I highly recommend them as a towing company but not as auto repair. I had gotten my brakes and shocks done at the repair shop back in September and a week later started having big issues with my brakes. Come to find out, both long shoes were put on one side, and both short shoes were put onto the other. My brakes were done so badly it was causing them to rub together and create a burned hole into one of them. The shocks were torqued so much they were destroyed after 2 months. Do not get your vehicle repaired at this shop!!!!

We needed a tow truck after our wheel lugs came off on a trip from VT to PA. The tow truck driver helped us find a repair shop that could see us and fix our problem the same day. Great service! Had a cab big enough for our whole family too.

After breaking down 100 miles away from home towing my boat, I was expecting to have to leave my boat in a parking lot and come back for it after repairs. That was until john broke out his impact gun , put my ball hitch on the tow truck hooked up the boat and we were off! Extremely professional, friendly, and an absolutely saved the day!

My daughters car battery died while her vehicle was sitting in our driveway. We called our insurance carrier and they dispatched Big Ants Towing & Auto Repair to come and jumpstart her car. They arrived promptly, and Jon went right to work with his portable jump starter to jump start her car. He was friendly, professional and courteous, and provided some education as well! Called ANTs Towing & Auto Repair for a battery jump on a frigid cold day when my car didnt want to start, and John came in a timely manner (and positive demeanor) despite the cold. He got my car to start and found the source of what had been draining my battery. Very friendly guy and excellent service, I highly recommend them.

John did a fantastic job towing my car to the auto repair shop. It took a while for him to actually come, but once he did, it was a pretty fast tow. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I worked specifically with Patrick when I had a flat tire. My car is a very low BMW so I was nervous to put it on a tow truck. Patrick was very professional and did his job methodically to make sure my car got on and off the truck without even scraping the bumper. Great service from here! I was stranded on route 32 where my car broke down and Pat gave me a call to see if I was ok and prioritized my pick up given my location. He helped get me safely to where I needed to be and was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Quick arrival, fast hook up, no hassles.

My 1990 Landcruiser was unable to start and I used our insurance carriers road side safety to request a tow. Never heard of this company before but they took my service request. Patrick came within 30mins and was very courteous and easy to engage with. He was very careful to avoid the other cars in the driveway and loaded the SUV on his truck in about 10 mins. I will definitely choose them next time I need road side assistance/towing.

They helped me get my truck inspected and even helped fix my tailgate problem.

Excellent service. Joe left his family dinner to tow us to a hotel on a cold Friday night. He continued to drop the car at the mechanic with all our details. He even looked under the hood and called with a follow up suggestion and a recommendation regarding the repair.
