You must have an appointment to have any service on your vehicle. They were booked a week in advance. I only needed New York State annual inspection. They took the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time and promptly completed the inspection.

Had major engine issues on a Chevrolet vehicle. I seeked professional advisement multiple times and spent more than the vehicle blue booked for, only to have them tell me the engine was no good. Repairs were scheduled to be done until I questioned why the same parts continue to fail. Being told repairs would fall again and that they wouldn't Warrenty them again was shocking. Although I don't feel that the employees did this to me on purpose, I feel they did sell the parts and repairs without further investigation after the second failure. It's my personal belief the engine loss should have been determined before the second replacement of parts. They offered to discount labor on new engine, but I spent my savings on the repair made just a few months before the 3rd be failure. Replacing the parts and making it up clear that they couldn't service anymore after would have been my preferred result. Employees are always polite and try to be helpful most of the time, despite self describing being so short handed. Most people will have positive outcomes and my situation is isolated. My only advice is to know the facts of repairs even when you pay for diagnostics.
