Apparently, the store manager, Josh doesn’t know what he’s doing. Rude, clueless of the store policy. “That’s my store, I do everything my way.” Said by him. Thought this is private owned for a second. Good for the store. Good for the big corp.
We have bought numerous appliances here over the years and always from Mark, we went in over the weekend to look at a replacement appliance for one that recently broke. Mark was working but helping another guest. We waited patiently for him to finish (about 30 minutes or so), when he finished we greeted him but he just walked right past us without a word. We thought maybe he running to the restroom but after 5 or 6 minutes we found someone else who told us he left for the day. He could have simply said sorry my shift has ended let me get someone to help you, instead we were ignored. The person that helped us had no knowledge about appliances, features, etc. We will end up purchasing elsewhere. I have found that customer service here has gone out the window. Everyone is short and unhelpful. The only reason for 2 stars is because generally online pick up for small items is smoother than a store visit.
Jenna Semenza Sales Specialist- Cabinets& Countertops Jenna went literally above and beyond for us. We are renovating our outdated kitchen and Jenna not only helped us with some of the biggest decisions for our kitchen but she knows the ins and outs of the complicated decision making that was needed for us! We went in not really knowing what we wanted and she went step by step with us and gave us such good ideas and advice. She worked with us on budget and personal preferences. This was an easy yes for us, she made shopping for cabinets fun! We appreciated her communication, her thoroughness and her kindness. Omg I can't begin to tell you how excited I get when I see the returned special orders or the scratch and dent and there's no scratches or dents!!! I always feel like I struck gold when I see these items. I've gotten 2 refrigerators, three washers and dryers, a set of wall ovens, and my latest purchase was a Kraus black granite sink for $140 (retail over $450) and a GORGEOUS copper faucet for $90 (retail over $200).....i can't wait to install!!! Oh and don't forget the $70 roof attic vent motor I got for $16 Talk about a SCOOOOOORE
I went into the Halfmoon Lowe’s early this morning and was kindly greeted by the Assistant store manager, Patrick. He went above & beyond to help me with the lighting fixtures I wanted, he then helped direct me to the employee who runs the flooring department, a woman who was also absolutely amazing as well, going above & beyond to help with all my backsplash questions.. I ended up in the paint department where I then was helped by yet another amazingly friendly employee, also helped by a very friendly employee named Rob. The whole experience starting with Patrick was very much appreciated, everyone was so attentive and helpful right to the very end, assisting to get everything in my car. I can’t say enough good words for this genuinely perfect experience at Lowe’s.
Lowes Clifton Park, NY helped me with new carpeting installation. From helping with selecting carpet, pad and trim pieces, and with the entire initial process, Maria could not have been more helpful and delivered the kind of customer service that I didn't think existed anymore. She went out of her way to explain the details and kept me informed after the sale, thus making the whole procedure stress free. The install was great, the new carpet looks amazing and this absolutely positive experience was, in large part due to Maria's expertise, thoughtfulness and dedication to the customer!
I had a great experience at Lowes in Clifton Park. I needed some help purchasing something to remove ice without damaging my patio. Nick, Mike, and Fonzi were fabulous. They not only answered all my questions, put the stuff in my cart, and helped me get it to the car. They were great.

If youre in need of appliances, dont think for a moment that the date of delivery indicated online is even remotely close to when you will receive it! My date indicated 3 days, and my salesperson also indicated it would only take a few days. After making my purchase, my delivery date is 6 week...WEEKS....after I worked out thousands of dollars! It has since changed to 7 weeks, when confirming the date w the 800 number I was told to check with! Ive been online several times subsequent to my purchase and its still indicating delivery date is within 3 days! If youre in need of appliances, especially immediately, avoid this place...or probably ANY Lowes, for that matter!

Neither myself or my business will ever shop here again, and Im cancelling my account with Lowes. Ive spent almost $5000 in the past two weeks at Lowes and not a single item or order has been correct or free from damage. On top of this the associate was rude, argued with me when bringing me the wrong product that everything was there, and then argued with me and antagonized me further for refusing the order while it was missing pieces. Never shopping with Lowes again.

