Bought my 2003 Tacoma approx. 4 months ago( Feb. 2017), specially dont write review in the same day, wait how it will work for me. Past 4 months already and my truck is like new( I use my truck very heavy, working in construction). No lights comes out, no problems at all. This dealership is amazing. Very fair prices and very strong, good quality trucks. Those people dont need even ad. My friend purchased truck from them and recommended this place to me. I purchased truck from them and recommend this place to my brother. Very happy with my purchase. Im absolutely pleased with the work done on my Dodge Charger, fast professional service. Very nice people to deal with, they dont try to upsell you, they will accept customer supplied parts, and the pricing is right on point! Id absolutely recommend this place to anyone its definitely a hidden gem for upper NYS. Any mechanical work you need done, this is the place to go! I will definitely be coming back for more work to be done to my car. If I could give more then 5 stars I could.

I purchased a 2004 Toyota Tacoma from Carmall Auto on April 27th 2017. On April 28th the check engine light came on throwing a code catalyst system efficiency below threshhold.I contacted the own/seller right away and he told me to clear the code, it could be an error. I got a second opinion on the code and it was diagnosed as a catlytic converter problem, an expensive fix. The owner/seller told me to pick up an 02 sensor at autozone, however, I was expected to pay for it. He wanted me to come in, and he would install it, however I live 1.5 hours away and going back and forth to find the issue was not possible. I offered to pick up the parts and he would install them, he declined my offer. And would not install the parts for free, even though I had the vehicle for less than 24 hours. I ended up taking the vehicle in for a a third diagnoses while I was receiving an oil change and the news was even more grim. Seller did not disclose a past code on the vehicle, and it was evident I needed to replace the whole system. Over $2500 in just parts. I purchased a vehicle to commute in, not take back and forth to a shop. I would be happy to provide any additional information as needed, to anybody.

Bought a car out right on February 22nd. After a couple days noticed the car was jerking and drivig funny. I contacted Gene to inform him of my problem, he kindly asked me to take it to a Nissan Dealer where they could give me a full diagnostic report. Turned out my transmission fluid needed to be flushed, sway bar, back rotor, and floor boards needed to be replaced. I took the car back to him and he fixed everything with no charge (besides transmission fluid due to the fact he could not flush, only add more, so i took it to Valvoline) and its been perfect ever since! With this being the first time i purchased a car i was very skeptical! Thank you gene for a great car!

Asked if this car was inspect-able, Gene said yes, but the emergence brake didnt work - he gave me $100 to get it fixed. No back head rests. Car was filthy inside. Took the car for a test drive and no idiot lights were on. My son told me not to buy the car, but I did. We had driven 2.5 hours one way to see this car. We weret 10 miles down the road the the tire light came on. This morning the VSC/TRAC, Check engine lights came on. I know these lights can be turned off temporarily by those who know how. The car was advertised as silver but it is a green. I was so intent on checking out the body that I never noticed - it is one of those colors that changes in the light. So it is truly buyer be ware. My son was right, I should not have bought it. Bad on me. 9/22 Just had a very reputable mechanic work on the car to fix the emergency break. Come to find out all of parts of the emergency break were removed ALL of them, just some cable was left. The drive shaft is shot and the exhaust needs to be mended. The fuel system - filler cap and and all the wiring is shot - rusted out. To get it up to be inspectable it is going to cost me ~$500, and then I still have to fix the drive shaft, he couldnt give me an estimate, but it sounds like $700 worth of repair. Gene, if you will pay for these repairs, I will take down these comments. If not I will research what restitution I can get.
