Simply amazing. Whole staff was incredible, Nicole and Alex were extremely helpful, quick, and detailed in response to my initial request. I basically had a terrible paint job that needed fixing, dents in the car doors, scratches everywhere and a shattered windshield - so a lot of work had to be done. They repainted several panels, redid my windshield, detailed the paint and interior, even cleaned my engine! My car is a 2016 Jetta and the work the team did is so beautiful she looks brand new inside and out. The team really went above and beyond and every facet of my car looks and feels incredible. I finally decided to stop by North Shore Auto Collision to get an estimate to get my Mustang fixed and realized the 1980s Mercedes SL sticking off the shop s wall like a MoMa painting wasn t the best part of it. Alex gave me a great estimate and really took time to explain to me the job process and answer my questions. I went back also with my wife s car to get new tires and alignment and David took great care of it while I was waiting in the spa-like waiting room. The driver s seatbelt had a minor issue since the car was purchased and he found the problem right away and fixed it on the spot. Finally, it is truly amazing to still see a family working together like Victoria Alex and their kids and treating their customers just like family. It s reassuring to see businesses like this still exist in a city where way too often prices are not aligned with the service you get.

She was on top of the insurance and called them on my behalf. She also handled the rental service for me. This was as hassle free as it could be. 1000% would have them service my vehicles again. They fixed my F-150 up better than I expected. It got me a much better value when I went to go trade it in. Everyone at the shop was super professional and a pleasant to deal with. I purchased a pre-owned 2010 White Toyota Camry, of which body was in great condition, but for 15 years the exterior finish was not maintained, mostly chalky. The car, after spending a day with them, came out showroom ready! Unbelievable! Detailing your car here is not a 2 hour service, its all day care. The INSIDE of the door handles outside the car were polished! The front headlights crystal. Believe the reviews. Ill be there every 6 months to maintain the luster they restored

I have used them not only for mechanical work previously but I just had body work done on a classic older 2007 Bentley convertible which now looks brand new both inside and outside.! The color matching was great, work was great, it s like the car was never even touched. And they use OEM parts also. No aftermarket. After the job was done, they did a great job with the detailing on the car. David explained how the process worked after filing a claim with my Automobile Insurance. Victoria told me it would take about two (2) weeks for the work to be done, which it did. I have been in the insurance business for years and know cars very well. This place was highly recommend by my mother who had work done here. Alex, David, and Inny were very helpful. When i went to pick up my car I noticed a few minor issues that I expected the owner to fluff off, and instead, he offered to keep the car for the day in order to resolve those minor details. They also gave me copies of Oem recipts and the car (which is a 2019) looks better than my 2021 model. Overall I am very happy and would highly recommend this shop.

my fiat had a scraped bumper and a dent from two hit and runs. i walked in feeling great about this family owned business. victoria called me over thanksgiving weekend to respond to my request for a drop by quote. it really meant a lot to me that she took the time out of a day the shop was closed to talk business with me. so despite having other more competitive quotes, my gut told me to trust them, and i was right! david gave me an excellent quote generated from fiats website and completed the job in 3 days (1 day earlier than i was expecting). the car was presented to me, glistening, newly washed and cleaned. it felt like i was driving home in a brand new car! truly grateful to the entire team, victoria, david, alex, and annie!

I found North Shore as the best rated body shop in my neighborhood. After I received a quote, even after the discount, I thought it was a bit expensive, but I decided to go with them. As a due dilligience I did compare them with 2 other 5-star shops (Flower Hill Roslyn, who quoted me over 5 times more, and Elite Automotive Repair, who quoted me 3 times more than North Shore), I realized I did make a good price-wise decision. After the job was done, wow... I was impressed with the work they have done. The car looked like brand new! Alex, the manager, who at the begininig seemed too young, was fantastic with explaining me with everything they will and can do, as well as what they cannot do. He followed through with an amazing job, even doing some extra work they didnt charge me for - polishing of some spots. They definetely earned my trust and I high recommend it!

I came here due to my 2023 being destroyed by a butcher named Master Collision Concepts. Spoke to Alex at North Shore Auto Collision and he immediately saw the issues. He actually fixed a loose door for me in about 5 minutes due to the poor condition the 2023 was returned in. Without a doubt the best HAND CAR WASH ever. I was struggling to find a great place for my Blue Mercedes G63 AMG to get washed but it was quite difficult. My truck has ceramic coating on it & can only be done by hand. NSAC is truly the BEST EVER. Inny is the sweetest to deal with & Alex is on top of everything all the time. They go above & beyond to make things go smoothly. I purchased a package from them buy 4 get 1 free. No brainer for sure. You ll be pleasantly surprised. This place really is a 1 in a million find. Theyre a very well run shop: everyone is kind, informative, and accommodating. They fixed my Mazda3s front bumper after a hit-and-run incident. They explained every step of the process, and treated me as if I was their most important customer. My car looks as good as the day I bought it after it was finished! They even went way above and beyond, by cleaning, polishing, waxing my entire car after the job was finished. But it didnt end there. Even my interior, and engine bay was scrubbed clean. I couldnt believe it. So long as Im in the NYC area, theyll be my go-to body shop from here on forward.