I ordered 3 window shades. I paid for them online. When I went to the store to pick them up , I was told sorry we only have 2 shades. Why didnt the website say only 2 available ? Was one sold after I ordered and paid for them ? The customer service rep said there are 7 available in Latham if you want to go here. What ever happened to good customer service? As a customer service rep for years I can say that is POOR customer service. Perhaps the response should have been , would you like for us to have the latham store send one here for you to pick up tomorrow or can we have them deliver one to your house? So, you not only lost a sale, but you lost a customer !
Shout out to Austin in the paint department. I asked him where I could find some caulking. He told me the spot to go to. As I was looking for it, he came up and said he had given me the wrong spot to look and escorted me to the correct spot, which was just a small little spot in the back corner that I probably never would have found on my own. He went out of his way. Much appreciated.
BUYER BEWARE If you are buying countertops there be sure that they will not be installed by Rynone Manufacturing. Take a look at there reviews. They do shabby work and Lowe s will not compensate in anyway for mistakes that are made.

Im giving this specific Lowe s a 1 star but really they need a zero, the appliance salesperson took advantage of my urgency to buy a washer. I asked the employee for all available washers and he brought me to a specific one that was cheaper than the rest because it was used but they did not disclose that to me until I noticed water dripping from the hoses when I came to pick the washer up. We ended up fixing the one we have at home so we came to return said washer, at that point the employee told us that the washer non refundable because it was on sale, when I bought the washer I saw no signs of clearance or no refunds, otherwise I would not have paid money for it. The manager got involved and showed us the policy that said no refunds on clearance in fine print. Nonetheless I was very stressed out from the whole situation aund upset that Lowe s was just trying to make a quick buck instead of valuing their customers money!!

In the past several months I have tried to purchase a special order entry door, carpeting for 2 rooms and a lawn tractor. All three I ended up purchasing at Home Depot. Today I went in the Garden Center to purchase 1 item. There was no one in line and the cashier walked away stating she would be right back. After waiting 5 minutes I left and made the purchase at Home Depot. Terrible service at this store.

My experience purchasing my new appliances went flawlessly. I was told they would be delivered and installed however when they were delivered I was told that installation was not included, so my dishwasher and microwave were not hooked up and when they hooked up the dryer I was told that the electrical outlet was not working and I would need to get my electrician in to look at it ( this is for a new home ) and if the electrician found no issues then I needed to call Lowe s because that would mean the dryer s memory board was bad and they would need to repair or replace it. I had my electrician come out and after a little over an hr he determined that the dryer plug was not installed properly onto the dryer at time of delivery. I called Lowe s 3 times to try and resolve this, mgr at customer service advised that the microwave should have been installed and they would see what they could do about me having to pay my electrician to fix a problem that was a result of their error and put me thru to the service dept who handles delivery, she took my information and I received no call back. Called again spoke to someone else who again said all appliances should be installed and he would personally look into it and call me back. Still nothing so I called again, this time speaking to the mgr of the pro dept who stated told me they do not install dishwashers or microwaves and he knows this because he used to work in appliances however because of what I d been told and the added expenses of having my electrician come in to resolve the dryer issue that he would look into finding a solution to fix this and call me back. Still no response, I ve always favored Lowe s over Home Depot because of their customer service and this situation has proven to be the reason I will no longer shop here

Visited this morning 6/23. The young man in flooring helped us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful on the LVT. He approached us and asked us if we needed assistance. He was kind and offered suggestions. Definitely a bright spot of the busy world we live in today. I hope management takes time and recognizes employees that deliver positive customer experience.
Needed to get windows last minute for my installer so I was under a bit of pressure. Fortunately Erik and Chris were on duty and they took all the stress off of me and my purchase. I ended up getting more than my cart would handle but that wasnt an issue either because Erik grabbed me the right cart and reminded me of extra supplies I would need saving me a return trip. Thanks for all the help I will be definitely be back for more windows.

