I had a estimated spending 1400 dollars on my sons car from a different shop. Hamburg Radiators was my 2nd opinion. And I couldn't be more happy with them. Not only did I save 1000 !!! dollars. But they were honest, professional and only did the work that was necessary. Take your vehicle there before you pay a corporate shop to screw you over Dan was A1 from the 1st phone call!!!
I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They always take the time to hear what the customers is experiencing in the vehicle and very quick to help with anything out of the ordinary. I will always use this shop because the people here are great humans and they do amazing work.
I reached out to my local FB group looking for help with a tail light replacement, and this place reached out and went above and beyond for me! Not only did they donate the tail light to me, they installed it for free, as well as fixed another problem my car was having. Everyone there is welcoming, friendly, compassionate, and caring! I would recommend this place to any and everyone.
Spoke to representative two weeks ago on the phone regarding an antique truck radiator repair. He was confident to tackle the lower tank repair. Drove drove 2 hours to their shop only to the met at the door by their radiator "expert" who told me that the radiator was a lost cause and not worth their time. Then, proceeds to name off several other radiator shops in the areas and told them how they would not want to work on it either. Thankfully, one of the ones he mentioned took the job on and the trip wasn't for nothing. While I'm not actually a customer, the bedside manner of the radiator expert receptionist sucked! Probably a good place to take your Kia though.

I can't say enough great things about Dave and Rob. I live literally across the street from Hamburg Radiator, many years I didn't know they worked full service on cars. I called and they were able to get my 2016 ford focus in and helped with engine light. They were fast efficient and courtious. I now have a new place to take my car! 😊

These guys are great. Normally you need an appointment, but we pulled right in and they charged up the ac brand new. They didnt have to stop what they were doing but they did. Thats what I call service!

Really liked these guys and bailed me out when another shop botched the job...but sorry to hear they closed the shop in the North towns and are only rolling out of Hamburg now.
Good stuff and good guys
Last week I scheduled a drop off of my vehicle, knowing that there was a problem with the AC holding coolant. This was clearly communicated to the shop. The car was not touched the entire first day, except to confirm that there was no coolant within the system. On the second day, today, I was told that the car wouldnt be able to be finished for another 2-3 business days. Im not happy, especially considering I was told yesterday that they would be able to make the necessary repairs today and now all of a sudden, that changed. Why was the fact that this was going to be a 4 business day job not communicated to me last week when I scheduled it for a 1 day drop off, or even yesterday. To me, this is a completely unacceptable disregard for my time and the huge inconvenience. Its sad because this shop came highly recommended and seems to have great ratings by most. I wonder what changed.
Love the service I get here! Especially when they are so friendly and knowledgeable! I get my car repairs/scheduled maintenance done and I know that it s done right! Never once had to bring my car back for something they did wrong or overlooked. They have competitive prices and excellent customer service. If they can t fix something then it can t be done period. With their innovative thinking and outside the box ideas there s really nothing they can t do. Thanks guys for being so AMAZING!
They were able to troubleshoot and replace my dodge caravans radiator in 1 day. Im pretty happy although it did cost 670$ thats life I guess. Anyways, I was impressed and will consider taking my car there in the future.

I recently discovered that my A/C was not working and dreaded how expensive the repair was going to be. I went to Amherst Radiator because it is close to my home. They called me to tell what they found and how much it would be. I felt a bit better because it was not as expensive as I feared. On the way to the office to pay the bill, I walked past my car and had to take a second look. I was smiling. Not only did they fix my air conditioner, they realigned my bumper that had been ajar. I went to the shop to say thanks for the extra work and found out that they also replaced a headlamp bulb. Who does that? I am not looking forward to needing a mechanic again, but I do know where I will go when I do. Thanks guys.
I stopped in to get some work on my truck and less than 2 days they had me drop it off at 10 am and at 4 pm the same day the truck was finished and what a difference. Prices are fair .very happy with them and you will too.

Brought my radiator in to be repaired, quoted me almost $700 and I had it out. They said it will be better than the stock one I had so I went with it, well nothing but problems with it, constant over heating etc. I checked the flow of it and its barley moving fluid, I call them they say its my water pump now and or thermostat, I decide to buy a stock one that I originally had in it for much less too $500 get it installed and everything is good. Dont go here.

Went there had my car checked over and put on the machine because check engine light was on and also tire pressure one.Dan the mechanic was so helpful explained to me what he had done and what was strong w my car.He had put air in all 4 tires and gave me code to take my dealer.Fast and friendly would highly recommend

I had ordered a part from another store for my truck and when it arrived it was not the correct one. After a frustrating night and day I ended up getting in touch with Dave at Hamburg Radiator. He had me bring the old part down to match it up. He was awesome and had a wealth of knowledge. Had the exact part in stock and at a great price and had other parts I needed. I highly recommend them and their services to anyone looking for a good honest shop or just for some parts.

These guys are fantastic. They do what they are going to say. If there is more work needed you are told up front. Very straight shooters and really easy to talk too. They tell you what you really need and dont try to upsell unless it is really something you need. I had my auto evaluated elsewhere and they found 12 things that were urgently needed. The guys at Amherst Radiator told me what was really important and was still less than I was quoted for the same fixes. Give them a try, you wont go wrong.
