I was having trouble in the past with this Monroe. But with Eric there, I found the place professional and helpful. They worked with me on both getting my brakes fixed so I could pass inspection and on the financing. As long as Erics there, I would highly highly recommend this shop.

Made an appointment with the manager on a wed for a Friday. The manager ended up not even putting me in the books. I show up on Friday and I was looked at like Im the idiot even though he never put my appointment in. Then it took 3 1/2 hours to have 4 new tires put on with new valve stems put on. But oh wait they didnt even put the new stems even though I paid for it.

Today I went to fill up air in my tire and my valve stem broke , I showed up and they realize that I had my two children with me , and made a point to take care of me right away . The guy at the front desk was very nice and polite. However, when he called his boss to try to further understand how groupon works, his boss not only tried to swindle me.He also was rude and hung up on his own employee. I dont know if Ill visit this Monroe again.

Gouged my wheels, and still out of balance. Dropped vehicle off for 6 hours to have them balanced. Picked up and brought back next day 4 hours wait. Beware.

I had tires mounted and balanced at the Scotia Glenville location. It took over 3 hours to finish this task which is about an hour job according to industry standards. A tech took off one tire and went to his car where he napped for 30 mins. Once he returned took the rest if the tires off. It then took two techs almost two hours and 45 minutes to get them mounted and balanced. I watched from outside the garage as the two techs seem to struggle with every step The manager cane out to tell me they had run into problems. The only problem they had with my 2024 GMC is that they were not as smart as the tires they battled with. Once my truck was pulled out if the shop by the second tech with filthy hands and dirty clothes on my unprotected seats i went in to pay for this disservice I told the second manager to would not be paying full price for his shops sub par attempt at being qualified to perform what should be a simple task at a place that says this is in their job description Needless to say if Monroe were the only repair shop in town id buy a horse I can t give 0 stars or I would

Had tires delivered there by tire rack no problem. Took 2 weeks to try to schedule an appt to perform NYS inspection and tires because of a faulty inspection machine and lack of personell. Showed up today and the system was down from national outage. I said no problem Ill pick it up that afternoon. Place says its open till 6pm on Saturday and I showed up at 4:30. Doors were locked and lights off. I had to call for updates during the day twice and never received a call saying I need to pick my car up at a specific time. Final straw. Completely unprofessional shop. I will never bring my business here again.

I needed my tire plugged after running over a nail and walked in on a Saturday. They got me right in and the price was very reasonable! Less than 30 minutes.

While traveling my car developed a vigorous shake & vibration u googled the closest repair shop & this shop poped up! upon arrival the store manager John greeted me promptly & professionally & brought my car in without an appointment when in the shop the shop technician Tim quickly addressed the the issue & got me squared away in a very quick & easy experience unlike other experiences i ve dealt with in the past! I would deff recommend this shop for any of your automotive needs!

Paid for 2 different services, only one was completed. Assistant manager, should never be left in charge. She kicked customers out of the store under the premise that the work you request to get fix, can not be done, via lacking manpower or broken eq.

Don t bother coming you make an appointment and nobody s working at the shop and they don t bother to call you to tell you so you show up expecting an appointment and they tell you they can t do anything.

Brought in a wheel with a bum valve stem, and Jonathan and staff took care of it quickly. Was also due for an inspection and he scheduled it for the next day. Very friendly and helpful. Will be going back for sure! Thank you.

I had an issue with my exhaust system on my 2022 RAM Laramie, I first called my dealership they couldnt get it in for a week. So called my favorite go to muffler shop and asked if I could get my truck in to have it looked at and fixed, they to bring it in but no guarantees it would be done that day so I said thats not a problem and thanked them letting me drop off my truck. I wasnt expecting it to be fixed until the next day but as sat down to have dinner the awesome service technician called and said my truck was done. I will always believe in Monro Auto Services and Tire Centers. Thank You Cory and team!

The new manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I had to get an inspection sticker and they took me almost right away . It was a relief because Valvoline had turned me away because they stop doing inspections at 4 supposedly.