Prices were great on everything. Most of the customer Service was decent. I purchased 24 (about a half a pallet I guess?) of black mulch, and asked if I could get a hand getting it into the back of my 2013 dodge grand caravan - middle seat is out, back seat is folded down in stow n go. Was told no problem, I went on and purchased some flowers and moved my van to the loading zone. The pallet was sitting there waiting for me on a small pallet jack, that maybe goes 12 inches off the ground, no where near high enough to slide that pallet right into the back of my van. After looking for an employee for 15 minutes, in the loading zone two employees come around the corner, one on a lawn mower, the other walking. The fork lift is literally 20 feet from my van, 10 ft from the pallet. I stop then- deushe #1 didnt bother to turn his mower off, so I yelled and asked if one of them could hop on the fork lift real quick (deushe #2 had a Manager tag) and slide it into my van so I didnt have to load the 24 bags myself. Not only did they say it wasnt possible, that it wouldnt fit (IT 100% WOULD FIT), but neither of them offered to help me load it, and they both sped off. I know it sounds petty, but I spent 300$ here today, a little help loading some mulch shouldnt be a big deal, especially when they have signs posted saying they will help you.
Horrible customer service. Cant even get someone to answer the phone when you have a order. Not exaggerating I let the phone ring for customer service for 22 minutes without any answer.

This store is awful. I ordered a grill cover, paid for it online, as the system said there were 2 in stock. I just left the store - they said an associate couldnt find it, and wanted me to try to replace it with a different item. Just terrible customer service - again.
The worst experience with a company of this size!first I bought 4 appliances in the same day,was assured by the appliance salesman that all three would arrive at my house at the same time on one truck,false.They showed up on three different trucks costing me a entire day of work.Next I purchased a dishwasher as well,asked the salesman if there were any concerns with the installation they were charging me 200 for he said no.Well he didnt tell me to call the installation number called a few days later,while wondering why nobody had called me.next installer called me real nice guy,and he proceeded to tell me they were supposed to tell me they dont do installs from scratch meaning run water lines and wiring.Now I have to admit was pretty upset at this point,will never use this company again complete disaster show!
This has got to be the worst store for businesses ever! This is the third time that I have made a large purchase online so that I could have my materials delivered to my jobsite. They have my funds held up they, they send you all around chasing rabbit holes... From the pro desk to the customer service desk to the customer care by phone and they give you the run around as well. I called my bank to confirm that it was not on their end and they confirmed that it was not on their end and that it was Lowes that has a hold on my funds. I have an notification saying that I need to update my funds even though they have a hold on my funds already. The lady on the phone told me that I could try to update the payment again so they could put a hold on more of my money. I am so fed up with Lowes. If you have a business or plan to make large item orders or high priced items online do not expect things to go smoothly. Expect a problem or a delay. Highly disappointed for the third time! The worst experience ever!!! We bought a 3,000$ fridge one the smart ones with the screen on it, the people who delivered it are NOT supposed to go down stairs and we had a way to walk a big circle thru all the rooms of my house, but they didn t wanna work smarter so they went down the one step yup just one step . And knowing they were not supposed to go down stairs they were not strong enough to go back up the stair dragging the bottom across the stair ripping the tubes and wires that run the ice machine .. when I called and said I needed a replacement they told me I needed to buy another fridge and then could return mine once the other was delivered .. not having that kind of money for a new fridge the manager told us seeing how it was a couple weeks before thanksgiving and we needed the fridge for the food for the holiday, he said we could call after thanksgiving and they would replace the fridge and we could just return the broken fridge, when we called to order a new fridge the manager said because we used my moms card to purchase the fridge she had to buy the new one, which was no problem but my mom couldn t get there until two weeks and we explained that and everything seemed ok .. two weeks later my mom went to buy the new fridge to replace the broken one and they said we waited to long and we were out of the window!!! So now we have a broken fridge that just looks cool not to mention all the dings in the door from them trying to get it off truck, and I know there are time limits but remember my only option was, Have thanksgiving with no fridge at all or wait the week and they would replace it, and we were in contact the whole time and they told us the time frame was ok which apparently they were just trying to not fix the issue, since then we been ordering from Home Depot and have not had any issues ever, please don t let Lowe s do to you what they did to us, it s a shame what a big corporation would do to a struggling family with 4 kids

