Take your car there if you want to get lied to. My girlfriend brought her vehicle there and they claimed it was leaking oil all over the place, "gushing oil" were the exact words. This was not true in ANY way. I can wrench on my own vehicles but I can't inspect my own vehicles. They will lie to you and try to scare you into thousands of dollars of repairs. I have had tires mounted here in the past but they charge insanly high prices to do simple work. Avoid this cesspool.
I can't give these guys the credit they deserve in a few short words. They have helped me with all my families vehicles for years. They've jumped through hoops for me. Recently had to replace my entire engine and they did a great job getting it done quick as could be expected. There were some wiring issues deep down that they found and repaired. They really went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed right. I cannot recommend them enough. Go here. They do just bout everything and I promise they'll do right by you.
Went in after I found my tire worn through pretty heavily. They were booked out for the day, but found time for me to make sure I could get replacements and be safe on the road. Excellent service!
I brought by 2003 Mazda B series pickup here in March 2024, they were honest and got it done in a reasonable time. The only issue was they never tightened my upper control arm bolts back up after making adjustments... I tightened them on the side of the road after picking up the truck
Service was good and relatively quick. Had to take a star off for them leaving Fox news blaring on the only TV all day. It's fine if you want to believe that nonsense, but don't force it on your customers!
Rip off, had a simple inspection and they said they couldn't do it if I didn't get a tie rod replaced. Turns out the car was safer before their inspection because the wheel fell off later that day. Went back for my money and the manager got in my face, not used to the pressure I suppose. (2 years ago)
Just wanted to take a minute to publicly thank Bill and Jeff for taking such excellent care of my car tires this morning. I came in with what I thought was a flat tire, they gladly fit me in without an appointment, ran both rear tires through a series of tests, then determined it must of been a fluke why it lost air. All this at no charge. In my world, time is money, and for these men to so graciously help me free of charge was impressive; outstanding service—thank you so much; I will be returning due to the genuine kindness I received.
Highly impressed with the treatment that my daughter was given in a time of need. She is a young lady that recently moved 2 hours from our small town to venture out on her own with no natural supports there at all. when my phone rang at 7:00am my heart sunk because I knew something was wrong. I hear " Mom I have a flat tire." I thought to myself do I drive down there and make sure those damn tire guys don't take advantage of her or do I let her take it on herself??? Anyone with children know this is a trying situation. Well I held myself back from going. She made out well thanks to all of the guys there that helped her. She was very comfortable and stated they are "cool guys", especially Jeff. Thank you all so much for taking good care of Bailey with her flat this week. Its greatly appreciated. While the fellow behind the computer was very nice and the service of replacing a bad tire with a new one purchased from them at almost $300. dollars was ok, I was very disappointed to see that the donut tire, my jack, and tools used were randomly tossed in the back of the vehicle. Nothing was put back where it belonged . You might want to remove the service from your title. I would have been ok with the work but that bit of laziness and disregard for the client really lowered my opinion of Warren Tires in Greenwich.

My low pressure tire light came on so I pulled into a Cumberland gas station in Greenwich NY. As I was inflating my tire the TPMS air valve popped and I lost all the air in my tire. I installed the spare tire and drove to Warren Tire Service Center on Rt 29 in Greenwich NY. They were extremely accommodating and installed a new TPMS valve on my tire, removed the spare, replaced the tire on the rim, checked all the tires air pressure, and put the donut spare back in the trunk exactly where it is stored. They were very professional, neat, quick, and super reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend Warren Tire Service Center to anyone that needs tires or repairs done to their car. Much thanks to Jeff, at the front counter for all his help.
The branch in Greenwich is staffed with incredibly nice and knowledgeable mechanics!!! I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else!!!

these guys saved my bacon. came in on a busy Saturday after a tire was eviscerated by a pothole and I needed to get back to Maine following day. they squeezed me in despite being super busy and got me on my way. top notch and professional.

Im done with these clowns. I had an appointment, and it still took an hour to do an inspection, while I sat and waited. They failed me because my brakes had a little rust on them... If the brakes were bad, why did it take 1 hr to tell me that? On top of that, they wanted $900 to replace them... Right... This is not the first bad experience Ive had here. It seems they either break something while inspecting, or fail me because my brakes arent brand new. Ill go elsewhere, you should too.

After living in the Latham area I was reluctant to try any place except my Honda dealer for my 2009 Honda Fit (My Baby!!). Being a woman it s hard to trust car shops!! I have been to Warren Tire a few times...for a new tire, some maintainance and a couple of consultations on various repair options. I will be buying my new winter tires next week and having my regular scheduled maintenances there now. I have always found them very professional with my best interest AND my wallet in mind. As long as I am living around here, I will use them exclusively!