Never again . Tried to charge me $86 to take mounted snows off and replace with summer tires. Last time they charged me $56 tax included. I was suspect when he told me he was going to charge 1/2 hr labor. He finally went in and adjusted to $56. But any other place wouldnt charge more than $40

Been coming to this Monro location for a few years now due purely to convenience of location. Normally have to wait several hours for routine work(brakes/oil/tires) which I dont really mind because the price is right about what I expect. Two days ago I went in at 8am to get my brakes done, I walked out at 9am with fresh brakes and a replaced caliper . Extremely happy with the service I received

Amazing experience! I had a flat tire and needed to get it fixed quick as I had to travel pretty far later that day. The team here got me in at 8am this morning and had it fixed within 30 minutes and it was for an amazing price. Not only was the service amazing, but the people in this shop were incredible and so kind! I highly recommend this shop and I will for sure be back!

This location told me my brand new vehicle just passed inspection due to needing rear breaks. A close friend who is also a mechanic checked and told me this was a blatant lie, and I have about another 10k miles until any breaks need to be changed The. Car has 11k miles currently. They tried to take full advantage and will never go back to this location again.

Very pleased with this location. Always fast, and more important, honest. Years ago I brought them a vehicle for a 2nd opinion on a brake job. They could have just taken the business but instead said it was good to go and charged only a minimal fee for very light maintenance. Here I am a few years later for another 2nd opinion and yes the vehicle needs some work but not as much as their competitors wrote up. In turn they charged less than half what the others tried to hit me for. They made a returning customer out of me and Ill be going to them for more than just brakes in the future!

Never again will I bring my car here. Beware if they make mistakes, they will take the quick cheap way to fix it, leaving you with the bill to properly repair it down the road.

Courteous, Knowledgeable & Profeitient I had my new car inspected since it was purchased out of state. Everything was done in a timely manner. They removed a tire, inspected all tires & under hood then inside car and added inspection sticker to the windshield. They were busy yet managed to take walk-ins as well. I would recommend this particular Monroe on Rt. 50., Scotia. A heartfelt thank you goes out to the crew.

A year ago when getting a NYS inspection I had a similar experience to the poster Stephs. I was told my cars front brake pads warranted the car failing the inspection, and yet, somehow, Monroe was able to pass the car, as a courtesy -- but the brakepads needed to be replaced (I received an estimate). Afterward I took the car to my regular, trustworthy auto shop: The brakepads did not need to be replaced, I was told. Yesterday --one year later -- when I had my regular shop look again while getting an alignment, I was told those brakepads still have life. Besides that, the work environment at this Monroe was unprofessional; I shouldnt be able to hear the young mechanics speaking profanely (not that I care, but it says something about the shop). Years ago, under different management, this was a good shop. Unless something has changed in the past year, steer clear.

Got me rite in swap for tire great price

I went in for a simple tire repair and oil change and ended up being there over 4 hours because they found something that needed fixed. I was quoted an hour to have it done. My car was torn apart and I was at the mercy of the garage while they waited on parts when they reside across the street from an auto parts store!! Disgusting waiting area, terrible communication and I ll never go back!

I am so impressed with the new manager and service team at this location. They always manage to get me right in within a day of calling, sometimes the same day. Very professional and more than accommodating. I own three cars and all of them are serviced here. Whether its a simple oil change, buying tires or a mechanical problem I am so satisfied with the service that I have gotten. Keep up the good work.

Kayla and Jer I believe was the other mechanic working 10.20 - I have to say they were fantastic! Kayla explained everything and showed me the issue! Jer did my oil change. Kayla made me feel so comfortable in moving forward with my repairs. I will absolutely return and recommend. They were so helpful. Friendly, competent and quick. I walked in after dealing with a 5.5 hour wait elsewhere and they got me right in. The new manager is extremely nice and they made me feel welcome and that my visit there was important to them.

I was a walk in for NYS inspection, and one of the only garages around that took me in. Very friendly and fast service.

They inspected my car and literally just made up parts that were needing to be replaced. I do all my own work with the help of a family mechanic. Had my car re-inspected and was advised the indicated parts do not need to be replaced at all.

My car needed work done to pass inspection and Kayla was helpful, kind, informative, and professional.

