been coming here for years with good service. today i had quick service, i walked in and was able to get my tire nail fixed within 15-20 mins when i couldn't do it myself.

Amazing place, I need up coming here after the dealership tried rinsing me out of $1500 for breaks and rotors, these guys were the only people that gave me a fair rate. It’s safe to say I found a place I can trust. Omar and the rest of the staff are the best around!!
Best mechanics in the area, hands down. Polite, considerate, personal, respectful. They know it and have no shame in their job like other locals *cough* quickie *cough* total *cough* crooks *cough*... Village Auto has always left me with a smile and I never feel like I was ripped off. They fixed an exhaust leak no problem. Grinding brakes, they know exactly the cause. I failed inspection but they were even willing to take the fee off my tire installation. I have no problem giving them that $20 because it was so fast and effortless. In and out Guy at the front is always a pleasure to see and deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I only wish they had a larger parking lot, and more lifts. Maybe one day Keep it up I will bring all my business here 👍👍👌
I can honestly say, this place is a five star everything from auto repair to New York inspections they’re here to help with all your needs. Every time I go there Customer Service is excellent reason to be price and most importantly they take care of you and your vehicle. I highly recommend them for all repairs. 100% will return here for my car maintenance. Needed emergency repairs on my brakes they got me in and I picked up my car the next day. They were very efficient and called me to let me know what they had found and I gave the go ahead to fix it. They also called me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. My work schedule caused me to arrive a bit late, but I called and they waited the extra 20 minutes. My car is running smooth and perfect brakes again. Thank you again

Had a flat driving down 17. Pulled in to parking lot with village auot repair and cross roads cafe. Tired road side assistance, 3 hour wait. Walked in to village auto, and ask if they could help. Omar said he would as soon as he finished an oil change. And sure enough he walked over, looked at what needed to be done, then returned to change my tire. Perfect and professional. Thanks

When my long-standing mechanic retired I asked for local recommendations and was steered to Village Auto. I had a repair done a few months back and was very happy. So, I turened to them again today for my inspection. I didnt make an appointment, but simply stopped by to see if they could fit me in. They were kind and accommodating, despite being slammed (it was a Saturday), and I soon passed and left. On my way home the check engine light came on and my car was hesitating when I switched gears. I called Village immediately to see if they could help me troubleshoot. Again, despite being super busy and within an hour of closing, Omar told me to come right back to see if he could figure out what was going on. I headed back and Omar got right to it. In less than ten minutes he asked me to take it for a spin and sure enough, he solved the problem. I must have had a fuse ready to go and the inspection process put it over the edge (my very un-technical brain describing this, not the adept folks at Village, lol). Omar had figured this out, replaced the fuse, and then wouldnt even let me pay him for the part. His attention to detail, kindness, generosity, and technical knowledge is outstanding. In me, Village has gained a devoted and grateful customer.

Honest, fast, kind! Jeeps radiator blew a leak while driving past town on a 100 degree day. Omar and his mechanics diagnosed, got the parts and fixed it within 4 business hours at a very reasonable price. Couldnt recommend more.
These guys are lifesavers! We were stranded at the side of the road when a jagged tree branch ripped through one of my cars tires. The AAA driver brought us to Village Auto where they went above and beyond despite the late hour, getting us a new tire and fixing it up quickly so we could finish the long drive home. Thank guys!!

Me and my friend went a few weeks ago to get a oil change and the experience was unprofessional. We go in the entrance and there s no one there and we think it s the wrong place and we go around the building in a circle asking people where the auto repair place is and then there these two guys just lazing around in the back and they told us it was upfront. We go around and we end up at the same auto repair place and the two guys we talked to in the back ended up working there and just stared at us until we got inside, and do there job. Really unprofessional to leave the front unattended and just give us weird looks. I do not recommend.
We were on our way back to toronto from NYC via Woodbury Common Premium Outlet. While along the interstate hiway an alarm popped on my dashboard check charging system with a battery symbol ON. As autos nowadays heavily rely on the battery for almost everything from nav, car entertainment plus the basics such headlights i decided to search for a mechanic on the woodbury area as we were still around 700plus kms away from toronto and driving night time was not a good idea We were able to find this in google and we were able to reach the shop. Although it was already almost closing time for them, i explained to fathi or feati that i had an issue with my vehicle and i am not from the area and i need to go home to toronto safely . I saw his willingness to help, So in short after assessing the car , he was able to replace the alternator. He himself travelled almost an hour to get the right alternator while his colleague was removing the faulty alternator. The total cost was way below what i expected. In short ,, the attitude of this guys willingness to help especially those who were in dire need, the professional work rendered , the low cost even when it was already off hours, the cleanliness of the place (my kids and wife were able to stay inside the shops office and use the washroom as it was not the typical car shop with those grease and dirt) were all positive indicators that are seldom seen nowadays Thank you very much and you are really a savior. Thanks again for bringing my family back to toronto safe n sound !
