My son locked his keys in his running car while making a pizza delivery, after calling a place and being told it will be a 45min, wait then get a call back to say there not coming! I call DAB towing, the gentleman that answered was Great took my info and said it would be about an hr wait, I explained my storie and how I had been waiting 45mins already, he said I'll see if I can get someone sooner, with in 3 minutes he called me back and I said I'm on my way I live just down the road, he was there with in minutes and while talking he mentioned he wasn't working tonight but wanted to help us out , he was friendly, fast working and made sure we were all set before leaving us, DAB towing will be our first call if we are ever in need of this service again, we are more than greatful for the quick, friendly, careing service we received from Darien, and DAB'S. DAB Towing to the rescue! While out on a scenic motorcycle ride around Lake George, NY, I found myself stranded roadside an hour away from home with a disabled motorcycle. DAB Towing provided a professional, courteous, and reasonably prompt service to get me and my bike back home. The technician was very kind and he communicated with me throughout the process to keep me updated with an estimated arrival time. I would definitely recommend DAB Towing.

In a snow storm, I ran into a curb and damaged my suspension, my car was unable to move. The State Police officer called DAB towing. My car was recovered and the Trooper took me home. The next day I went to the recovery yard and found out I had to pay an $940 dollar bill for towing my car 17 miles and storing it for one night. After I said this was an out of pocket job, the owner gave me a discount and brought the charge down to $805. The tow truck operator and the dispatcher were curtious.
If I could give this company more stars I would!!! I inherited a (currently not running) car and needed to move it to my home via flatbed. Not only was the driver (invoice lists his name as Colin) professional, but he went above and beyond, making sure the car was loaded and secured properly and unloaded exactly where I wanted it. It may sound like a minor thing, but this car (1968 mustang) is very special to me, so the fact that he was so friendly and didn't laugh at or mock the state of the car was a HUGE thing for me. Without a doubt, 100% would recommend for any towing needs!

I called for a flat tire tow while explaining I was from out of state. They charged $118 to move my car 100 yards. Sleazy business practices. I could of rolled my car over myself. Took advantage.
I was very happy with DAB towing and recovery. I was told they would be there within 90 minutes and actually they were there in about a half hour. They kept in touch with me to let me know when they were on their way and they had my car charged quickly & the service man was very professional. I would definitely recommend them wherever they are for car service.
Our car slid off our driveway into a snow bank and DAB was there within 10 minutes to help us out! They were kind and efficient and we would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat!
Hard to find/spot.
Just a seamless operation. My wife had a flat tire and before I could even get back ahold of her they had the problem resolved. With clear communication and great pricing. Have also used them to tow a friends vehicle and the response time and customer service was unmatched

I was connected to DAB through my roadside service for a flat tire. I got a call from the tech 15 minutes after the time they were supposed to arrive to let me know it would be another 30 minutes. Not a huge deal, things happen. I was a t work and a friend was with my car. The tech showed up and stated she could not change the tire because it required special tools that she did not have and would have to be towed to the shop to change the tire. I had to take several calls from her and my friend while I was at work and was very frustrated. I opted to not tow it.after my 13 hour shift I went home and used the tools that came with the vehicle to change the tire myself. Im very disappointed
DAB is the best by far. They showed up to fix my flat tire, not only early, but were friendly and fast. It was a great experience. On a holiday!!! Thank you DAB and Taylor!
Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Due to an unfortunate circumstance, I had to have my car towed twice and Taylor was the driver both times and she is fabulous!! I will definitely recommend to others and use them again myself!
Needed my car towed all the way to Latham from Ballston spa, had me towed within an hour of my phone call and for a great price especially compared to others around town.
I wish I knew the young womans name that towed my daughters car. It was through our roadside assistance and I didnt get any paperwork. She was quick, professional, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend them, especially if their other drivers are like her!!!

Locked my keys and laptop in my car upon arrival at work. I used my app to request Roadside Assistance. Got a confirmation text immediately. Barely 10 minutes passed between time of request and arrival of driver. The driver was on-site for maybe 2 minutes. She knew exactly what she was doing, checked my coverage on her phone, had me sign, took a picture, and off she went! Pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Weve heard about DAB before, and am happy to have had a great experience with them! I would refer them to anyone, and Ive never been able to say that about a towing company before.

Charged $325 for a tow, came to over $400 with additional charges. The posting is accurate. The vehicle was not in a ditch or abandoned, it was towed to a shop of my choice and the window was not covered with glass wrap.

Dispatcher was completely dishonest about arrival time, as confirmed by his own driver. Failed to discuss fees in advance and when held accountable made excuses and try to turn the situation around as if his failure to accurately communicate was my fault. Do not recommend, extremely poor customer care.
Inattentive tow truck driver hit the back of my car while turning right out of a Stewarts in Ballston Spa. The damage to my car was mainly cosmetic and the driver said I would either need to go to the office in Middlegrove to exchange insurance information right then or I could call him to make arrangements to exchange information. He provided his number and company business card. I called him a few hours later (My two year old was in the backseat and I did not want to wait around for the police when the accident was minor and the other party was cooperative). He said he would email me the insurance information since the office would be closed until Monday and I did not want to take time out of work. When I did not receive an email by close of business Monday I called and the business owner told me he was not legally required to provide his insurance information since I had not called the police at the time of the accident. I am 10 years active duty Navy and expect people and businesses to act with integrity and have accountability for their actions and those of their personnel. These shady practices may save a few $$ in the short term but will erode the business in the long term. I was deliberately mislead and luckily my child was not hurt. He took advantage of my trust and of the fact that I had a small child in the car and wanted to get on with my day. Please do not give this company your business.

Collin was amazing in this stressful time, 3 min phone call to the main office and the tow truck was there at my service within 20 min. I pay for AAA and have a platinum account. AAA couldnt be there for 3hrs! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAB TOWING!! Not only do they have the best rates they are very kind and will go the extra Mile!

Awesome experience. Flat bed tow Truck was there quickly and everything went professionally. Quick signature and he was on his way. Hope I get these guys again if I need a tow. He knew the exact garage I wanted my car to go to and had been there before. Experience is key and they have it.
I ve need DAB services 3 time in the past several months; I am extremely grateful this company services Saratoga Springs, they have responded to the scene within 12 minutes or less ( today) for all 3 calls. The operator is always helpful, polite and respectful as well as informative.
