Fast, effective, and reasonably priced( sort of) .... My go-to place for oil change and any repair issue that I may have with my little car. They are trustworthy and professional. My car runs much better than before, and I feel safe driving it. The Mechanics do an impeccable job and pay attention to detail. I highly recommend Metric Motors in Holmes, NY. April 1st 2025! They are and will always be the best auto mechanic repairers in all of NY!Honest and transparent. I have never encountered any issue with this enterprise. They also offer coupons to give you a break from any costly repairs which somewhat gives you a peace of mind considering how this economy is kicking our behinds.

Check Yelp for the truth. Went to this company after I got into a pretty major accident where my car was both cosmetically and mechanically damaged. Insurance made it very clear what needed to be done. Metric gave me a curtesy car; free of charge: a 20 year old Corolla. Turns out they were charging my insurance the whole time for this car without telling me. Staff initially tried to lie about it. Cool! After several weeks I was told my car was ready. I drove down the street and my car began to break down/made horrible sounds. I realized the car was NOT FIXED MECHANICALLY AT ALL. Could have compromised my safety, I drove straight back to the business. The owner and staff scrambled to find an excuse and ultimately said it was a misunderstanding with a curt, patronizing don t get emotional. (I m a woman). I took my car somewhere else and was told that my tires in the back were not functional. SO METRIC DIDN T EVEN DRIVE MY CAR OR BARELY INSPECTED IT. I then looked at their lousy cosmetic bumper paint. Completely devalued my car. I will tell everyone I know about you. several locals told me how horrible and slimy your company is but I still wanted to give you a chance.

I have been using Metric Motors for over 25 years. Always my first choice for oil changes, tires and car repairs. Metric Motors staff always so helpful and always accomadate an urgent car situation.

Metric was able to get my vehicle in the same day I called. Dom called to send me an estimate on the work that needed to be done and explained everything to me. Vehicle came back to us and we are happy with the work that was done.

I recently had the engine light come on in my car, and naturally, I was a bit panicked. I took it to the nearest repair shop by where I work, Texaco of Guilford, not knowing much about what the yellow engine light meant. After running a diagnostic, they identified the issue as the engine oil solenoid valve. Unfortunately, they couldn t perform that specific repair, but they didn t charge me for the diagnostic. They explained it was safe to drive but advised me to get it checked out soon. I contacted my extended warranty provider, Carchex, and they recommended the Mercedes dealership I usually visit. However, the dealership refused to honor my warranty, which left me frustrated. Carchex then directed me to Metric Motors in Holmes, NY, just a 10-minute drive from my house. I m so glad the dealership couldn t help, because I would have never discovered Metric. At Metric Motors, they ran the same diagnostics and pinpointed the same issue without me saying a word. Not only did they fix the problem in a day, but they also didn t push any unnecessary services or upsells, something I ve often experienced at the dealership. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the whole process. A special shoutout to Dominic and his technician for their great service and for taking the time to explain exactly what the engine oil solenoid valve does I really appreciated that! The waiting area at Metric was also a great experience. It was clean, comfortable, and had a big TV to help pass the time. They even offered coffee, which made the wait much more pleasant. As I sat there, I noticed so many customers coming in for service and, based on their rapport with the check-in team, it was clear they were repeat customers. Carchex made the payment process easy, covering the repair cost minus the diagnostic and disposal fees. I will definitely be returning to Metric Motors for future maintenance and repairs. It s rare to find such an honest, efficient, and customer-focused shop. I highly recommend them!

Honest truth, I was skeptical at first. I had read some old and previous reviews which were not favorable. We stumbled in because we had to get an inspection and had no other choice but to use Metric Motors well let me tell you they were delightful. We ve now taken our vehicle back Along with our other vehicle to have additional work done. I was actually in the waiting room and heard one of the owners or managers talk a client out of brakes because they thought they needed them and didn t know much about mechanics. Straight up, honest quality work they exceeded the expectations I had for all of the work they ve done for us so far. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend them.

Metric Motors is now my go to mechanic. A week and a half ago I took my truck in for brakes and rotors. They were friendly and upfront. They even took me into the garage twice to explain what needed to be done and show me the damaged parts. The work was done in an extremely timely manner with no pressure to do more than I wanted. Today I stopped by with another vehicle to see if I could get an inspection done. Again they were accommodating and got me right in. Next week I will be making an appointment for tires here, I have no reason to look anywhere else, the metric motors team is fairly priced and above all honest.

