I am very pleased with Mone Electrical. Everything from estimate to follow up went smoothly. Work was well coordinated with power company and inspection. Great Job I highly recommend this business.

Parking in a law enforces only space for over 20 minutes with other spots available. Not cool

One of their vans just blew through a stop sign and nearly ran me off the road and later down the road ran a red light and nearly hit someone else. So be careful if you see their vans on the road.

Horrible drivers that do 90mph on 95. Very unprofessional office staff. Do NOT recommend, they can't even get the basics down.

I wish I read the reviews previously before going with this company to my work. It was my mistake for not getting a quote from them and they just took the job. They charged 24 hours for a decent sized job, when the tech wasn't even on site for all 24 hours, or was sitting around waiting on a call from the office to order parts. When I confronted the tech, there was no discount they offered. Just be careful and shop around with other local electricians if you have the chance. The work the technician did was good though.

Very unhappy. I hired T&J to replace one very small section of my neon sign. I had received a quote of $400 from the company I normally do business with, but I made the mistake of shopping around. The lady at T&J quoted me 2 hours of labor at $110 each - 1 hour to look at the sign and confirm it needed a replacement neon section, and 1 hour to install it. They ended up charging me 3 hours labor for a very simple job and refused to adjust it when I complained. They also charged 50% more for the neon part than the other company. So I ended up paying $521 for a job that could have been $400 with the other company. The only reason I selected T&J was the lady I spoke to quoted me a lower price, roughly $300. Feels like bait and switch. Will never work with them again.
