I went to the auto zone in clifton park this morning to replace my windshield wipers As usual great service as the he came out without hesitation to replace both despite the 13 degree temp. Thank you!!!! The staff here and the manager are great. Wind gusting 25 mph and the guy helping me came out and replaced the wiper arm for me. In addition I bought 3 bottles of window wash fluid and the manager right away helped me to carry them out. I will only come here for my car parts. Please thank tha staff.

Very professional staff and helpful

Ordered something online because honestly I wouldnt know what I was looking at if I came in (plus my joints hurt to where walking around is tough).... But they promptly fulfilled the order and Id say that its worth paying more than Amazon because this worked well for my car when I installed it. (And I say this not because theyre expensive but because Amazon has cheaply made and cheaply priced stuff thats inferior). Online ordering is good for the rare times I need a car part. :)

I needed front brake pads and rotors for my truck and went to the Oswego, NY Autozone and received wonderful service from the friendly staff. JJ is always willing to assist and is very helpful as are the rest of the associates and managers. After completing the job I drove to Clifton Park to visit friends and developed a shutter in the steering wheel each time the brakes were applied. I stopped in the Clifton Park Autozone and was greeted by Nikky, T.J., and Mike. They all went out of their way to assist me to get me on my way. Apologetically they suggested I replace all of the parts again due to a possible faulty rotor, obviously free of charge. I did so and the issue went away. It should be noted that the staff at both locations were consistent. They were courteous, kind, and very helpful.

I had an emergency on a rainy day at 5 PM when I needed to change my car battery urgently. I parked at AutoZone, knowing I had to get the battery replaced to avoid further trouble. Cory (or Kory), an employee, came to help and agreed to change the battery despite the pouring rain. I tried my best to protect him and the battery, but his uniform still got soaked. I felt really bad for him, so the least I can do is leave a positive review for AutoZone and Cory. Excellent service and thank you!

Associate was a big help with the code reader. He was also able to order my part to be shipped up from another store.

On an early Sunday morning in Clifton Park we were in need of a car battery. Having done business with Advanced Auto, we went there only to be told they had the battery, then didnt have the battery and the only one available cost $50.00 more. We said given that its not what we want, possibly give us a slight price reduction? No way. So we said time to go across the street to AutoZone. Best thing that ever could have happened. They had a comparable battery, at an even better price. But even more importantly was the OUTSTANDING customer service that was provided at the Halfmoon AutoZone. Store Manager Ruth R. greeted us and promptly had answers. She managed to take our initial impression of excellent customer service and increase it to outstanding. She immediately left an impression that her guidance was well informed and that she was personally concerned about a positive outcome. She was willing to go out of her way to help as much as possible. Her sincerity, understanding and kindness are very much appreciated in an increasingly impersonal world. As we changed the battery in the parking lot, she checked on us three times to offer guidance and in the end even ran a test to ensure that the battery problem wasnt complicated by alternator issues, etc. We are now AutoZone customers 100% thanks to Ruth R.; she is the definition of outstanding customer service!

AutoZone is everything that I need for my vehicle, thats why I stop in every couple of weeks to get supplies to maintain my vehicle. The people that work there are great also.

Stopped by to get a rear windshield wiper put on the rear window of my Jeep as I had no idea how to change it. The manager she was fantastic she came out and changed the blade and showed me how to do it also she was very knowledgeable and she provided great customer service.

Had to get a battery for my partners vehicle. Ruth was very kind and helpful with installing the battery. Very impressed and pleased.

Outstanding customer service!! I went across the street to a different auto parts store and I am glad I left and came to this one! I was met with such kindness and not only did one worker go above and beyond for me but two people did. They deserve recognition, I believe their names are Jim and Brian (I hope that is correct).

We went to AutoZone, Clifton Park to purchase a new battery. The old battery was damaged and we needed a replacement. The clerk said he wouldnt take old battery. He told me he would sell me the battery for $200, but id have to go to Valvoline to turn in the old one. I went across the street and they were more than happy to sell me a new one and take the exchange. Dont waste your time at this place when Advance Auto is across the street.

Customer service at this location is excellent. I always feel comfortable walking in and asking questions.

People are good at helping you. I wish they had better tool selection. Only issue I have had was in getting new headlight bulbs for my car and their guide wasnt helpful for my make and model.