I don t know if it s cause I m a girl or what but the customer service is terrible at this location. One time I waited a half hour for a key to be made and then was told the only person that can help me was on a break. Now I ordered a pickup order and I said my husband could place it in the car but asked if they could take it to the car. The guy straight up said No. Save your time and go to Home Depot or the Lowe s in Latham.
Pretty disappointed with my recent experience here. I went in recently to purchase a new fridge. The floor model was stainless but I was looking for one in white. The very friendly salesperson checked in back to find if it was in stock. They confirmed that it was and after a very smooth sales process, I was told it would be delivered in two days. Two days later I got up early on my day off to empty the contents of the old fridge into coolers, clearing a path from my driveway to the front door, and making arrangements to keep my second vehicle somewhere else to give the delivery people room. After waiting for hours, I called to find out what was going on. They said they didn t know what had happened but the fridge I had purchased had now been sold to someone else. I now have to wait a week for mine and have to spend another day waiting around for them to maybe deliver it. The person on the phone was apologetic but offered nothing further. This store needs better management. Not only were they so disorganized that they sold my fridge to someone else, but no one bothered to call me to tell me that I d need to wait another week. I appreciate the apology but this is a pretty major mistake and some sort of discount offered for a future purchase would have been standard customer service. But nothing. Will go to the competition next time.

Went there for flooring. They had what I wanted but it was buried in their storage area so they wouldnt sell it to me. No idea when it would be Un buried. Who purchases for Clifton Park Lowes? So much stock they cant put it on the floor to sell.
My almost 47 year old mother went to get mulch and thought she would be okay because an employee would help her put things into her car so my dad can continue mowing the lawn. She asked for help and not one employee helped her. Even the big men coming to pick stuff up ignored her. Are there no good people anymore? It took 3 adults to unload. I feel horrible for my mother and the experience she had. Terrible lazy employees

I bought a 5 gallon jug of water which cost 15$ and I was told I would get my money back when I returned it. When I tried I was told I could only exchange it. No money back. Customer service was indifferent and had an attitude.
Staff was friendly but very few mainly the old timers were knowledgeable. The younger generations were more preoccupied with their phones than assisting customers

Went with Lowe s for a basic sliding glass door replacement. They scheduled two contractors for the same job. One came to measure on 6/12 the other showed up today; This was after several calls were placed to let them know two contractors are scheduled and to cancel the second. The second still showed up. After a third call, I was advised this was an exterior door and the other contractor was for a sliding patio door - there is only one sliding glass patio door being replaced. A very simple straightforward project, installation hasn t even begun and things are already going sideways. I fully regret hiring Lowe s for this project and will not be using them for any more going forward. Such a disappointment. *Update* After a couple weeks I reached out for an update as I had not heard anything from the contractor or Lowe s. I was told by Jeremy St. John on 7/6 the patio door should arrive on 7/7 and I would be contacted by the contractor within two days. Another couple weeks pass and still no update. I called the installation support and was advised the patio door has been in the store since 7/1 but was not marked as received. Rather than actually look into my initial request, Jeremy just rattled off whatever information would appease me at the time, even though the store has had the door for 17 days. This experience just continues to be disappointing, and I m sure the installation will also be a complete disaster based on my experience thus far.
Overall they have good options for at least getting started on most projects or repairs. Staff are helpful, layout makes it difficult to find some items though. They also dont have as extensive a simple hardware section as other stores.
Horrible horrible took hour and half on Thursday evening at 5:00 pm for an associate to help me and customer service at Mai entrance not helpful at . Finally ordered my product brand new had it set for for assembly and delivery (I had to pay for)x delivered today unbelievable the damage to it had to decline delivery. Called Lowes 4 Yes 4 times to get someone to help me and no apology or anything . No more in stock except the floor model which I saw was also damaged. Attitude was sick like the customer doesnt count. Been with less for over 25 years... disgraceful.