I dropped my car off around 3:30 with the tire pressure light on, hoping it might get looked at later that day. By 5:00 the problem was fixed for a very reasonable cost. Metric has never disappointed us.

A friend of mine recently went in for an inspection. After being told the car failed for one reverse light not working (which according to NYS inspection law, something an establishment such as Metric Motors should be familiar with, you only need one light to pass) proceeded to ask for a refund due to service incompetence was denied and verbally assaulted. Now I suspect, as other comments have shown, the owner will reply back in a patronizing way (quite funny if I do say so myself) my only intention is to education the town and community I ve spent my life growing up in on an establishment that does not share the same values I believe a good business should represent. Please be cautious if you use this service.

What a great experience, I brought my wife s car here they diagnosed it and addressed the issue and scheduled a follow up appointment to fix the rest of the problems and reasonable price you can t go wrong and we plan on using you guys for anything else

I m sure like many, there is a certain amount of skepticism when dealing with auto services businesses, dealerships or others. I NEVER get that feeling with Metric Motors. They are always so pleasant, attentive, accommodating, professional and take the time to explain things. I ve never felt anything but honesty and confidence that they have your best interest at heart. They really are great.

Would give a 0 if I could. Sent my GF there to get an inspection on my CRV. Owner failed it due to one backup light being out and recommended a 4 wheel alignment and charged the $21 for the inspection. I went back and confronted the owner to see why they failed it as only one reverse light is required to pass inspection. I explained I wanted to get this situation resolved and I was trying to it peacefully. The owner in the middle of the waiting room then verbally threatened my and charged at me saying to leave before he hurt me. Then had to explain to police the situation to which they were flabbergasted, but there was nothing they could do. This place is notorious for over charging women and recommending services that dont need to be done and wont fix any of your problems. Avoid at all costs. If you see the bald headed easily tempered owner... RUN! For a fun night you can also read the owners responses on these!

The last 4 visits have been terrible, 3 of them either being straight up lied to or at the minimum information is not being passed from garage to office correctly. UPDATE February 2024: This review was originally posted sometime in 2022. It has been altered without my permission. It originally had more information regarding an exact incident that occurred. The fact that my review has been altered to hide / delete information I put WITHOUT my permission says tons about this business. Instead of calling me to apologize and requesting that I perhaps take out that information, they somehow had it done for them. 11/2024 - I still havent heard from them. ZERO STARS!!!

I been using metric motors since I moved to Dutchess county for my car care needs. Their technicians are highly skilled, they were able to diagnose the problem, and fix it even the bmw dealership could not. I wholeheartedly recommend metric motors to my family and friends.

I wish there was a 10-star option this repair shop is the best of the best. We tried a lot of stores near our home for a long time already, but all of them just charged us again and again for the problem they couldn t fix from the beginning and more and more mistakes due to wrong operations, not to mention dealer stores idea is to replace the part instead of repairs. So finally I had to come from 1h drive away for my Toyota s transmission this time since they fixed my dad s Volvo s transmission perfectly years ago. And of course, with the owner s lifetime experience and the technician s excellent skills, they fixed my Toyota, same as the amazing job they fixed my dad s Volvo, that s like they cured cancer because we really couldn t fix them in other places. The owner is very nice and professional, u just tell them what happened, they already know what to do. I highly recommend this place if you don t want to waste your time and money.

I brought my car in for an oil change and during their inspection they noticed my serpentine belts were dry rotting. They sent me an estimate and I approved the work, made the appointment and was in and out in an hour. Very professional and very nice staff.

Over the years I brought my car(s) in for service a lot. Back when an oil change included a vacuum service. Tires, oil changes, etc numerous visits for at least 10 years. I stopped coming after seeing a sign that they were hiring and encouraging my nephew to apply. When he went for his interview he said the owner looked at him strangely, possibly even scared. Wouldnt really shake his hand and even stepped back. I can only imagine why but my assumption now is racial discrimination, especially now finding out another nephew experienced the exact same treatment. I will NEVER step foot or recommend this place to anyone and just want you to know you should be ashamed of yourselves. My first nephew is now at a FAMILY of dealerships(with the same experience he had when he went to your place) and is much better off and Im sure my other nephew will land something better as well. I overlooked trying to sell me stuff I didnt need(all service places do that) but I will not now or ever overlook blatant racism. Im sure you dont care about losing one customer, but Ill sleep better knowing Im not lining the pocket of a racist.