This is so overdue, but I had to take my time to write this one out. I don t leave reviews. Ever. But this place deserves one!! What can I say? David and Victoria are hands down the most down to earth, genuine human beings ever!! I ve had many people tell me that a lot of car repair shops/dealerships will try to rip you off, especially if you re a female and you look like you don t know anything about cars. So when I got rear-ended by someone and needed to find someone to fix it, I started to panic a little. Granted I knew it was going to be covered by the other party s insurance, I still didn t know what I was getting myself into. I started to read reviews online of the nearby places, even considering going deep into Long Island, and this place stood out to me because I saw it was a husband/wife duo running the place. The fact that the wife played a big role seemed more warm and welcoming to me. I quickly called to see if this was the place for me and Victoria explained EVERYTHING in a way that was easy to understand. When I was younger, my dad was my go to for car stuff. Now that I m in a different state, Victoria is my car mama. She took care of me from start to finish; getting me a loaner to meet me at the car place when dropping off my car, dealing with the insurance company for me to help expedite things, and keeping me in the loop via text with all updates. TL;DR - trust your MINI with this shop. They owners drive a MINI, and their body shop and paint shop does an amazing job. When our 22 MINI Countryman got into an accident a day after getting ceramic coated (Sept 28), all we wanted was to find an honest shop who could fix the damage thoroughly. I called the shop to inquire, and Victoria took her time to explain my next steps with insurance (do not upload photos! they can have an adjuster come to the shop). We met David at the shop and quickly realized it was a genuine family business complete with David Jr. I mention this because they have a people-first mindset, it s not about the money or the business- they truly take care of you and your car. Everything was going swimmingly until we learned that an OEM replacement hood was back ordered and will take ages to arrive. Instead of getting aftermarket, David sprung into action with a new plan to repair the original OEM hood. It came out BEAUTIFULLY. What amazed me was the accuracy of their color match. This car was in Sage Green, a MINI color that can look blue or green depending on the light. On pick up day (Oct 20), David went above and beyond by having the car detailed inside and out, including the engine bay! We ll be back in 6 weeks for the covered ceramic coating :) Entire repair including first contact took last than a month. We couldn t be happier.

Brought my car here after being hit in the front drivers side corner by someone who ran a stop sign. From start to finish Victoria handled everything from dealing with the insurance to arranging a rental car. The car needed a new front bumper, grill, all the trim pieces and both headlights. It came out beautifully. On top of that David had the whole car detailed to make the entire car really pop.... This picture was a few months after the work. They did a fantastic match on the pearl paint which is not an easy thing to do, and the work was great. Would highly recommend them.

Came in for a free estimate after hitting a deer. The damage wasn t too bad externally, but once they took off the fenders/bumper, there was over 9k in internal damage (volvos are expensive). David and Victoria helped me with my claim with my insurance company and after a week, my car came back good as new. They treated me like family and walked me through every step of the repair process. They are timely with their work as they worked with my timeline. This is not your typical review. Which is why I think it s probably one of the most sincere and fairest that you will read. First, I have to say how wonderful Victoria and David are. They are just genuinely good people that you honestly want to be friends with and go out to dinner with. They are proof that hard work, dedication, professionalism, loyalty and attention to detail really do pay off. So, this review is about the work they did on a ride-on toy BMW X6 that we bought as a Christmas/birthday gift for our 2 year old daughter who is born on Christmas Day. We were so excited to purchase this car as our daughter s big gift and were even more excited when it finally arrived. Unfortunately, shipping hadn t been kind to it and when we opened the box we found a huge crack on the main body of the car, right by the passenger side rear wheel. After consulting with the store where we purchased it, everyone agreed that the best course of action if we wanted our daughter to get the gift in time for Christmas was to find a body shop willing to repair it. That s where North Shore comes in. From the moment I called sheepishly explaining the situation, Victoria was the kindest and super empathetic to our situation and didn t make me feel crazy for calling about a toy, lol. I was able to bring the car in the next day and both David and Victoria could not have been nicer or better about assessing it and assuring me that they could fix it. They even promised to finish it before Christmas (this was 2 weeks before Christmas). A big issue was getting an exact paint match, which for numerous reasons was not available from the manufacturing company. However, North Shore did not disappoint and matched it exactly which I know was no easy feat. I was able to pick up the car, which was perfect on Christmas Eve just like promised, and my daughter s Christmas/birthday was saved. All thanks to Victoria and David and the team at North Shore. What I love about them so much is that they treated this toy car like any other real job and gave it the same attention and detail. Truly one of a kind! My car was rear ended and I picked the closest shop to home since insurance is paying in full anyways. Ended up I was in great luck that the service was awesome and seemless: victoria handled everything on my behalf including setting up the rental (didnt know I was eligible for since we didnt buy car rental insurance) and handling with insurance. This is very handy given that I know minimal car related vocabulary. They even did a through detailing inside and out (love the work, will probably return for car washes). When I picked up the car yesterday, I have two friends (so far) asked me did you get a new car?, Thats the best compliment you can get for a repair/body work. Only downside is that mom now wants to go through the trouble of putting on a car cover everyday to preserve the beautiful shine LOL (she didnt even wanna do this when the car was brand new). Wow. The result speaks for itself. The paint job was awesome. Color was matched perfectly and even the pinstripe was nicely restored. Overall the collision work on my Honda Ridgeline looks very clean... clean like... nothing ever happened it to. Even the car tires were coated and polished, this shows the owner (David) really went the extra mile to make his customer happy. And now my truck looks newer than when it came out of the dealership! As for the process, David first came up with a reasonable estimate. He was very easy to talk to, took the time to explain the work involved, step-by-step and he kept me up-to-date by texting me pictures along the way. This put my mind at ease. In my case I had someone rear end my car which scratched and chipped off the paint on the back side . He then told me to call his shop and I m so glad that I was sent here . Ive been coming here since i was a kid. The owner Dave fixed my dads c4 corvette over the years and always did an excellent job. They also have a dynojet in house.
