Poor quality work. Brought my truck in to get door and mirror repaired. First time around the bodywork was rushed. The edges looked terrible and there were noticeable sanding marks all over. Blemishes in the paint were also present. They took it back and redid the work. Second go around there were still blemishes in the paint, the paint was mixed poorly causing there to be blue specks all over (metallic grey paint), the edges still werent perfect and my fender trim was loose with 3 clips missing. Both times the job looked terrible. No care was given with the work

Wow! Got into a fender bender and they fit me in day of, fixed my bumper up immediately, and didn t charge me since it was a quick fix. Will be coming back here for all future auto body needs.

My insurer deemed my Honda Fit a total loss after a deer took out my hood, headlight, fender, and sideview mirror. Because of Troys I was able to keep my car and get back on the road. Super honest and easy to work with. Thank you!

I bought my car here after it was sideswiped and had a positive experience. They repaired the damage quickly and did a great job. I was surprised that they did a full interior detailing of the car, which was a really nice touch.

Got swiped in a parking lot while parked on my birthday. The scratches were so deep it couldnt be buffed out. Troys turned around an entire rear bumper replacement in a day, and cleaned out the entire interior of my car. Every single surface, every floormat, everything, without being asked. Adorable dog asleep behind the desk, what more could you ask for?

I cannot say enough great things about this place, their staff car looks BRAND SPANKING NEW!! It was finished quickly , and I was more than a little shocked when I saw the inside!! recently I stopped at Troys auto body to see if I could get an estimate on some minor damage to my wifes car without an appointment. I was greeted by a nice, friendly young man who took the the time to look at the damage and then proceeded to buff out the area that was scuffed up. I tried to pay him for his services but he refused payment. As a small business owner myself, its nice to see there are still places that offer exceptional service. I highly recommend Troys.

The owner is rude and has an attitude problem.

I was very impressed with Troys. I got several different quotes, In the end they came back with the best and the fastest turnaround. They were friendly and helpful and returned my car back to me spotless inside and out.

I cannot say enough good things about Troy and his crew! They fixed up my 2011 Subaru Outback like BRAND new! The day we dropped the Outback off to Troys, my tire went flat. We put the donut on and off we went. I pick up the car today expecting to drop it off to my mechanic and Troys crew had not only plugged the leak in the tire, but they took the donut off, stowed it back in the trunk and put my FIXED tire back on! The office staff was so nice and super helpful. If your car needs body work, go to Troys. You wont be disappointed.

let me preface by saying I bring my car to quite a few shows. I couldnt be happier with the repairs done to me car after someone hit me. (they took the whole front bumper and headlights off...) all OEM parts , perfect paint, and my car was given back to me in a fantastic amount of time, even with the limited availability on items. great customer service, they kept me up to date, and informed of the progress the entire time. I am a first time customer who brought my car in for multiple deer damages! I am extremely pleased with the work that was done and the customer service that was provided! I have used Troys Auto Body in the past and have been completely satisfied with the quality of his work. Troy is very knowledgeable in what he does and does a top notch job, every time!! You wont be disappointed. And his wife, Alicia, and his daughter, Vanessa, are an added bonus. They provide expert, friendly customer service! Brought our car in after someone rear ended us pretty badly. Turn around time was very fast (about 2 weeks) and they did a phenomenal job. On top of that they took the time to clean the entire car. Super friendly and helpful staff. Would give 6 stars if I could!

I have been using this shop for years. Troy and his team do out outstanding work.

My 2016 rogue was hit in a local parking lot. I want to see Troy and was helped by his family, Alicia and Vanessa. I got an immediate estimate. The work was done in less than two days. The car came back looking much better than I had driven it in and I don t mean just the bodywork which was excellent. The car was clean in and out the car smelled wonderful and I have a brand new flashlight on my key ring. On top of everything, I was given a loaner car which made my life so much easier. Had my car detailed by Anthony at Troys Auto Body Works. Looks like a different car. Amazing job. Very accommodating and good price. Really went the extra mile.

I went in there 15 minutes past the time they had closed.. my rear view mirror had fallen off. The guy Anothony was beyond polite and friendly and offered to order the piece I needed. The following day, when I went back, still after hours (they willingly stayed late because of my work schedule), they had ordered the piece and had my mirror back on in no time-- and he didnt even charge me!!! Very polite, professional.. hopefully I wont need them again, but if I do Ill definitely be giving them my business.

My Lexus was in a minor fender bender this past winter. I know a few car guys that highly recommended Troy s. I have to say not only did they do an exceptional job on the car, the paint was spot on, perfectly done. They stand by their work even more so. I had problem with the headlight ballisters about 5 months later and they were there to take care of it. They provide great customer service, friendly and always responsive. I highly recommend Troy s especially if you are a car fanatic. You will not be disappointed.

I read the other reviews of Troys and decided to try them. I needed to replace both the passenger side regulators for my power windows. Troy said no problem and also settled my fears right away about cost because he told me to pay him when I could. Wow!!! To a single mom that means a lot. He didnt overcharge me and the work done was quick and top-notch. I was also chauffeured back home while they did the work. Thanks to Troy and his team!!! I recommend them completely.

I took my Wifes Impreza to Troys to have it thoroughly fixed up inside and out as an xmas present to her. They did an amazing job, it really does look like it just drove off the showroom floor (its 2 years old). Work was done well, was delivered when promised, and was true to the original estimate.