I got a pop tire off the highway. I was 50 miles away from home a child in the car His mother just tried to commit suicide, and I was trying to show it good time at Stormville and senior citizen with cancer. I went into their desperate I was so far from home, begging them to help me change the tire just to show me how to jack it up and I do it myself. Meanwhile, the manager sitting in there Sitting Drinking something. I begged and begged No, I m backed up. There s only one guy here here. You can t help a child a woman and an elderly woman no, I cannot. I m so far from home no go away. Where do I go? I don t know. Try some more down the street. That s the kind of customer service they give the woman behind the counter was trying to help, but that manager could not care less he could ve helped he could ve just showed me how to raise the car and I would ve done it myself Like I asked. Went to the gas station and four strangers came up and help me that s what humanity is. Do not go here. They don t care they should be shut Down. Shame, shame, shame

I was in Carmel visiting a friend. I started my car and every warning light came on! I was able to reach my destination, but the car was running rough. Luckily, I drove into the parking lot at Metric Motors. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the electrical issue that caused my woes. They gave the car a thorough once-over and found a couple of other issues that needed to be addressed. All this at a fair price! Thank you, Dom, and the crew at Metric Motors!

I want to again give a big shout out to Arlene, Gina and all of the rest of the folks at Metric Motors! Last Wednesday on the 12th of April, I brought the truck in for shock replacements all around and a belt tensioner. I also had an oil change done. This was late in the day and would need a loaner for the next day for work. The loaner was provided and I was quickly on my way with me returning it the next day. When I got the call, I returned the loaner after work. Arlene explained what was done clearly. I must say after getting they tuck back and driving it for a week, the job was done extremely well. The folks at Metric always do an incredible job and those jobs hold up. My truck has very nearly been rebuilt by Metric and it runs fantastic! Thank you! I recommend them for whatever you need! Also, I hope to never get into an accident, but if I did, they now do auto body and collision work as well!! 5 stars!

No one there has been to a service writer school. Your cheap oil changes are for recycled oil. They use mostly parts made in China and Pakistan

This place is fantastic! Went here for the first time today after being recommended by a friend. Was told at a different place that I needed new rear brakes and rotors and was quoted $517 and felt that was high. Coming here I saved over $100 and everyone was very nice and friendly. My car was 5th in line and everything was done within 2ish hours. I will be coming back and recommending this business to others!

The work that they do is good, but they charged me $200 an hour because I brought my own part. Not cool. A combined total of $450 in labor and tax. Just to change the flex pipe on a stainless steel exhaust

Took my car in for diagnostics because my check engine light came on ( of course the car dealer couldnt help me on a Saturday !) They immediately figured out what the probelm was and said they could do the work that day but it was probably under warranty so see the dealer . It was, and they saved me $600 .00 . I have gone there before and always had great service, so when this cars warranty is up, guess where I will be going !

This place is a scam operation. I sat waiting for 2 hours for an inspection. Every customer was told they had a problem with their car, including myself. How do they sleep at night, ripping off customers. Especially older folks on a retirement budget. I know they were scamming people because I am a mechanic.

Always a good experience at Metric Motors got my suspension fixed in record time and Tom provided answers to all my many questions along the way. Will definitely continue coming back!

Went in recently for a replace of my starter. Dominic was very helpful and proactive about getting my car in. There was some miscommunication but they were very adaptive and willing to help in any way and the issue got resolved. I trust them and appreciate their hard work!

However, the real disappointment was the abysmal customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a hostile attitude that persisted until the moment I paid. I patiently waited for other customers to finish, only to be rudely told to wait one minute, lady. As a fellow local business owner, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. My experience was incredibly disappointing, and I wont be returning. REVIEW UPDATE: I wrote this review to address the lack of respect I experienced while interacting with your service advisor, and unfortunately, this is not the first time. I fully understand the challenges of managing a busy establishment. As you saw from your video footage where my patience was evident. When I approached the register, there was no customer in front of me, I patiently waited for others to finish, because I saw how frustrated your service advisor was. I have visited your establishment multiple times, having had positive interactions with respectful staff on a few occasions. However, there have been numerous instances where I was spoken to rudely. I want to emphasize that my intention is not to tarnish your reputation. Instead, I felt extremely disrespected during this particular encounter. As a fellow business owner, I believe its essential to address such incidents with an apology to the customer and by providing necessary training to employees. Responding negatively to a customers feedback only validates the experience I had today. While I recognize that the customer isn t always right, I stand firm in my feelings about the treatment I received at your establishment. One of the things Metric does very well is to be able to handle issues on the fly and theyve been my go-to for some time now. In this case the issues cleared on their own (this can actually happen with Subarus of this vintage). When I picked up the car they charged me nothing. I was perfectly willing to pay them for their time, of course, but they explained that they didnt do all that much because they simply didnt have to. They clearly made sure the car was road worthy before releasing it to me so I obviously owed them something, but they wouldnt hear of it. It just says a lot about how they run their business - they easily could have charged me for a few hours of technician time, and I would have happily paid it, but... they didnt, the car is back to normal and my customer loyalty quotient has only increased. Dominic and Arlene have been fantastic to work with.

