Steve the hvac guy was absolutely hands down amazing. I really have no words. Experienced and knowledgeable fast I mean you have a great employee. Even my dog loved him. She dont let men pet her and she warmed right up to him. Seriously awesome worker. My propane tank was installed yesterday at Deer Run. I wasn t there and yet they cleaned up after themselves, reattached the propane tank back to my gas grill and relit the pilot on my water heater! I m so grateful to all involved. Nice to see some customer service for a change and reassuring to know I won t be running out of propane every month! My thanks to all involved for such a painless change over to AC Albright & Sons!

Great service great prices

Beware of scams! Had this company come out to do a mandatory inspection of an oil tank before they filled it and was told the oil tank needed to be replaced before they would fill it, citing all sorts of problems. They quoted me $4200 and told me a manager would be contacting me to discuss the issue. A manager never contacted me. I reached out to several companies who were SHOCKED at the price quote I had received (I got 3 additional quotes and the highest was $2200 for the same job). PLUS I had 2 additional companies come out to inspect it and say that there was no need for me to get a new oil tank right away. When I listed the concerns the original guy mentioned, they looked at me like I was crazy. The metal is too thin to hold oil? Did he know you already had half a tank? direct quote from Kosco. I would NOT recommend anyone go with these services. This company should be ashamed of the scam they tried to pull on my husband and I.

Very easy to set up service. I used them after another provider failed to refill my propane tank and I had run out. I really like that they offer cellular monitoring and the tank is always refilled without worrying about running out of propane again.

I was headed back to the city after spending time in Albany for thanksgiving. Driving on the thruway, when my car started making a loud noise. I pulled over and googled four different garages. It was Black Friday. They either didnt pick up or couldnt help me on short notice. C A Albright not only took me in, but they fixed my problem and didnt charge me. Handshake and a have a nice weekend. If I didnt live 2 1/2 hours away, theyd get all my business

They sent Kenny out just 2 days after the initial call, not only did he have to get short in my basement, he also was awesome about my 3 dogs, who wanted to jump on him, he came back 2 more times to fill our tank and he is the reason my boiler and electrical panel is still in working order as he is the one who Informed us our basement was flooding after the flash flood we had. This is my first home purchase, in an area I know absolutely nothing about, the honesty and integrity of c.a.albrights is top notch, the trust I have in them after just the first week has put my mind at ease. I even stopped by the office to leave the top and everyone there was so friendly and kind. Its just a great group of people and Im so glad I called!

I called them and asked how much it would be for them to look at my car. Because my check engine light was on. I was told it was free. I got to the garage. They checked it out. And then I was charged money without Knowing I was going to be charged because they said it would be free I wouldnt care about paying to get my car looked at, but they lied.. told me it was free . Call them back, ask to speak with the boss. Some guy named bill picked up the phone told him about the Problem. He said. What do you want to do about it? Its only free if they work on it. Ask, how much would it be to get the mass air flow sensor Put in , he said a couple of hundred of dollars for less than twenty minutes of work I explained to him that he should let people know that it does cost money. Its not free. I dont know how many other people this has happened to just be wary of these people. They lie I explained to him that he should inform the lady whos working the phone To stop telling people its free to Scam people out of their hard working amoney when they go in after they look at it and charge you a hidden fee. They also said not to ever bring my car about after I reported problem

I must say , these people are on there game . Fixed my furnace by utilizing my equipment differently. They could have sold me a new relay board . Oh , and they answer the phone quickly with no Lon hold times . It s nice not being just a number to them as well.

They explained the process of propane heaters and delivery. Replaced a thermostat for us and was very responsive when we had an issue. However. This year I received an invoice for tank rental. I was told it was a charge that had been in place, but not enforced. Because I dont use a certain amount of fuel each year to heat my garage ...I get charged $150 rental fee...with no forewarning!! Thanks but no thanks.

Lost heat overnight. They answered the phone at 430am! We were expecting to leave a voice-mail. They came out, fixed the problem in minutes! Scott was great and knowledgeable!

