I needed body work after hitting a deer. Joe said it would take 3 days to fix. He ordered the parts and when they arrived i dropped my car off. . I work full time and have children who need rides to school, so I rented a car. My car sat untouched in the same parking spot outside the first couple days it was there. When they brought it in they had it atleast a week when I got a message that it needed more work then originally planned. How convenient. Keep in mind I still was paying $80 a day for a rental. My car was totally ripped apart so I could not pick it up while they waited for more parts and more money from my insurance. After another week……nothing I was being patient and kind I asked “can you atleast detail the inside before I get it back” Joe said “you got it!” (I can send photos of our conversations if necessary) Another week went by they said “almost done thanks for your patience” Meanwhile I am spending almost 2,000 on a rental It was finally ready and we went to pick it up - it was completely dirty inside and out -the key fob won’t recognize the vehicle and won’t start and when it does it beeps while driving -we drove away and parts fell off -the parts are put on wrong——there’s gaps in all the lights and now the bulbs burn out constantly We have sent it back multiple times and they don’t fix it completely The lights are still going out because of the big gaps No one replies to my messages about compensation due to the damages or the fact I had to pay a lot more time for a rental Do not take your car here

Top notch service. Todd was excellent to deal with. Very professional and accommodating. Repair looks great.

I went there to get a quote for a body repair and received nothing but rudeness. They did not even say "Good morning"! When I told Todd I would keep looking for a cheaper body shop he laughed behind my back. I can't imagine the service will improve from there. Won't go back to these people!
