I have been using Mikes Autocare for years and had work done on many different cars. Including foreign and domestic. The service has always been great. You can count on Mike to take care of all your cars. Mike is honest and reliable.

I was broken down on the side of the road with my 3 year old daughter, Mike s son stopped and jumped my car for me. He showed me what was wrong with my battery and warned me that it is very possible that it will happen again. I had just bought the car today and he told me that just from looking under the hood for a minute it does not seem to be in good condition and I should get my money back for it. I have only heard wonderful things about this shop. Very honest and trustworthy!

We were doing a really big road trip with our 1987 s westfalia and of course something broke . We had the best service possible at Mikes auto care. Mike was attentive to our needs during the time period that we didn t had a car and really took the time to do all the repairs we needed to get home safe. My daughter is finishing her masters in New Paltz NY and had her first job interview this morning when her car broke down as she arrived at the interview. I immediately googled automotive repair facilities in the area of where her vehicle was and found Mikes. I called there and they were professional and friendly and put my mind at ease that they would take care of it ASAP (being that I m 2.5 hours away). The car was towed there diagnosed and repaired very quickly and my daughter was back on the road. Prices are extremely reasonable and the team was extremely professional. I would highly recommend this place for any maintenance or repairs you may need. Great experience.

I would give 10 stars if I could. If youve found your way to Mikes Auto Care consider yourself blessed. After a 3000 mile drive cross country, my VW was in dire need of some care. Mike replaced and aligned my balding tires, did an oil change, fine-tuned my engine and my poor, neglected VW is running like new again. Mike is not only a GREAT mechanic who keeps my car in top condition, hes also one of the kindest people I know, a person of integrity and an exceptional human being.

He also put extra time in to get it done as soon as possible so my son could get back to college before classes started. I honestly have to say he knew his stuff, took pictures, and was extremely attentive to the whole car, not just what we discussed. I think he enjoyed the challenge.. haha

I was traveling with my 12 year old son from Westchester to Binghamton. I was low on Window Washer fluid; When I opened the hood I noticed that the serpentine belt was almost gone. I called Mikes at 7:45am, Hani answered the phone and I explained what was going on. He told me that they were not open yet but to come in and they will see what they can do. I got there and Hani offered to drive me to the diner and he will pick us up when the service was complete. I got back and the owner Mike was there and he told me we are all set. Was on a roadtrip this past weekend to rochester NY when my oil change sign popped up. Did a quick google search and stopped by Mikes shop. I had a large group of family members on the trip as well waiting at the closet dunkin donuts. Brother mike had us in and out in a jiffy with a oil change and got my state inspection done as well. Ive lived in the village for over 10 years and have never thought to go to anyone else. Mike and his staff are consummate professionals that work hard and always have the customers best interests in mind. Honest, accommodating, and one of the nicest guys in town (always asks if I have a ride when I drop my car off for work). I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Friendly and efficient experience! A few weeks ago, we encountered a flat tire on our way upstate and found Mikes Auto on Google as it was one of the auto shops nearest to our hotel. When we called the next morning, they told us to bring the car over right away to take a look. The whole process took about 30 minutes - our tire was repaired and we were on our way.

They work is wonderful and price are fair.

My Jeep broke down Route 17 a few miles from Mikes shop. Somehow I was able to crawl into the garage. Mike knew I was desperate and fixed a major issue even though he was very busy. I will be using him again and you can trust that he wont take you to the cleaners. Highly recommend

Ive never been to Mikes Auto but went there in a time crunch hoping they could get us back on the road and they were so kind, efficient and helpful. I got a flat tire on my trailer and was recommended to go mike auto care i explaind i had a flat and just a used tire to make it home .i was sold a bald (NO TREAD WHAT SO EVER) tore for $45 dollars.i could of gone to walmart and got a mew tire for $65.the owner mew i was in a jam and took advantage of that shame on you mike

Mike and his team were fantastic and went above and beyond to help me when i got a flat tire traveling between Litchfield, CT and Minneapolis. Mike found a hard to find tire the same day, and was willing to come to the hotel that my car had been towed to. When all was said and done, he charged me very little above the cost of the tire. I thought I might be gouged under the circumstance, but quite the opposite, Mike turned out to have great prices for quality work! Thanks to Mike and his team, I am back on the road!

We recently moved to the area and I decided to go to Mikes due to all the great reviews. This was a one of a kind experience. Super friendly and kind. Rosa was so nice and friendly, Mike bought me breakfast. I never received this type of hospitality ever back in the city. Off of one simple car inspection, Mike has earned a lifetime customer. I am not one to typically leave comments or reviews however, my experience here was nothing short of amazing. An hour into my drive back to Westchester from Sullivan County, I noticed a strange noise coming from underneath my car. After pulling over a few times to assess the noise, I decided to play it safe and call a mechanic. It was 5pm and as I looked up numbers, I noticed nothing was open. I found Mikes Auto Care and called immediately. They informed me that they were closed but since I was only down the road, I was told to bring my car in so they could have a quick look. Right off the bat, I could tell that they has amazing customer service. They didnt have to help me at all but could tell I was distressed and let me swing by. After a quick test drive, they assessed the issue, quickly fixed it, and sent me on my way with a clear mind and relief that I could make it home safely. A huge thank you to Mike and his team! I am so thankful to have found this shop.

