I had an old existing review, but I needed to update it: Nick Simon and his team are some of the best in the business. Kind, professional, cordial, and do top-tier work. Hands-down the best body man in the area. Had the misfortune of hitting a deer 2 minutes from my house on my way home from work a month ago, and I was devastated. Filed an insurance claim, got an estimate from Nick the Monday following. Set up a date for December 11th to drop it off and get a rental from Enterprise. A week later, I get a call from Nick saying it’s done, and it never looked better. This is actually the second time he’s done this car, one time a few years ago when another car and I collided on the Thruway, and this time, it was Bambi. Don’t bother with Buanno, Ray Dalmata, or any other body shop. Nick is the king.

I called this auto body shop the night before going and spoke with Nick about coming in to have an estimate done the next day he told me to come in . When i arrrived he had steeped out after waiting there for well over half an hour for him to return he told me he wasnt doing any work or estimates till after the first of year .complete waste or my time a very rude.