Ive been shopping here quite a bit lately as my living room & kitchen have been undergoing renovations. Ive replaced 3 ceiling lights, 2 ceiling fans, 4 floor heat vents (so the color matches the new flooring), powder room fixtures, a couple of drawer pulls & a window blind. I also had to replace the sliding glass door in my kitchen, which I hadnt planned on doing. But the sash on the existing one was discovered to be broken & water was leaking into the wall & rotted away some of the subfloor. Ive shopped in store, curbside pickup & pick up inside. And Ive made returns/exchanges. Cant say Ive had a problem.
Bought a hisense refridgerator barely a year ago and moved it out and unplugged it to clean behind it. When I plugged it back in power on but only a minute or so then off. read manual and tried to follow directions to do mode/ temp controls etc and no go . HMMM called store and told to go to hisense website no luck and then called x 3 40 min each and disconected due to busy operators. Called customer service and told them i have a warranty for 2 yrs told find someone to fix it then submit bills per warranty instructions. Went to store appliace center after much research on line and felt my fridge was in demo mode which is a store set option doesnt use electricity . Spoke to part time person last evening he advised me- look Im just part time- dont know anything about how they work- we just sell them. My advise is know wholl fix something before you buy it .

Clifton Park location is your typical big box store that is always understaffed. Waited for 30 minutes to get a piece plywood cut and up just walking out. Asked 3 employees to call someone for help and never showed. Had another kid tell me he s on break and I need to walk up front to ask for help. I m sure that store is do 40+ million a year. Please allocate a bit more to payroll.
Very unfriendly cashier, ruined the whole shopping experience. Applicance department is unknowledgeable to the product their trying to sell. So u have to Google about the product an not ask anyone.

Pretty disappointed in my overall experience. I purchased a new fridge, and washer and dryer from the appliance department. That started fine and I was able to find what I needed with a helpful floor salesman. The delivery drivers arrive the next week, but were unable to complete the install due to a leaking valve for the fridge and washer. I was told by the delivery folks to call back when I get the plumbing fixed and the store would arrange to have the install of the new appliances and haul away of the old completed. I did just that, but have been getting the run-around from the store since Ive tried calling them nearly every day for a week. First they would send me to the wrong department, place me on hold and hang up, then they scheduled the install for the wrong day (they changed the month for some reason). I feel like Im being actively avoided by their customer service. Now I have an unconnected washer/dryer and new fridge sitting in my garage and Ive certainly not gotten what Ive actually paid for and am likely going to have to get a third party contractor to help me finish the install of the new and removal of the old. Bottom line, individual employees on the floor are helpful, avoid spending money on anything expensive or that needs delivered or installed, or better yet just save yourself the headache and dont shop here at all.

Im not a big fan of box stores but theyre getting harder to avoid and if you want something like EGO products there arent many options. There was a discrepancy on my EGO order which took several days and several Lowes associates to resolve. Luckily on my last trip in I found a person named Mike in the outdoor tools department who made it right within an hour or two. I was initially a bit disappointed but Mike and his team more than made good on the sale and I can easily say I will be going back for my next EGO orders.

CLIFTON PARK LOWES, This manager, who she refuses to give me her name and hung up on me because i said i will most likely go to corporate and further my complaint. Fred, the pro desk supervisor is a joke. I spent over 5k in materials to do a fence. Fred lied to me on so many occasions about delivery and promises he couldn t keep. Don t expect to get anything done on time with this guy. I got MORE THAN HALF OF MY MATERIALS WERE DAMAGED. so i needed to have them replaced. You d think it was simple right?, nope. Not this guy. THE DELIVERY GUY DAMAGED MY GUTTER DOWNSPOUTS. You would think someone cared at lowes right? Nope. I even tried calling the joke of a manager and she (who refuses to tell me her name) didn t care.and HUNG UP ON ME TWICE. Still i was never irate or cussed. So now i went through HQ to hopefully get answers. I will post the aftermath of this mess soon. June 4th Update on lowes. Since my post, lowes has responded TO my post about how i should get ahold of them to square things. I called the number they provided and did talk to someone. They informed me that the so called supervisor Fred wasn t even a supervisor-he was indeed the manager. I couldn t believe it. They also informed me that the rude lady who they all said was the manager-was NOT the manager at all. No wonder she didn t want to give me her name and hung up on me after mentioning that I was calling headquarters. Anyways, the guy i talked to that responded to my review said he was entering all my info in on the computer as a complaint AND they were gonna send someone out to look at my property damage the delivery guy did. NEVER CAME OUT. I am now moving forward to the better business bureau to personally put in more complaints on this whole thing. You can t damage customers property then keep blowing them off. Lowes in halfmoon is not a well functioning company and i will begin with lawyers very soon. I will keep you all updated. September 2023 update Lowes did pay for their damages, but they threatened me legally if i talk about the incident. UPDATE: Them guys aren t going to silence me anymore. They paid for my damages but that was only if I do not to talk to the public about it.
Average Lowes. Nothing special
The most ghetto Lowes in the capital district. No help available, self check out only, key cutting, lumber cutting consistently unavailable. No hot water or paper towels or hand dryers in rest rooms, just cutting corners anywhere they can. So gross. I posted a negative review when they didn t process my flooring order and didn t notify me about it, so they definitely pay to remove bad reviews. Yikes.