Great place to have your car serviced

They did a great job of installing a purge control for the emission system. I would have replaced it myself but there were too many components in the way. The car was finished way ahead of time and that was appreciated. Thank you for an excellent job. :-) Update...10/14/23 I brought in my wifes Honda CRV because it was running rough. Turns out it needed new spark plugs and just some general maintenance that I didnt have time to get too. Metric Motors can be trusted . They do excellent and detailed work. Pricing is more than fair. PLEASE READ, SAVE YOURSELF!!! I recently had a terrible experience with Metric Motors during a vehicle inspection. From start to finish, it was evident that this mechanic business was more interested in making a quick buck than providing honest and reliable service. I dropped my car off and then an hour later received a phone call. I immediately noticed the pattern of deception. The mechanic claimed that both front ball joints were loose and posed a severe safety risk. However, I knew better and decided to play along, pretending to be naïve about the situation. I inquired if the car would still pass inspection, and they assured me that it would, but they offered to fix the ball joints right away. I declined their offer, stating that I would handle it in the next few weeks. Suddenly, they called back to inform me that they were now going to fail me for the ball joints, even though the New York State DMV website explicitly states that you cannot fail for ball joints. Upon arriving at the shop, I encountered an unenthusiastic staff member who presented a fake smile. I asked to see the alleged issue with the ball joints, and much to their chagrin, they couldnt find any problem. It became apparent that this was nothing more than a shameless money grab. Things took a turn for the worse when the mechanic accidentally smashed my car into the side of the lift!!! I remained calm and understanding, even though it was a clear sign of their incompetence. Instead of taking responsibility, they conveniently suggested fixing it later without involving insurance. Finally, I confronted Dominick, the manager, who initially admitted that the ball joints should not warrant a fail. However, he backtracked on his statement and left the decision up to the mechanic, who desperately tried to convince me of the non-existent issue. I showed them the official document from the NYS DMV, proving that they were wrong, and despite three out of four people agreeing that the ball joints were totally fine, they reluctantly passed my car. They then tried to charge me for the inspection without providing the promised paperwork detailing the issues they claimed my car had. Even when they finally handed me the paperwork, it was misleading, only stating that the inspection was passed, conveniently omitting the fact that they caused damage to my bumper. After pointing out the error, they reluctantly provided a revised receipt. Throughout this entire ordeal, Metric Motors displayed unprofessional behavior, deception, and a lack of integrity. Its evident that they have a history of such practices, as many of my peers informed me they had similar experiences with them after I told them about this situation. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this business and find a trustworthy and reputable mechanic elsewhere.

The staff at Metric Motors could not have been nicer. They communicated clearly of what to expect and advised that the work will not be performed until I approved it!! I received a detailed invoice of items that my car needed with the price for each item and I could pick and choose which items I wanted them to complete. My car was actually completed earlier than expected and it runs better than ever!!! Don t go anywhere else! You know up front what you are receiving and you are at ease! They are honest and don t take advantage of you!!!

Great shop good service good price and on point right on time

Im from out of state and was visiting family over the Thanksgiving holiday. While driving, I hit sharp rocks by the side of the road and gashed both passenger side tires. I had my car flat bedded to Metric on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Within the day, they ordered two identical new tires, mounted, and realigned them for my trip back home to Virginia on Saturday. The staff was courteous, sympathetic, and kept me posted on progress the entire day at a very reasonable price. Kudos to the staff at Metric! Your professional work and behavior was greatly appreciated!