Another great visit to Mike s Auto care for some suspension work on my 2003 Accord with 245k miles! If you ve wondered where there exists a repair/maintenance shop that is hassle free, good honest workmanship with integrity in their advice, look no further. I will be one of the many people that TRAVEL to have their car maintained here. Mike and his excellent team replaced my control arm, ball joint, and rotated my tires which solved the EXACT issues with my car I was having. And as always, Mike makes a point to show me things he notices I may need and how soon he recommends. I never feel pressured into service, I always feel respected. I trust these guys with my safety as I use my car for everything with my family. We were new to the area when my transmission went-we called Mike and he took us in immediately with no issues or questions. Upon meeting him and dealing with him and the people that work for him you quickly realize he is the nicest, easiest to reach, friendliest and trustworthy person you could want in an auto mechanic. I m not a longtime car owner so I was wary and didn t know what to expect, but I got a ride to a nearby café and they also offered to pick me up again at the end of the day. My car died on the road. hours from anyone I knew. I had to pick a place to tow it to from a hat. exactly the situation where a person gets taken advantage of.... I could not have been happier having chosen Mikes garage. I felt like I had brought my van to my grandfathers place. Mike looked it over and told me how it was shot but he didnt overcharge me for it. I wont get into it but not having a vehicle and living far from the garage made the whole process a pain but Mike was always smiling and saying no problem, I understand thats not something you find everywhere. I kinda wish I lived closer cause I know where Id take my car!

On my way to a conference my car broke down, I was an hour and a half away from home but I was able to find a good reliable mechanic in Mike Auto Care. They helped me right away, explained to me what was wrong in my car and after a few hours they got me back on the road. While I waited, I was offer lunch, water and wifi. I never thought I d say this, but I ve developed a deep trust with my mechanic!!! Mike and Rosa (and team) at Mike s Auto Care Center in Goshen, NY are the ones. With how I ve been treated over the course of several years and two vehicles, I trust them with my life. They ve kept my two (very) high mileage cars safe for operation, and capable of taking long trips to see my family. Old cars can be death traps if maintained by a lazy or dishonest mechanic. I ve received the opposite here. I ve been treated with honesty and care. This is the second car I ve maintained with them. Getting to 300,000+ miles safely is something I wouldn t trust any other team with. And based on my previous experiences with other auto mechanics/service centers, I don t intend on bringing my cars anywhere else. It s Mike and Rosa s honesty, integrity, and willingness to always do their best for me, that has separated them from every single auto repair shop, or service center I ve been to. The fact that Mike will show me what my car absolutely needs to stay safe, and then also show me what it could use, but doesn t necessarily need yet, says everything about how he sees his customers. He cares about them. Him and his team keep my car safe and help it get to impressively high mileage! I couldn t ask for more! I had a scheduled photo inspection and New York state inspection at this place and when I arrived I was told that the inspections could not be done because there was snow on the ground. The snow was not even an inch! This was a big inconvenience for me and if it was cancelled they should have picked up the phone and called me to tell me about it. However, the awesome people at Dolson tires in middletown did both my inspections the very same day. Mikes auto has very poor customer service. Will not be going there again.

Mike is an honest competent soul who is great at fixing cars. He never tries to bamboozle you to buy products and services that are not needed. His prices are also fair. What more do you want in a mechanic?

Can you say lifesaver? No matter how last minute or fluke the situation, I can always count on Mike to fix my car and at a reasonable price. He has seriously saved my bacon, and saved me bacon, for the past three years. Even his guys are great, understanding, and super helpful. You dont always find that level of customer service mixed with genuine generosity and kindness in a local business. Mikes has it in spades and I feel really lucky.

I cant recommend Mike and his team more highly. Once I told Rosa, the office manager, that I was trying to get on the road home to Virginia, she made my truck a priority. They were really busy shortly after I arrived, so I am glad I got there early. I was in conversation with Mike via phone while Alex, one of his mechanics, was looking at my truck. Once they determined the problem, Mike picked up the part himself on the way from home to the shop . Thats service! I was in and out in two hours. One service that I think would be valuable to locals is that they will drop you home and pick you up when your car is ready. Pretty cool. Rosa and Mike were gracious hosts while I waited. So personable and genuine; it was obvious that they care about their customers based on my direct experience and witnessing so many people coming in who were repeat customers they new by name.

I had a wonderful experience at Mikes Auto Care. I was searching for a reliable mechanic who I could trust, and I heard wonderful things about him and his shop from a friend who has been a client of Mikes. The praises held true. I had been having a problem with my car for years and numerous different mechanics told me different stories and guarreented me they could fix the problems. After spending a large amount of money, my car was still not fixed. Mikes Auto Care gave me an appointment right away, found the problem, and Mike personally took the time to show and explain the issue with me and answer all my questions. He had the car fixed the same day, and for once the issue with my car was finally resolved! Mike even gave me a call later that evening to see how I thought the car ran. I am very impressed with the service, and they have definitely earned my business.

Michael look like a nice guy but he is a thief he tried to screw me for a job the teks 1 hour and it parts it cost $320 want to charge me $1,100 I went to Sunoco gas station in Goshen charge me for the same job sm Parth 437$ you going to be the judge