Sadly, there s no one ever to be found to help you whenever you find someone in doubles because they re chatting about their life stories Can t find help when you need it and to top it off, I ordered a refrigerator in mid November and I m still waiting on it to be delivered. It was in stock the day I bought it but yet it s still not delivered. Delivery drivers called me once and said that they were at my property and they did not see me. I sat there all day waiting for them and on top of it I had cameras, they never showed up and said that they did I ve been calling and calling leaving messages. I ve gone in there numerous times to reschedule and still I don t have my refrigerator that I paid $1000 for two months ago . Great job Lowes. I d rather drive the extra 5 miles to Home Depot to make my life easier
I just worked w/Jenna to plan an addition to my kitchen. She was exceptional. Thoughtful, knowledgeable and had great planning ideas. Cant wait until I get contractor approval so I can complete my order!!!
2.5 stars. Its a home improvement store. They sell more kreg items then other local stores. The folks working there are not that helpful. Youre better off tapping another shopper on the shoulder on where to find things.

Everytime I shop here no registers are open. I have to self check out. Which is annoying. Maybe they should give some kind of discount since I have to check myself out like I work for Lowes.

Lowe s is Lowe s! They have everything and you can always find someone there to help you! Don t judge me, but I also like how clean and orderly everything is in their stores.

Traditional big box hardware store. Easy to find just about anything. Prices are a little higher than Home Depot. Also possible to order on line and then pick up at the store. Staff is helpful and ready to assist. I picked up a wheel barrow for a landscaping project.

Atrocious experience trying to order a washer and dryer for a brand new home. We placed an order in the store, with a person, on 9/5/22. Delivery was supposed to be 10/1/22. Received automated text on 9/30/22 confirming delivery for next day, with phone number for questions. I called to ask about delivery window of time. Was informed I would receive a call before the day was over. Never received that call. At 7:30 am on 10/1/22, received a text indicating that delivery window was 10-2. OK. Then, received phone call at 8:15 am from delivery person saying they would be at the house in 5 minutes. Delivery truck came. Delivery person came into the house, saw the place where the machines were to go, and said DID YOU GET A DRYER? We said yes, we ordered one. The person then said oh, I can t install a dryer I don t have all the parts! Then the person said DID YOU ORDER A WASHER? We said yes. The man then said THEY DIDNT GIVE ME A WASHER! Go get your receipt. You have to call the store. I don t have a washer for you! In the meantime, second delivery guy was in our driveway and had unloaded what appeared to be two machines we ordered. My partner said aren t those are machines ? The man called to the other man in the driveway, DO YOU HAVE A WASHER FOR THEM? And the guy in the driveway answered No. Meanwhile, I am frantically searching for our receipt, and find it, then start to call the Halfmoon store. My partner tells the delivery people to leave since (1$ they are saying they have no washer for us, and (2) that they don t have the parts to install the dryer. Also, note: the delivery person asked us to help hook up the washer (but there was no washer). Very bizarre. He also started blurting, LOWES SUCKS! I reached a Mike at the store, but he was of no help at all. He said I believe you in a way that sounded as if he didn t believe me .like I was trying to get a free appliance. He said he would have to speak with his delivery coordinator and then one of us will get back to you. A half hour goes by, and I decide we should just go to the store in person since we ordered the appliances from there. We go to the CS desk and say we want to cancel the order (approx $2,500). They have to call a manager to approve the refund. Mike arrives and says we have your information and are looking into it. I say we want to cancel. We need a washer and dryer ASAP. He says ok . Zero apology, zero concern that we were canceling the order. I ask Mike who the store manager is. He says it s on the receipt. The clerk attempts to process the refund just approved by Mike, but it won t go through. They have to call another manager up. A person named Becky arrives. Turns out that she is the store manager. Haha. She says she can t give a refund because she doesn t know where the machines are. We have to wait until the machines are back in Lowes inventory. But their delivery agent told us there was no washer. Doesn t matter. We have to wait for a refund, even though Lowes has had $2,500 for 26 days, failed to delivery on the date specified, and we are severely inconvenienced. We have to wait until Lowes figures out their inventory, which implies that they think WE have the machines. A terrible way of ruining goodwill. Becky asked me what I expect her to do. I say I want my money back. She refuses, but promises my cc would be credited back before 6 pm that day (Saturday, 10/1/22), when the inventory returns (always a condition). We leave, go to Marcella s to pick out a different set. About an hour later, I receive a phone call from someone named Ian from US Transportation, the third party delivery contractor Lowes uses. He asks if there is anything he can do to retain me as a Lowes customer. Hmm. Well we already ordered a different set, which I explained to him, so no there is nothing. And we would not even want your delivery people to install anything in our brand new house. Turns out the guy punched holes into the drains for the washer that he claimed did not exist, and they re slopp