I live in Rensselaer county and last minute my appointment for a tire installation and wheel alignment was cancelled. It was the only time I dont have my daughter so I frantically searched around until I found this Monro in Glenville. I called and I asked the lady (who I found out is the manager, kudos to her!) If they had any appointments for that day (it was a Saturday afternoon) and no place had last minute appointments. She said yes come on in, I can be seen immediately so I went down there and I asked her roughly how long and she said about an hour so I went across the street to Wendys and it took less than an hour. She was polite and personable. I never had a mechanic say a time and mean it. And the wheel alignment was perfect. I never had to not come back in for them to adjust the wheel alignment because the car usually still veers to the left or right. I will be back and I called to tell the manager I was so grateful. Everything was upfront, professional and quick. Thank you so so much Monro in Glenville!

I ve not had great experiences before. I accidentally scheduled with Monro instead of Midus. My husband goes to Monro and when we ve picked up his vehicle the place smelled of weed and I observed someone smoking a cigarette in the garage not safe. This experience was much more pleasant. The online appt was confusing because it gave me time range. It s not clear that you should bring your vehicle in before. Luckily I did come early. The service was quick and everyone was pleasant. Went in for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, and was excited about not having to wait. About 25 minutes later I was told they were out of Dexos certified oil for my GM vehicle. They did the tire rotation for free, but I was still disappointed that they apparently were out of one of the most basic things they sell. Besides, aren t most modern full synthetic oils Dexos compliant already?!

Recently when I was driving by, I saw the sign out front said, Under new management and since getting my car serviced twice since December, I can assure you the new management is excellent. In both cases of me bringing my car in, the staff were friendly, curious, and professional. The first time, I was just swapping tires and I was in and out in less than 35 minutes. The second time I had to get a tire stem and TPS sensor replaced and again was serviced and satisfied under 45 minutes. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here!

I brought my 2009 gmc sierra in for a bearing change. Also did a 4 tire swap off rims. Tires went perfect. After 1 and a half hours in the waiting room, the tech walks in and explained that he was having difficulties getting the bearing off. I went out with him to my vehicle and looked at the assembly. The rotor was still on the bearing. I asked him if he knew that the threaded holes on the rotor are jack bolt hole and if he tried them. He stated he didnt even know what they were. I moved on to look at the bearing. The bearing bolts were buttered on 2 of the three bolts. I looked at the socket on his wrench, it was cracked up the side. I told him it was broken. He got another wrench and tried again to no avail. He started that he couldnt do the job. I asked him to just put it back together and I would have to figure something else out. Ended up changing the bearing with my brother in 2 hours the next day and for the price of the quote for just the bearing from Monroe. I wont even get into the prove they wanted to charge me for the tire swap.

I had a flat tire on a Sunday. The staff here was so helpful and got me back on the road. I would definitely recommend Monro to anyone.

Females get treated different! It took them an hour for my oil change, but the male who came in after me was out in 20 minutes. They told me a bunch of things needed replacement but my regular mechanic said none were necessary. This is second time I have had a bad experience no more!

My experience with my 2 vehicles for the past year has been quite good. They are efficient and knowledgeable. The mechanics seem to be quite capable as well.

Work was done the same day I called to make the appointment. On zero notice Monroe gave me a ride home, and picked me up after the work was done. I have been going to that Monroe location (Glenville, NY) for about 30 years.

I needed an inspection. Went to three other places before I stopped here he said well take care of you right away Ive got an opening .then to find out I need the brakes to pass the inspection. They quoted me a price I really didnt like it it was too high and then I talked to the manager and he really helped me out on the price. Thanks guys.

Made an appointment for 10:00am and I got there at 9:50. 11:20am rolls around and they still havent started working on my car, I just walked home at that point. Called me at 12:30 to tell me they were starting it. Price was also a little ridiculous, $1120 after i talked them down from $1220. After getting brakes and rotors I asked other shops to see what their price wouldve been and most of them were under by about $250

Took my car to Monro to get a quick emergency repair to a brake caliper done. In the process of taking off the tires the mechanic who claims to be the assistant manager broke two of the security locks by forcing them in the wrong direction with a torque gun (which wasn t needed in the first place since the lug was hand tight). He then told me that it was my fault and that I owe two hours worth of labor at $80/hr. I refused to pay for what they broke. They also claim that the only way to get the rims off is to torch them off which will likely destroy them. Each rim cost $350 which is extremely expensive so they are way out of line saying they were going to cut them. Luckily I stopped them from doing anything else and took the car back. Will never go to Monro again. They will break people s property and then claim no responsibility for it.

