Great small town garage. Good service and friendly people.
I had a low priority tire mount and the receptionist took my phone number. A week later I called and they were done. The technician was courteous and helped me get them to my car. Price was great and good results. I would do it again.

This place saved me, I was out for a drive with my wife enjoying the beautiful weather and I got a flat tire JR Automotive saved me, everybody was so helpful and so friendly if you're in a jam don't hesitate to call and they have a tow truck if you need one
I have been using this shop for over 20 years! They are very good at what they do and Fair pricing on all your needs along with outstanding service and a great stuff along with AAA towing .as well as service towing too..very much knowledgeable and don't do any kind of work with out asking you first ahead of time along with a respectful attitude to best serve your needs as you need it..very much a family friendly environment . I can say I know Jeff the owner and he is a outstanding business man! If you are interested in quality service and being treated with the up most respect I strongly recommend this shop!

Good people doing good work
I crashed my car into a tree, and needed it towed somewhere to see what the damage was, and if it was fixable. Definitely not a great day for me. But JRs was so helpful during this experience. Really glad I chose them. The tow driver was very professional and friendly. JRs took the car in and diagnosed it as soon as they could. Unfortunately it was not repairable, and I had to arrange to have it junked. But JRs was so kind to me helping me figure out this process, and they didnt charge me for the days I had to keep the car there while it wasnt repairable. They treated me as if I had been coming there for years, and made the whole process as painless as possible for me. I highly recommend!

Was visiting from out of town and needed an alternator replaced. They found a way to get me into their schedule quickly and complete the repair. Their service was truly excellent. If I need help again, JR will be the first shop I call.

I have finally found a mechanic that I can trust! I would highly recommend them, my daughter drives from Albany if she needs her car worked on, that says a lot. I just cant say enough about how professional and knowledgeable they are. Actually on my way to get my brakes done.

I was camping at Lake Luzerne 250 miles from home. I broke down in Saratoga and had triple A tow me to JR Automotive in Hadley. Everything I owned was in my car 5 1/2 miles from my camp site. I broke down on Sunday and walked to the shop Monday morning. I explained my situation and they were great. They managed to squeeze me in on a busy day and I had my car back on the road by 2 that day. I ve been coming up here for 30 years and didn t know this wonderful shop existed. I had breakfast and hung out at the Hadley General Store across the street. Another hidden gem. A bad event turned into a nice experience because of these competent, caring businesses.