Last few times I have been at this Lowes it has not lived up to even a minimum standard. Had a terrible experience with staff and a manager during my last project, and now only use them if my other choices dont have what I am looking for
We were looking for a new stove. Unfortunately we did not find one we wanted. We ended up buying one at Home Depot. Update - went looking for a new sliding door. They had almost no in store selection.
Friendly employees and helpful. Sum things high in prices but yet sum reasonable.
Terrific store. Clean and well stocked.
Only complaint is that all the layouts are different. You cant just walk into any of them and know where everything is

Best staff. Very helpful. The merchandise team helped me out when the Lowes Staff member was busy. They were kind, professional and knowledgeable about Lowes products. The staff member who works in paint is A+. Cashiers are personable and efficient. The store had some items on clearance that were unbelievable.

Halfmoon Lowes is the worst of the stores in the area for customer service. I purchased a Kholer faucet that was on clearance at the Saratoga store. When I took Faucet out of the factory sealed box it had a blemish on it. I had to go to the Halfmoon store anyway because the Saratoga store was out of duct work, I needed so figured I could just swap it out and save the longer ride to Saratoga store. Nope the manager said we can swap it out but i have to pay the difference between the clearance price in Halfmoon and Saratoga. Needless to say, I returned it, and Lowes loses out on future business not that they care. Soon every dollar will matter when the stores are empty because people cant afford to home updates.
Wonderful, I drive an hour and 15 mins. To get the part I needed for our dishwasher. Ordered on line. Picked up item from their lobby lockers. Had to go in the store for another item and it is clean, organized and big! I dont think there is not anything they dont have there.

Paint was my goal this shopping trip. There was a good selection on the shelves. I chose 5 gals of primer and 5 gals of flat white. I was able to get them both mixed today. I looked at the ceiling fans.....Wow they had a huge selection today. Over all what youd expect for a Lowes.
Awesome experience at the Halfmoon Lowe s. Just about to start my first tile job and Maria approached me (saw I needed help) and was super helpful and nice and pointed me in the direction to everything that I needed. Never get that at the other place. That s why I ll always come here. Thanks Maria!!
Great selection of items, but unfortunately, they need more people working. The majority of people working there are compitent but overworked. Yhey need more employees.. a LOT more. Being constantly short staffed, Im sure they do the best they can. Still the best big box store in the area.

Staff was very helpful, but Lowes couldnt help me to get the appliance we wanted because they were out of stock. The Home Depot still had them, the same model.

I probably will not shop with Lowe s again. I ordered a refrigerator because mine has decided it s not a fan of being cold. I chose this refrigerator because they said they could deliver next day but as soon as purchased it I noticed the delivery date changed. They said oh we don t have it in store. Sorry. Then the next person says we have done some updates that have not caught up with the website yet. And we still don t have one but I can cancel. As I explained I don t have another $1000+ to put out for yet another order while I have to wait several days for you to return the money for the canceled order. I should have just paid a little extra and went to Home Depot. I usually shop at Home Depot but I was looking for a bargain and look what it got me. You truly get what you pay for I guess.