THE CASE OF THE MISSING RATCHET. I recently brought a vehicle into this shop because I was hearing a noise when going over bumps. I thought the problem may be a tie rod or strut. The technician brought the car in and quickly diagnosed the problem. He found a ratchet on top of the shock tower, that I had misplaced and left there several weeks before, doing some DIY repairs. That shows the honesty of this facility which is so important. They could have sold me a new strut or steering component and I would have never known. GREAT JOB MONRO!

I called this place late in the day for a NYS inspection and they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. This is after I called 10 other shops who asked for appontments. I am highly grateful for their quick service! Thank You!

they tried to have me pay a ridiculous amount of money on nothing. Then after negotiating i never even got a receipt. I just wanted an inspection.

Went hear to get an inspection and my truck wouldnt fit on their lift. No problem but I had 2 Stewarts gift cards in my cup with change in it in my cup holder. The cards are now not there and it was 75 bux worth of Stewarts cards. I noticed a couple days after as I went to Stewarts and they were not there. Never again will I do business here. Thankfully I grabbed my wallet or that would probably be gone. Gotta love a shady shop where people steal. My truck never went anywhere else and I know they were there.

Stopped to get an estimate on replacing brakes and rotors. Got a fair price estimate. Scheduled work. We will see how their work is when job completed. Edit additional: got the brakes done. Took longer than expected through NO fault of Monro or their techs. Parts store sent wrong brake pads. Twice! Job completed and techs were very helpful. They did their best under the circumstances and still got us out the quickest they could. Thanks, guys!

Dirty facility, terrible customer service, lied to my face. Dropped my wifes car off at 11 am and had an appointment to have new tires installed. Called 2x to ck on progress at 2pm was told tech is on lunch will get them on as soon as he returns takes 1 hr. Showed up at 4:20 let them know wife had to get my kids from sports at 5 pm was told car was completed and it would just be a few minutes wait. Wife got out of there after 5:15. I would find a better run facility for my car care needs!

This place is awful. I stopped in on Sunday to ask about getting my car inspected and they told me that their machine was down. Told me it would be fixed on Monday and to call back later that night for an appointment So I did. I made an 8 o clock appointment on Tuesday morning. And they told me it would be done shortly At 1 o clock I called they said they hadn t pulled it in and it would be ready at 3 o clock. At 3 o clock I went there and they still hadn t even pulled my car in. So I got my keys and left. I wouldn t suggest anybody going here.

Was great in beginning brought my uber hertz rental to get tires done at 9am they said no problem but they have order the tires and will have by 2pm so I left car and said thats cool call to get an update on the job at 330pm he said sorry give him 2 hours it will be done just waiting for a bay to open I said ok I showed up at 545pm and car still not in bay and I asked why he said sorry been swapped and would u like to take the car and I have a flat tire I said no he said have a seat will never come here again

If I could rate zero stars, I would. First, I made an appointment for an inspection at 11am. I had a day off and it would be easier than going to my regular mechanic. What could go wrong, I asked myself?!?! Got there on time. Car STILL wasnt in garage at 12:15. I told them ahead of time that one headlight was out and I thought something was wrong with the emergency brake. After my car was checked out, they proclaimed that ALL of my rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced.....on a 4 year old car! In addition to the emergency brake and light, the estimate for repair was over $1200!! I said no thanks, give me my car back. I paid for the inspection, but they didnt even give me a temporary inspection tag. The next day, I dropped my car at my regular mechanic. I told him that Id been told that my brakes needed to be completely replaced. When he called me the next day, he informed me that there was NOTHING wrong with my brakes (save some minor rust on the outer 1/4 inch of the rotors) and there is plenty of brake pad left. In addition, he said that my emergency brake was fine. I explained that I had checked that and it didnt hold for me. He told me that I needed to push down harder on the brake. So, at my regular (read HONEST) mechanic, my inspection (including replacing the headlight bulb) cost me $40.44! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Beware bringing cars for inspection. I m not a mechanic but they tried to run a 800$ bill on me for rediculous issues, as well as issues I had already taken care of. They said I needed new breaks when the breaks I had are 6 weeks old. Brought my car to local mechanic and they passed my inspection with no issues. I will never trust these idiots with my car again. This is the McDonald s of auto repair.

