service I received at the Warren Street Store in Glens Falls NY on Wednesday July 26th. I was on the road heading north on 87 when I blew out a sidewall of my tire in an enormous pothole. I called these guys on the phone and asked if I could come in. They immediately and professionally let me know that I should head on over. I got to the shop and they got my car right in with a new tire that fit my needs and I was back on the road in less than an hour. Professional, courteous, outstanding service from the guys at Warren tire. Thank you again guys, you're really helped me out.
Charged $80 more than online advertised price for tires. Still paid for mount & balance on top. Contacted them, wouldnt make it right.

This rambling old red brick building is staffed by excellent, friendly techs who seem to care about their work. Only had a tire change and inspection, but it was fast and accurate. Ill return.

I went to the location on Lafayette Street in Glens falls a few years ago and Ill never go again. I went it to simply have my AC serviced and after that repair they told me my cooling fan was busted and that needed to be replaced. I was quoted around $600-$700 for the part and labor but since I couldnt afford it I left. My car imidiately started acting funny and I could tell drive it far without it overheating. The car was fine before they touched it. I found out a cooling fan for my car only costs $100 at auto zone (they told me the part costs $400) so I bought the part myself and when I had another mechanic go to put it in he discovered that my cooling fan was just unplugged. After plugging it back in he found nothing wrong with it. Warren Tire unplugged my cooling fan and told me it was broken and needed to be replaced. Either they did it on purpose to suck a ton of money out of me or they werent paying attention to what they were doing. Either way that is not something I want from a mechanic. They almost cost me a months rent.
