At full Throttle Repair Shop we offer the full line of Ariens and gravely lawn and garden and snow. we also preform service and repairs for all makes and models of lawn and snow equipment.
Had a snowblower repair last month due to a broken belt. Picked up and dropped off. Repair done at reasonable cost and quickly. Found full tank, oil changed, and snow chute repaired as well. Runs better than when it was new.
Brought my lawn tractor to be looked at because it seemed the governor was bad. Then I paid $100 to confirm my governor was bad. Originally was planning to have it repaired but my wife didn't feel good about the repair and the attempts at upselling to purchase a new one to waive my $100 fee. After all I had to come twice with my trailer to pickup the lawn tractor because the first time I returned they had closed 10 min early. No break offered for my troubles except "we'll waive the tax if you pay cash". More of a dealer than a repair shop in my opinion.
Had a couple problems with my Honda walk behind mower. I dropped it off, a couple of hours later got a text it was ready. Great service 👏
Took mower in for belts slipping. Needed more work no problem. Picked up mower got home tried to cut lawn brake did not work hit gas grill almost took out fence. Took back said the pulleys were the problem. wanted to replace transmission. It seems like the linkage to the brake and the shifter are srewed up
Will never do business with. Will tell everyone not to do business with. Made a deal over the weekend to pick up a mower first thing Monday morning when they open. No questions asked paying cash for asking price. Gave me address and time I changed my work to be their first thing then on Sunday removed post and said sorry I can make more money than what we agreed upon and the reposted for more money. Nice way to run a business. I would run ok. Away from full throttle. Thank you Tom
Brought my 3 year old Yardmax in to be serviced in the late part of the Afternoon. Chris, the owner and mechanic was pleasant and professional. This is what small business is all about, service was excellent and speedy. Had me in and out under 45 minutes the same day. He knows his craft well and listens to the customer. What more can I say, “Simply the Best” Thanks again “Full Throttle Repair Shop”
Answered our call the same day and had a quick turn around time for getting my snow blower fixed - took less than a week. Price was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Very knowledgable and provided great advice for preventive maintenance. The the pick up and drop off service was awesome as well, especially for people that do not have ways to drop off their equipment. Highly recommend.
Called early Spring and got Chris to come out and check out my riding mower that has needed some TLC for a couple years. Was smoking, blades needed replacement, deck re-leveling, & oil change. Chris came out and diagnosed everything. He gave me a quote and got everything ordered and came back out when the parts were in. Got the mower all fixed up, rides & cuts like new now. Was great to have him come right to the house with his trailer so I didn't need to haul it anywhere. Definitely will use them again.
I highly recommend this repair shop. We had our lawn mower serviced by them and are very happy with the service we received. The mower now runs great and cuts like it did when it was brand new.
Chris is an awesome guy, great service. No BS and easy. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
This shop is amazing. Fast service, high quality repairs with affordable pricing. Customer service is top notch. Would highly recommend this shop for all types of small engine repairs
Nice guy. Very honest. Would and do recommend.
The best small engine repair shop in the country.
I reached out to Chris about my snowblower needing a tune up and also having a bent auger blade from accidentally running over something. He text me back the same day and told me he was booked a month out. He text me a month later and came and took the snowblower. 3 days later I had it back and it runs like it did 10 years ago when it was brand new. Very highly recommended to anyone who is reading this.
-All types, all makes and models - Lawnmowers, String trimmers , Chainsaws , Wood chippers , Log splitters , Snow blowers , and much more . If it has an engine on it we can repair and service it ! Direct quote of services from full throttle website; apparently not true however; as they say they don t service power washers which would seem to qualify as it has an engine. Would think no different then a lawn mower with the same Briggs & Stratton engine. Don t quite understand other than maybe they don t want the work, would rate as zero, however, the ratings don t go that low.
I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. No answer
I dont know if they are a real business because they dont answer the phone or voice messages. Anyone can put a picture online and get the google hits...
Great service that s needed in this area! The owner really knows what he s doing.
Awesome repair on my lawnmower. Same day service. Will use again.
I would highly recommend full throttle repair! Fast and efficient service at a fair price! Great to work with!!
A few years ago , FTRS came to my home and repair my lawn tractor, I was satisfied with the work and convenience of them doing it at my home. Minor problem was contacting them to set up the appointment by return calls. But I thought the work was good, so this month I need an appointment and I will give a 2020 review.
Thanks for repairing our John Deere. Really nice people. One suggestion. Would be nice to pay the invoice on line with a credit card.
I am glad they can come to my house to repair my Yazoo Kees mower while all other shops in the region would not take it or have 4+ weeks of queue. Work was done perfectly and worth the money. The fact that they can come to your door is a real life saver.
I was ready to give up on my lawnmower but now it runs better than ever. He cleaned it out, fixed the gas cap, sharpened the blades and explained what was wrong with it and how to keep it going. This was definitely worth the small investment, as what would have taken me a whole day and a lot of stress took him only half an hour!
I spent all morning waiting for them to come just to get a phone call saying they wouldn t do it because the trailer didn t fit in my driveway... poor excuse
The man works magic
Snow blower needed repair. Contacted Full Throttle and explained the issue they scheduled a pickup date and came to my home picked it up and within 24 hours repaired it and brought it back. Emailed me the work order and I sent a check in the mail. The next storm it started like new and cut through the snow with an Icy crest like butter. Can t thank them enough. The cost to repair it was so reasonable. The cost was less then if I had a friend with a pickup help me deliver to a repair shop and then wait to be called to pick up. This is such a needed and reasonable service to those of us that don t have the means to bring the item in.
Chris is VERY knowledgeable and willing to talk through what needs to be repaired. He is also a fair businessman, trying to do the right thing for his business and the customer. Chris fixed my Arien snow-thrower for the price he quoted and in the time he said he would. I recommend Full Throttle Repair Shop.
Fast and accurate service, He comes to you making it so much easier than transporting your mower to a repair shop. Chris was quickly able to find the problem (which was caused by the previous repair shop). Very responsive to email (within the same day)
I called late in the day to see if Chris at Full Throttle could come over to look at my Briggs Vanguard. Even though he was out making calls all day he still made time to come by me & get my Briggs Vanguard running. Friendly owner & very reasonably priced. I called Chris after I had a not so pleasant experience dealing with Emerich.
I had a bad experience. I emailed them using the email address provided on their website and got a prompt response with an estimate. That part was great and seemed promising. We emailed back and forth a few times with some questions and he was very responsive. Once I told him I would like to go ahead and schedule a time for him to come pick up my snowblower, he said that I had to call to schedule because emails get lost and delayed . This seemed a bit odd since we had been emailing back and forth already and nothing was lost or delayed. It is not very easy for me to make phone calls during the day so this was kind of inconvenient. He did tell me I could call after hours which was good but I wanted to get things moving so I texted him. It was only at this point that he told me he doesn t do pick ups in my area and that he couldn t help me. It seems like the address should be the first question he asks to avoid this sort of thing. I would up with a lot of wasted time and effort. He might do great work but know that if you want to schedule a pick up, you will need to do so via phone instead of email for some odd reason. And be sure to ask if he does pick ups in your area right away so you don t end up wasting your time like I did.