I used Gremlin which shows the amount of oil in the tank. My oil tank can hold 275 gallons of oil. Over the summer when my oil tank was more then 1/2 full, CA Albright delivered oil. Luckily I was home and able to stop the delivery guy after he put in $170-$175 of oil. I contacted CA Albright. I was told that a mistake had been made on their end. CA Albright of course charged my credit card. Last Tuesday, CA Albright contacted me to see if I needed oil. I told the representative no, the Gremlin registered that I had 99 gallons of oil. That I was using my fireplace this winter and was not using as much oil as in the past. Further, that when I opened the account, a note was made in my file that oil would be delivered when I was at 60 gallons. On Friday, notwithstanding the telephone call 3 days earlier and the note in my file, CA Albright delivered 131 gallons of oil. I contacted CA Albright and confirmed that oil was not to be delivered and asked that the oil be removed. I also stated, that if the oil remained, I was unwilling to pay until the end of January (for oil that should not have been delivered). CA Albrights response was unprofessional to say the least. CA Albright acknowledged that oil was not to be delivered but went on to say that I had to pay for the oil now. That they would remove the Gremlin and oil and close the account, which I agreed to. I will be contacting the NYS Attorney General to file a formal complaint. This encounter brought to mind Bottilini Oil Co.

The owner contracted with me a few years ago to install a tank monitor system. I explained that I purchased my own tank so I could shop around for fuel. His response was you just need to fill with me one time. Well today they came and removed the monitor because I didnt fill with them this year. I did feel with him last year, but not this year. Prior to filling this year, I called and asked them to meet the price that I got from another supplier and they denied it. Terrible customer service call never do business with CA Albright again.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end! We were on the Thruway, gasket seized up, threw off a belt, alternator stopped, battery stopped, engine overheated, blew holes in the radiator, lost power steering, and just barely rolled into the rest area. Gallagher s towed our car and trailer to the garage (another great experience) and even dropped us off at a hotel. CA Albright sent someone to pick us up at the hotel the next morning. Who does that?!! Amazing customer service. Bill and his crew had us fixed up and back on the road in amazing time. Quality repairs and warm customer service. I highly recommend!

Met three different technicians within 24 hours, and each one was experienced, polite and extremely helpful. Because of this, we switched to their company, and they had us hooked up and running within 24 hours of the original call. Highly recommend!

Had tires installed and inspection done. My registration sticker was peeling off and they took the time to fix it with scotch tape without asking or charging me. Little things go a long way. Highly recommend this business for automotive needs.

Crooks, in the process of small claims court, technician came for AC to change a capacitor that I had requested them to change, quoted $20 for capacitor and $100 to put it in. It takes 10 minutes to do this, technician got there and I asked him to restart it first, he says he does not see a restart button, so he proceeded to change the capacitor, since I needed one, I was fine with it, he then tries to start it, no luck says must be the switch, I said I will look it up on my phone how to reset it as it should start up, while I was doing that he says, I am going to change the switch while your looking it up, took him 5 minutes to do that, no luck starting it up, says must be your compressor thousands of dollars for a new AC unit, I said, I found it, it says you need to switch off the breaker, then unplug the outdoor electric to the AC unit for 20-30 minutes and it should reset. He did it and while he took 20 minutes to write up a bill and put the unit together, turned on the breaker and plugged in the outside electric to the unit, started and been running fine since. Charge $372.60 cents, I handed the bill to my wife and went to work, she calls crying about the amount, I called and was told by Mike the next day he would look into it and talk with technician and I received a voicemail saying he would send a check out for $244 dollars, 10 days later called Mike to check on the check, was told by John Hancock (yeah) Mike was fired 10 days ago and that he can not send out a refund! Never work with these guys, I am also reporting them to the better business.

I cant express enough how great they are here. I live in Southern NJ and was in upstate New York for a hiking trip. Well, my car started leaking antifreeze on my way home on a Sunday, 4.5 hours from home. My mom called and the owner answered on Sunday! He said to go in first thing Monday morning. I got there around 10 am, they took a car out of a bay to help me due to my situation, diagnosed my car, got the part ordered, shipped and installed all within two hours. I dont know what Id do if I didnt come here. Again Im so thankful and appreciative. Thanks guys!

These people are crooks! Will tell you one thing, charge you another. Nobody seems to be on the same page as to what the business has on their plate. They tried to charge me for getting my car towed to them even though I got it towed with an outside towing service (which I paid separately) !! Randy is a crook and will hush his workers if they try to help you out too much.

Went there for an alignment and was told my outer tie rod needed to be replaced a couple hours later. Another few hours they call and tell me my frame is bent and they couldnt see it?? Now my frame wasnt bent or anything before I brought it in so you do the math.