Place is a RIP OFF, WOMEN BEWARE!!! I went in for the free brake inspection & he told me my front pads & rotors needed to be replaced which; which he could do for $1,131.37 of course I declined the service and went to a DEALERSHIP (go figure) and they charged me half the price. I only have one star because the reception area was nice and warm.

Wanted to charge me 1000$ for all brakes and rotors when I could do it myself for 300$. I took it there to get my inspection and a caliper replacement. I got charged 657$ for a caliper and hose change. They double charged me for a brake fluid exchange. Brake fluid exchange cost 120$. When a bottle of brake fluid cost 8$ where is that extra 112$ coming from! Prices are ridiculous. Luckily I double checked the receipt and got refunded 179$ but still a 120$ mistake that they didn t even realize themselves.

I was here yesterday for an inspection and heard the technician cursing and saying he wasnt going to do any more inspections isnt that your job needless to say the poor manager who had to deal with this dirty scrubby guy told me hes very sorry and refered me to another branch. I wont be going back until that guy is gone....

Overcharge for parts, same pads across the street at advance auto are 60$ cheaper, same with rotors, no way a front break job cost 600 $ for a small crossover..

We have been going here for over 10 years and they have had change in management alot with the past 3 years where we werent thrilled with... but the newest manager is horrible! They had our car for a week and didnt even inform us they hadnt a week after we dropped it off! Prices are really high too... and they are just rude and unprofessional! Dont go here

Next time will wait and get a second opinion on recommended work

Made an appointment online for a state inspection 3 days ago, and got the confirmation email. Great! I get there this morning, only to be told they cant do my inspection because my 2021 car is too new, and they dont have any stickers??? And then said to try again in a week or so. What on earth? And no one called me before my 11:00 appointment to let me know. Ridiculous. Going to try someplace else.

Brought vehicle back after axle seals were replaced and started leaking again. The guy on the counter was on the phone with his girlfriend and acted upset that I didn t want to speak to him while he was on a personal call.

I brought my car to different auto repair shops & my issues were never resolved and dealt with rude customer service along with it. I came here & experienced such helpful and welcoming customer service. Chris was very helpful with telling me everything I needed to know and recommending different options. I was very satisfied with my experience & will be coming back if needed!

Repost- Found out that the service tech did not tighten the oil drain plug and i lost over two quarts of oil. Terrines the vehicle to have the oil re-serviced. Hoping this time the tech checked everything before giving the vehicle back.

They were able to get me in quickly and turn around the service I needed right away. Highly recommend!

I have depended on this Monroe Auto Service location for my car service and maintenance for several years. I have always had good experiences, never been overpriced or oversold services, and my car has never had issues after auto work. The current manager, James, always provides friendly service and explains things thoroughly.

Went to midas on rt.50 for inspection. Failed me said i needed over 500.00 of work. Went to monro passed inspection. Needed no work done. Thank you monro for being honest.

I had scheduled an appointment on a Friday for the upcoming Sunday (30 Aug 20) for a tire mount and balance. Some disconnect somewhere and when I showed up for my 0930 appointment they didnt have me scheduled. After shuffling somethings around the gentleman working, just 2 guys, fit me in and got my tires swapped. With no issues. Its awesome to see people making a bad situation work out. I appreciate both of them and I will come back next time. The only reason for the 4 stars is because of the issue with th4 scheduled appointment.

James and the staff at 10 Saratoga Rd deserve a big KUDOS for the service, and quality of care they have provided to me. The staff of Chet, Rick, Mike and all the others have gone out of the way every time I have visited to get an inspection or service completed.

After years of getting my cars and trailers inspected and worked on in this location I wont be doing business here any longer. Ive given them many chances and theyve done good work for me in the past but today it was yet another disappointing experience. I called a little before 2 pm and talked to someone by the name of Rick. I asked for an appointment to get my trailer inspected, Rick assured me that he couldt inspect my trailer because they dont do those kinds of inspections or have someone that could work on trailer brakes. I hope this gets the attention it requires and this problem gets resolved.

James and Chet were so wonderful. I brought my car in for new breaks and such for the back of my Malibu. Chet what a funny guy. There service is superrrrrr! High recommend them. You need it fixed, they get it done.

