Great and honest service. Everytime I take the car there for service. They exceeded my expectation.

Kaisers had my car for over a month due to damage done by their mechanics. They repaired that at no extra cost which is of little consolation considering I still spent over 3k and the oil leak was not resolved. The splash shield under the car also wasnt secured properly when they were done, which I discovered immediately after getting the car back while I was going down the highway.

We developed a problem with our 2011 Honda CRV (worn serpentine belt). Bob Kaiser s took it right in and replaced the belt. In addition to that, they replaced the DOHC cover gasket, which was leaking oil. Some of the work was covered under their warranty; I really appreciate that, thanks guys!

Very competent and honest shop. Can trust them to do the job right and never sell you services you dont need (unlike the dealerships) or overcharge. This is the only shop Ill use rather than going to the dealer.

Kaisers has always had an excellent reputation as far as we have been concerned, and that has not changed even with new ownership. They do what they say they will do, and the job is done when they say it will be done. You get the best service here, at the desk, and in the shop.

While I was in there paying for my service, I overheard them call another car owner to confirm oil change. The oil change sticker on their car said it was done somewhere else. Most garages would have just done the oil change and got paid for a service not needed. Great customer service every time.

While on vacation from South Dakota, our Jeep Wrangler blew a radiator on our way to Hamlin Beach SP. In NY. We called around to see if we could find a repair shop that could get us back on the road. This is Connie and Paul Nau. Horrible. Our car sat there 7 weeks and they did nothing. 81 corvette needing brakes bled and tune up. We had 2 vehicles in previously & were happy but this car went in on flatbed April 17, they had a 2 week wait for work per Shane, no problem and it was towed in 1 week early in case they could get started. We waited patiently. They never called us once. Car sat there until June 10 when we had it flatbedded out. April 17 - June 10. Throughout the 7 weeks we called for updates every week and a half, we were not annoying, just inquiring because we heard nothing. Each time were told its next to come in, or its 2nd to come in, or the owner is going to work on it he likes the older cars, excuse after excuse. June 5, we physically went there, Shane stated it would get in tomorrow (6th). June 7, I called for update, Brent stated its 2 cars away from getting in, possibly next week wednesday.... What? why? who does this to people?

Guys are little backed up and I had a mix up with scheduling. Brent was really cool about clearing that up. Wasnt thrilled about the multiple diagnostic fees. I already knew why the check engine light was on just wanted a cost estimate on replacing the hose and the other diagnostics wasnt a clear conclusion.

They are so professional, knowledgeable and damn good at their jobs!! Thank you for taking such great care of my car and pocket book. Just love this place!!

Brought my sons first car in to have an alignment done and the crew went above and beyond, even giving the used car a detailed maintenance inspection at no extra cost. It was nice to turn the car over to my son with a little extra piece of mind. Great shop- I dont go anywhere else!

Very efficient and modern shop. Kept communication open and made sure we were informed of everything going on with our vehicle. They have an electronic portal that sends texts and emails with updates and actions needed which eliminates having to call for updates or wondering what s happening with your vehicle. In this day and age its hard to find knowledge, and concern for your vehicle, its usually a money grab in labor costs. I appreciate Bob Kaisers. If its not the dealership, Bob Kaiser is always my next call!

Very thorough and competent mechanics. They post photos of all aspects of the job and potential problems to your cell phone before doing the work and dont do work that is not necessary. Labor rate is about 25% less than dealer labor rates. Ive taken my vehicles there for service at the same location for almost 38 years.

Bobs repair shop is exponentially different then other shops. Upon getting my truck dropped off from a tow truck by surprise to them, they were very informative with the process they planned to follow to diagnose everything wrong and included pictures of what is good and what is not so good. Mike is an excellent mechanic that I met when he previously worked at Firestone. The picture is prior to fix, I didn t get to take an after picture but can assure that the wheel doesn t look that way anymore. Highly recommend going here to get your car serviced or repaired. Definitely worth the wait even if they are backed up!

Im a little bias. I worked for Bob Kaisers repair for 30 years. Im retired now but still take my families vehicles to Bob Conant (the current owner). I know that not only will they get it right the first time, if its not right, they will do whatever it takes to make it right. Find a shop you trust and stick with them even if it isnt Bobs place. If your looking for a new shop give them a try. I dont think youll be disappointed.

Would NOT recommend going to Kaiser automotive. For starters, they misdiagnosed and overcharged me on a repair for my vehicle that I didnt need to have done. In addition, on my sons car they replaced a brake caliper and failed to tighten the banjo bolts on the caliper. As a result, my brakes failed while driving as I lost pressure in the brake lines with all the fluid leaking out of banjo bolt in the caliper. I called them about the issue and left a message. Nobody called me back. I ended up going to Mikes auto in Hilton instead. He was able to get me in right away and fix the issue without even charging me. We have all our auto repair done at Bob Kaisers - today they indulged me and checked my brakes, for a second time, because I was worried that they felt funny. The brakes were fine & Brent even showed me pictures that showed that they were perfect. I don t drive the vehicle that often anymore & was worried with the kids home & driving it in the snow. Both Shane & Brent assured me it was no problem & they were happy to check them.