Was a loyal customer up until today. All they want is your money and can careless about the service they provide. Unless you are a white male then they treat you with the best service. I came in for an inspection a few times before and it s always a long wait they don t take appointments they just tell you to come in first serve is fine. But don t tell me to come in and I come in and their is no availability that message could ve been relayed when I called. And is it really first serve if ppl coming in after me car is being done before me which makes the wait even longer. Their is no sense of order. In addition the same policy s don t apply to everyone. I came in for an inspection about 3 times. The first time I was told you would have passed inspection but the ONLY thing that made u fail is your left tire. Proceeds to try and charge me 1000 for the same tires I had. I bought those tires from the dealer and let me tell you brand new out the box it was not 1000 it was $600 so already your price gauging. But the one tire only problem that needs to be fixed no problem will do. Comes back a 2nd time called said first come first serve when asked availability. When arrived they were to busy the inconvenience of a drive could have been saved when I called and asked if u guys were available. The third time I bring it in brand new tires all 4 new headlights anything important was fixed. Because remember the ONLY thing I needed fix was the one tire but I got all 4 new ones. They tried to fail me again for a smaller window crack under the wipers and for in her words a small windshield wiper tear . Now before everyone goes well a crack can t pass. They passed my car 2 other times with the same exact crack not only that but when u did my inspection the first time and THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE LEFT FRONT TIRE why are two more things being added to the list. Not to mention the windshield wiper can easily be replaced by them. My problem is that I ve come to get an inspection for the third time and all y all looking for is money. Because did I forget to mention even the f u pass or fail they can still charge u a few and if u come back after being failed again with the 30 day mark they are allowed to add added fees and charges. And I wouldn t feel as if their wasn t a double standard but the same day u failed me for cracked windshield (only put air quotes because they have passed my car multiple times with the same crack) why didn t you fail the white male with the failed o2 sensors no u passed him and said oh just drive around a little and show us later that it s working. If your gnna have a policy hold it across the board not just sometimes. Organize your scheduling and booking because just because you buy new waiting room chairs with the money you making off peoples back with subpar work on cars doesn t mean people have time or money to be wasted on your establishment. And beware of their parking lot it s herrendous no order to parking what s so ever survival of the fittest. Not to mention the ground is covered in nothing but ice you slip in fall that can be a great issue the thing is like a ice skating rink. Salt your ground take that extra money you making off price gauging to actually care about your customers safety. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY THERE AGAIN!

Great same day service!

MM is great! The staff always explains their work and expresses what they deem necessary in the future. Moreover, they complete the work that they say they will do and ALWAYS check in after to ensure my satisfaction!

We had our catalic converter replaced by another mechanic in the bronx, bc of ease re where we were working at the time. Long story short they over tighted the new converter and cracks or splits developed from to much pressure build up causing exhaust to go into the car. Horrible smell and not good to breath. We took our Honda fit to Metric Motors and they replaced the gasket and said they could re weld the splits/cracks on converter and place it so it wasnt under pressure. We almost didnt have the welding done bc my partner is quite good with that but to save time etc we decided to have them go forward with repairs, all hand work they told us so it took some time but they repaired a ton of small leaks in exhaust at no extra charge and the car is much quieter and working exceptionally better. No more fumes in the car . Very happy so far with our decision to have them do the extra work! thank you ! Would definitely recommend!

I left my car at metric this a.m. first thing and when I talked to the sales person at 8:15 they told me they couldn t have it ready by lunch but that they would have it ready at 2 o clock. When I arrived at 2 o clock they were just putting it on the lift and said it would be another 45 minutes. I wasn t able to wait any longer. What I think made the whole experience so miserable was that they were rude to me and made me cry. I will never use this business again. There are other places to spend your money where you could be treated better as a customer. This was for a simple oil change btw

Great fast oil change

I had my car towed to Metric Motors due to a bad engine. We all determined the repair was not worth the cost. Due to my unique situation and the amazing customer service at Metric, they worked with me until I was able to sort out everything with my car. The customer service at Metric was far superior to other shops I ve worked with in the past. Their facilities are clean and their staff is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Metric Motors!! Dropped my truck off for oil change and fuel filter change. They texted me about my front axel in need of repair once they had my vehicle on the lift. When I texted back asking if the price they just sent me was the total for the entire job or was that just the axel repair price they replied back with a smirky remark. The price of parts and the labor isnt as low as a little Honda Civic would be That comment and that comment alone is the reason I will never go there again or recommend anyone go there for that matter. Being a tough guy though your text system is a slimy way to run a business. If your going to charge high end labor rates provide high end customer service.