First, I ve been a fairly regular customer at the glenville shop for several years now, through 2-3 diff cars. My last visit was to replace my tires with new ones (can t just put one new one on, I was told by Michelle) she helped me apply and get their drive card, which was beneficial at the time. Yesterday I went there at about 4:25 pm, after looking up which shops are open past 5, which monro was...I needed a dmv nys inspection. So I show up, with another woman waiting at counter for a rep. I waited behind her. Within about 5 minutes a man, mechanic, came in, phone rang, he ignored us and went in to help phone customer first (grrrrrrrr)! Then continues to keep ignoring us (no comment, like someone will be with you soon). About 4:40, young guy, Ben comes in and deals with 1st person in line. The mechanic then says to Ben, guess I m outta here now! Without asking what service I might need. I said to him, thinking he might be person I ll need for service, don t go yet! Wait a few minutes. And He just walked away!! At 4:45, my turn, I tell Ben I need an inspection, he looks at me and says his inspector just left. I said, that guy just walked out the door, can you call him back please. ? Ben just stared at me! I then said, you re not going to get him, are you?!! He said his inspectors usually leave at 5 pm. Which is NOT noted on your websites. So I look at Ben, very frustrated and pissed off at his lack of professional customer service and the opposite of the nice treatment I had always gotten here. I walked out, very upset. and he never apologized, or checked if I d like to come back tomorrow. I get to my car and start googling other late closing shops, and realized it s only 4:45!! So I call Ben and say it s not even 5 yet, but you turned away a regular customer! He started making excuses, being argumentative with me, and I just finally cut him off and said, you just gave me terrible customer service and you just lost a very loyal customer! I just bought four tires from here, I am one of your drive card customers and I ll be needing front brakes n rotors soon. You will not be getting any more of my business! Never one word of apology for not helping me. Doesn t Monro train their people on good customer service skills?! Both men failed at that! Too bad Michelle wasn t there, cuz she was their gem. This guy Ben needs to get out of customer service as he has a piss poor attitude! So I m sitting in my new shop now and they will be getting my hard earned money from here on. Bye bye Felicia! I mean, Ben! And Monro. Ughhhh

Kid was literally pouting about mounting and balancing 4 tires, and checking a TPMS sensor. Maybe they are actually good at something else and I was just confused thinking they do tires. Show up for an 11am appointment says to wait around for a few hours or come back at 2:30. Dont worry Walmart can handle it. They had me in and out in 30 minutes. Good job Walmart!

They was grate looked at my suv and found stuff wrong with it . They told me to bring it back to the car Place where i got it It shouldn t of passed. This car in spect ion. So I did. There was. Allot. of codes. On it went. Bad . I couldent believe this my self so i did. And the Dealer going to fix it all for me. Under warnty. At no cost to me . I go back here again. To Munro. Again. Thanks. I needed my brakes done desperately...I was scared to drive my van. I spoke with Michelle yesterday and she got me in today with no trouble. I ve gone to Monroe in the past with different cars and everyone has always been pleasant but Michelle was just terrific. Great customer service, very reasonable prices, and my van is running quiet and safe now. Thanks guys!

Michelle Simons the manager is awesome! The staff here is so nice and friendly. Will come back thanks ! UPDATE: ....4 months later I did follow up and bought my car back for a routine oil change. Michelle was there again to greet and she is still great! Very polite and respectful as were the mechanics. HOWEVER they wrote up an invoice amounting to $3000 in repairs....no exaggeration $3,005.49. Brakes/Alignment/Ball Joints and a couple other minor common repairs. After hearing this I drove to my mechanic that my family has been going to for 30+ years (Highbridge Auto) owner is Walt. After inspection of my vehicle, for all parts/repairs/labor the quote they gave me was $1230......If I didn t drive 5 miles down the road for a second opinion I would have spent $1700 more than I needed to...$1700!!! I just don t understand how these people sleep at night or if the mechanic didnt really have a clue what he was talking about ? I really don t know, but what I do know is I will never be coming back here again. It pains me to write a review this long, especially since the staff there was so respectful the both times I have went, but if I could just help out a few people who actually read this I will feel as if I ve done my due diligence. This is a DISGRACE.

This is the worst place to take your car I took it in from oil change + inspection and I wind up Paying 500 dollars by applying for a tires credit card then they Stoled my red fog lights that I forgot to take off Which he told me he was gonna unplug be very carefully I will never Recommend this place and this place is at Scotia

Their mechanics are great as well, they actually seem to know what they are talking about, unlike other places (Mavis)
