Took me in same day to balance my wheels/tires that Foleys garage wasn't able to do. I was in and out in less than an hour and now my truck is smooth as butter. No more steering wheel vibrations! They use a hunter road force balance (a must for LT tires)
This is not just a tire place; they do quality mechanical work as well. I just had them change my timing belt, water pump, and put on a new set of tires. Very fair price and excellent customer service.
Called up for a 4wheel alignment and to mount and balance two tires, they said come on in and we will get it handled for you. Dropped it off just before they closed and by the next morning my car was done and steering wheel was straight and my car didn’t wander all over the road anymore. Save yourself the headache of going to the “M” chain stores and give these guys a try. I would def do business with them again. Thanks again guys. -Adam in Scotia.
Randy's is the only garage I would ever use to mount / balance tires. They use road force balancing for all tires and only charge for a regular balance. When I can't find the time to fix my car myself I will only let them work on it. Great shop, great owner, great techs who take pride in doing things the best way possible.
I came to Randy's for an alignment, it was my first time. I brought my car in and 20 minutes later, he said he couldn't align it because my left outer tie rod end was worn, he said go get it taken care of and bring it back. He was very honest and friendly, I would recommend coming here.
First visit here today and it was an AMAZING experience! This is the first honest repair shop I have ever encountered in my almost 44 years in the capital district. They all jerk you around and try to sell you stuff you don't need. We paid the dealer (Destination Kia) tons of money to service our vehicle since day 1 and they never properly serviced the vehicle which led to us having to purchase new tires. Randy did an amazing job! The price quoted was the price paid. No upselling or doing work we didn't need. You have earned a customer for life! Thanks Randy!!!
Randy's is awesome! We've been taking our vehicles to him for years. He is super honest and you can bet your last buck he's not going to take advantage of you. I just bought a new vehicle with an 8 year bumper to bumper warranty, so I will miss taking my car to Randy's (but happy not to have vehicle repair expenses!). You won't be disappointed at Randy's!!
Straightforward and honest. I had a great experience at Randy's went visiting from out of town and had picked up a nail on the trip in. Woke up to a flat. Randy's didn't have my tire, but arranged to get it the next day. Easy to deal with, no surprises and excellent service - thank you!

I called up Randys Tire and Service Center because I had picked up a very large screw in my brand new vehicles tire... They were able to accommodate me within the hour of me calling and were so friendly and nice while I waited for the repair to be complete. I would trust them with my vehicle anytime!

After being recommended to Randys by a family friend, I was more than dissappointed at the experience I had. My first visit here was my last! I was quoted $1900 to fix my car, I thought it seemed a bit high, so I visited another local shop closer to my home in Clifton Park and to my chagrin, the total bill was $760. So disappointed in Randys! I mentioned the experience to our family friend and now they are wondering if theyve been getting ripped off all these years.. Shame Shame on them!! I have been to Randys twice and both times was very satisfied with the service. Both occasions I had aftermarkets wheels with tires that required mount/balance/TPMS. Perfect balances and no damage to wheels, which is rare in this area it seems. They are helpful, friendly and stand by their work. Our trucks exhibited slight vibration when we installed the wheels, and Randys promptly got us back in for balance check. They found and adjusted the problem wheel/tire, and the truck is smooth as stock again. Big thumbs up and I will continue to do business with them in the future! Thanks