The absolute worst service. I dropped my car off for an inspection at 8am when they first open! They said it would be about an hour, I confirmed my cell so they would call me and then left because I had to get ready for work. At 10:30 I had still not heard anything so I called them and a rude lady told me that they cannot tell me when it would be ready but probably by 6pm. Cut to 7:15 they are now closed and I happen to drive by on my way home from work when what do I see but my car out front where they normally park them when they are done. With the lights on over the dashboard. I pulled in to not only see that the inspection had been done but the keys were in the car and the door was left ajar. I ended up taking my car because I didnt want it to get stolen. When I called back this morning to pay, I had a lady YELL at me and tell me I am a liar that they did call me and that they were still open when I drove by. She was so rude and disrespectful not even giving me that chance to speak. She asked/ yelled that I never bring my car back there again. BELIEVE ME I WONT, and I will make sure as many people as I can know how they treated me.

Arrived for an oil change and needed new brakes. They took care of me right away. I waited a short time and drove away knowing we would all be safe on our trip north. Metric is friendly, efficient, and they have a great set of mechanics! I trust them with my car.

I want to thank the team at Metric Motors for always going above and beyond with the service of my fleet vehicles. From the welcome when I first arrive to the follow up after the service. This center is the way all other facilities should follow as a template for great customer service.

Car was starting rough. So we took it in early Saturday morning. While at it, we asked that the transmission fluid be changed. Located in a nice area, we took a seven mile hike as they worked on our 2013 Elantra that is just shy of 300k miles. Work was done in about three hours. And they recommended new brakes up front as well as a repair to a leaking muffler using an affordable kit. We knew we needed new brakes and appreciated the tip about the muffler repair in lieu of replacement! Highly recommended.

A trustworthy repair center.

I traveled over 40 minutes to get to Metric Motors and it was so worth it! They are honest! They performed the inspection and advised me of issues (which I was aware of) that should be performed or that I should be aware of...my local garage, which has a good rating, was the complete opposite, stating I needed unnecessary work done at the tune of 1,000.00 in order to pass the inspection. MMs feedback was spot on, they highlighted proposed work without holding it over me. On top of that, the people are so friendly, helpful and supportive of your needs. The woman who checked me in is a superstar, so positive, upbeat, and attentive! I highly recommend Metric Motors, even if you have to travel a fair distance to get there! Its WORTH it!

Took my vehicle 92 Bronco there for an alignment. I was told the adjustment sleeves were seized and they couldn t adjust them without being replaced. I told them I would do the work myself (which I always do). They charged me $70 for nothing. I went home and the adjusters were not seized, they moved freely with a little effort.

I would have given negative stars if that was a choice. After going for routine oil change it turned Out that all of the filters were never replaced and they replaced my tires. But then 1 week later my maintenance light had come on !!??? And decided to bring to my original mechanic and nothing was done properly. I will never go back and do not recommend metric motors to anyone , they scam you, let customers stand inside in the dark with no lights on ?? And since the mechanic Steve who is no longer there and since then place has gone down hill. Calling and getting yelled at by the incompetent front desk staff . Steer clear of Metric Motors.

Born and raised here in Carmel and just moved back 18 years later metric motors still in business and as a kid they sponsored my basketball team! whether it s my daily driver or my 1958 Jeep Willy I don t have any one but metric working on them EVERY TIME They provide full diagnostics of what s wrong what they suggest to do and they simply execute EVERY TIME. From the front desk to the back door every one is on the same page at this place.

Will never use Metric Motors again. Went in for oil change and inspection. Was told I needed brake pads. Literally took all day because I was told they couldn t get the correct pads for my Chevy Traverse. Upon paying for service, they wanted to charge me over $200 more than what was quoted. Arlene was completely rude to me. I was just questioning why they were charging me so much more for front brakes on my 2 year old car. She was yelling saying if I took my car to the dealer it would be over $1000. No explanation why they wanted to charge me so much more. She acted like they did me a favor. I was paying for a service they said they could do. I have never been treated so rudely and will never use them again.

Brought in my brand new car to have it inspected and do an oil change. The front desk people were extremely friendly and communicative. A nice touch was when I came to pick up my vehicle they had given it a wash after all that dirty snow and salt over the winter. Will continue to bring my car here for general maintenance and service.