Ruth demonstrated outstanding customer service in helping confirm the part (HVAC Blower Motor Resistor) needed for my Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer. She also talked through how to disconnect the defective one as it was in a tight space and I was struggling w/it. In addition, Autozone would let me return the part if it was not right for my vehicle versus their local competitor who said once you open it, you own it. Ruth and Autozone...thank you!!!

I would give them 15 stars if possible! I have dealt with them for 20+ years, and NOBODY works harder for their customers. I have tried the other guys from time to time, but from now on, If they dont have it, Ill wait for them.

What amazing customer service. I never write a review but this time I had too. The young lady manager not only tested my battery but was able to tell me what was wrong with the vehicle since the battery was okay. She was knowledgeable but answered all my queations. She also changed all of my wipers. Kudos to Auto Zone.

On Friday evening my car battery died.. AAA came to jump start it but due to the cold weather wouldnt put in a new battery. I drove to AutoZone and Andrew didnt hesitate. He said he would put in a new battery. He braved that zero weather with wind chill below that. I was very grateful because my family was dealing with a dog needing emergency surgery and I needed to be available if needed. Thank you, Andrew, for your willingness to brave the cold without complaint. You deserve those 5 stars!

These guys are amazing. Had to replace a battery, they completely helped take out the bolt which was stuck, and they spent 2 hours helping us. Even though they could have stopped and told us to go to a mechanic. And another guy who didnt even worked there helped us out too!!! I was there today for the first time and I will definitely come back whenever necessary as well as I will recommend to all my family, friends, I was welcomed by a very kind and friendly woman, a young guy helped to change the battery of my car, and the manager who I believe is calls (ONEIL) Im not sure how to spell his name sorry he was extremely kind, considerate and at all times helped me get the best price and service for what I needed. The customer service is horrible I have spent thousands here this will be my last time spending money with autozone with my commercial account or regular stop hiring lazy people that would rather sit and watch me wait to leave while playing with there hair instead.

Good help sales team.

Covid regulations were completely disregarded. The manager was extremely rude, un educated and disrespectful. Mask were NOT worn properly, including by the store manager who also didn t observe or enforce social distancing. Manager did not have any professional mechanical knowledge, only knew how to rig stuff up and not actually fix it properly.

The only reason I m giving these guys 1 star is because they provided a code reader. They printed me out a sheet and said see ya. When I began asking questions about what I could try before taking my vehicle to a mechanic, one of the more experienced staff answered begrudgingly. Body and verbal language spoke loud and clear that he didn t want to help me I m any way. Next time I ll be going to Advanced. Shame though because I ve always had such good luck with AZ in other places I ve lived.

Ok, some of the staff looks like tik tok stars, but they are a lot better then the cool guys at advance auto. These guys keep their pants high and tight and they also follow proto. This is the best auto parts shop in the 12065.

Great! I called around to find a battery and although other places showed less expensive batteries, they were not in stock. Autozone showed me what they carry, what they had in stock and let me choose. I went with a middle of the road one. I could have installed it on my own but the bolts were all corroded, so they did it for me.

even though the store is difficult to get to directly from the street its worth crossing the road from the others guys. everyone I have been serviced by in this store has been knowledgeable and helpful. I know just enough about cars to get in trouble and they keep me out of it.

AutoZone can be a good place to go to shop if you need specific car parts for the handyman in the family they also have a wide variety of cleaning things and and waxes and all the stuff to maintain your car inside and out and keep it nice the staff that works there are very friendly people very eager to help if you were to purchase certain things in there as an example like say you bought windshield wiper blades they would actually come out and install them on your vehicle for you I cant think of a better staff friendly organization is then that shows that they care

I had a really excellent experience here. My wiper broke and I drove through freezing rain to get there. A worker was outside on a smoke break and saw my wiper issue. He offered to help, walked in with me from his break then looked up the proper part. (He already knew the car since he saw me drive in, so it was particularly quick.) Then he took me to the wiper location and made a recommendation, but allowed me the time and space to make my own decision. After purchasing the blade he walked out with me and installed it. I cant remember the last time I had such excellent service. Highly recommend!

Clean, always stocked with the essentials (if not they will get it for you quickly form another store). the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I also love the loaner tool program. It keeps me from buying specialist tools that i only use once.

Below zero temps for days killed my battery. DOUG was so pleasant/helpful. He tested my battery and found the correct replacement. It was only 10 degrees out, but he never complained as he installed it. Really nice guy! Cant recommend this place enough!
