Technicians were very good and efficient. Vacuumed after service was completed. However, they neglected to turn my furnace back on after service. House was 59 in the morning. Office very responsive to the issue and immediately implemented a policy to prevent. Nice to have a real person answer my call.

Stanley Steemer, cleaned two area rugs for us today the rugs came out great. Jeremy and his assistant helped move some heavy furniture to start and then carefully replaced it when finished, which was extremely helpful. We also have a newly adopted rescue dog who has only been with us two days, they were very respectful of our concerns for him getting out of the house.

Air duct cleaning. Very clean, courteous, and efficient. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Overall, the experience was very positive. We paid to have our heating ducts and our dryer vent cleaned. The only issue that I would raise is that the dryer vent was simply blown out onto my lawn, which was never cleaned afterwards. Otherwise, it would be beneficial if you could actually view what was extracted from your vents to assess the quality of the job.

Great job. They were in and out in a little over an hour. Speed, efficiency and accuracy. Seven vents in my little 1200 square foot house. All for $540. What a bargain. Very efficient operation. The guys were friendly and very respectful of our home. Great job.

The workers came within the designated time frame. They worked fast, efficiently, and cleverly figured out a way to access the outdoor water connection. As they had gotten some water on the hardwood floors they quickly mopped it up as I requested. Good job!

The only thing I would prefer is for Stanley Steemer to be able to send me a payment link as soon as youre done so I can get it paid. They caught me off guard and the landlord and just wasnt ready with my card in order to share my card over the phone. Hopefully management gets this and makes that Improvement in the near future but other than that theyre excellent excellent service

The guys were great! They were knowledgeable, courteous and kind. We run a senior dog sanctuary and we have a lot of dogs and they worked around them with skill and kindness. I will ask for Mark and Chemo in the future and if we get them, it will be wonderful to have them back.

Scheduled this to purge the dog smell from prior tenant. Was quoted $130. The quote didn t include the enzyme spray needed specifically meant to help with the dog order we are hoping to get rid of . That was the whole reason I called, so I was not quoted correctly . I ended up paying $160.00 plus tax. The room is 14*14 and it took 15 min to do.

So very happy that they were able to get our some stains that I could not. So I do not want Jadon or Nizam to be talked to because they were great! They were super friendly, Nizam went out of his was to make me comfortable with what they were doing. My husband even stayed home Incase they needed help moving stuff and they said that was unnecessary and he went off to the park with the kids. I had my living room, 2 bedrooms and my hallway done. They did the bedrooms and started down the hallway. I realized I didn t hear anything being moved. I asked them out of curiosity do you move furniture (because I had never used Stanley steemer in the past) but I thought I had read that they will move what they can safely. Understandable. They said we just don t move beds. I realized I had left my daughter s trundle bed open so I asked if I could push it in so they could do the floor under it. They agreed and that s what we did when they got to the living room. They asked if we wanted my couch and loveseat moved, and I said as long as the corner between the couches get done, I m OK with them not going through them. I appreciate them asking this time. At this point, I realized no furniture was moved. Besides the dining room chairs put into the kitchen. So no dressers, which are fairly small in the kids rooms were moved the toy box in the living room and sons bedroom wasn t moved which are also fairly small. again I didn t make a big deal about it and just went along with it because honestly underneath those items probably aren t super stained like the main traffic areas. The issue I m having is after they left again they were super sweet and very nice but the carpet I noticed was very wet, even after hour of them leaving again, we could deal with but around an hour and a half I decided to get my Hoover carpet cleaner to just suck up some of the water, especially in the living room, where the kids spend most of their time. I was stunned by the amount of water left in the carpet and muddy and dirty it was. So I decided to do the entire house and again all carpets were pretty saturated. Like I ve said before I ve never used Stanley steamer in the past. This is our first time and I m not impressed at all and honestly had myself very hyped up about not having to do it myself. (Which is what I ve been doing). But I don t see what difference Stanley steamer is against my own household shampooer. I m not one to complain and honestly probably wouldn t be complaining right now if I hadn t decided to shampoo over what they had just done and got black water in the end, which I did take pictures of and I will attach if I m able to. I have timestamps from when they were shampooing my carpet to when I was sucking water up. (I have cameras in my living room). I honestly don t think that it was Jaden or Nizam but the product/system they were using! I m super disappointed and actually sad that I wasted my time and money for a service that wasn t to my expectations.

They arrived on time:) I asked for my stairs and sectional to be cleaned. While there they also cleaned the grout in a small bathroom as an add on. I was so appreciative! It came out beautiful. The two techs did a great job cleaning and deodorizing my lazy boy. They were very polite, efficient and timely. There was however a miscommunication between the scheduler and I. We were supposed to have 3 rooms cleaned as well, but the techs that showed up to clean were not at fault for that, they cleaned only the chair and I will be contacting the scheduling office again to find out what the issue was.

I hoped they could remove blood stains but unfortunately, they could not. John and Tyler tried everything possible, but to no avail. The carpet on the stairs looks great. Stanly Steemer have been my go to company for clean and sanitize our central ventilation unit two years ago. It was never done by any previous owners and it was worth the investment. I called them back for the same reason before: prompt, professional, thoroughly explain everything before the work starts, clean-up, and a fair price.
