I highly recommend this shop they treat their customers like family and do great work if I could leave 100 stars I would they always work as fast as they can to make sure your back on the road and do an amazing job they take pride in their work and always treat your vehicle with care which a lot of places don’t do even during the week of Christmas they were able to help me out and took amazing care of my truck it’s never ran as good as it does now and they fixed a few other small issues the old beast had and didn’t even charge me for the tiny fixes they did I was super stressed out not having a vehicle this close to Christmas and they made sure that she was all safe and good to go for me they are truly the best shop around I’m never gonna go anywhere else but boyers and the owner has such an awesome sense of humor he truly made me feel at home while I was there if you need any kind of maintenance done go to boyers they won’t let you down truly a 10/10 shop
Squeezed me in for a last minute oil change and didn't treat me like crap over it like other places 🙂 definitely will be getting my work done with these guys from now on!!
What a great experience. We were in and out with an inspection. Mechanic got right in the van and gave my pup (who was in the drivers seat) some love, moved her over and drove her with her and my nephew in the front seat. Ha! Came back so fast and we were on our way. Woman at the front desk was also quite lovely. Thank you, Boyers!

DONT GO HERE! I came here to have my alternator done and opened my hood to see a line Jerry rigged into my Fuze junction box that has been drilled out! And Jeff said he saved me money!!!! White smoke pouring out my tail pipe and my hood latch is broke. He just destroyed my car!
We used Boyer’s on the recommendation of a friend. Boyer’s did the work we requested on time & for a reasonable price. But, they also fixed (or faked) other ‘problems’ that we didn’t ask about, for a total cost five times what we expected going in! We took our car in for an A/C recharge and oil change. Somehow they decided we needed new wheel bearings ($$$), even though we weren’t having any problems. We couldn’t even tell that they actually did anything. When we came to pick up our car, Boyer’s had drained the battery to the point where the dash wouldn’t light up. We had never had a problem starting the car prior to this. So we had to leave it there. When they replaced the battery a week later, they not only charged us the full price for the problem they had caused, they also tacked on some small charges for other ‘fixes’ we hadn’t approved. This included new headlamps (I happen to have checked the headlamps just before bringing the car in and they were working fine then) and adding oil (I guess they forgot they had just changed the oil!) Oh, and the A/C stopped working the next day.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of motor vehicles. Glad you were able to rebuild as the new facility looks awesome! Thanks Update 39Jan23: Brought my vehicle in this morning for some front end work. Mechanic asked me what was going on and I gave him my best assessment. Took it right in and I was out in 2 hrs. Keep in mind that I arrived super early and my repairs were not too complicated. There are no appointments here so it's first come first served depending on what came in the night before. Always super friendly and helpful. They're fairly close to my house (within 15 minutes) so that's a plus for me. When I need to get something done, I always go there. Trust is a huge part of selecting a reputable repair shop and they have my vote for being the best! Thanks for your help and talented expert employees. Bravo 💯💯💯👍👍👍👏👏👏 Update: 02Oct24 Needed my front brakes done as well as an inspection. Staff was extremely helpful and took care of me in a very timely manner. Love going here. Never go anywhere else for my automotive repair needs. Will always come back. Honesty is a huge aspect of the repair shop decision and they always have my "six (6)!" Thank you for your time and help with this and every repair I've needed. I'll be back! 💯

This place is by far the biggest joke on the planet! Takes money that wasn t for them and KNOWS they deposited the checks (we have the proof) and will not even talk to us now! Way to show what your company really is!

I went to Boyers on the remote chance I could get my truck inspected.. They were able to squeeze me in and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently with no surprises !!! I was very pleased with the service.

I needed a wheel hub pressed out, and the man had it air chiseled out in a matter of seconds. I was just happy that I didnt have to keep hitting it with my sledgehammer.

First time there. Was referred to from my daughter. Went for a inspection. They failed me and said it was a loose front right ball joint. (Which had been replaced 3 months before.) I thought I had a faulty part. When I checked the ball joint it was fine! Had my car inspected some where else and they showed me what was actually wrong with the car. Rear sway bar links were shot. I paid to have them fixed and my car was inspected. I dont mind putting money in my car to fix it but dont try to tell me something is wrong thats new!!!!

Bought a car from this place didn t even have it for a month and the a/c stopped working. They changed the part still didn t work. Went in for oil change, plugs, wires etc came out with sludge in my coolant reservoir, that took 2 weeks to do. Brought it back told them about it. They said oh the mechanic forgot to flush the lines now you need a radiator, 4 days later. My car still was over heating and dripping coolant. They cracked my head gasket!!! Told them about it. They said oh no it s just a couple clips. Got my car back and NOTHING changed, same issues!!! My car sat in my driveway unable to drive for 8 months! They ignored my calls, voicemails when I could leave one from the voicemail box being full most the time. They came and got my vehicle because I refused to pay for a car that they refused to fix properly! Still they never called me! Then I received a voicemail from the old owner threatening me! Over the title and keys! Yet still never received a call from anyone in the office that actually works there! This place is a joke! They don t know how to do business and all they want is money! They don t actually fix your vehicle they make it ten times worse!!!
Every time I go there.. I get treated with respect n manners...I get no bs that I need more work done.... Dont have to go back to get things refixed...just very happy overall

Very dishonest and will damage your vehicle so that they can repair it for you when nothing was actually wrong !! I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to them.
Will never bring my vehicle here again. Brought it in with a minor sound and they changed fluids and now it is worse and they refuse to take any accountability. Jeff Is a real class act, he said he doesn t give a fuck and to bring it somewhere else. Very dishonest and unwilling to consider there mechanics are anything less than perfect.
Great customer service
Brought car to get inspected they told me it would not pass because I was going to need shocks, struts and a tie rod end. I agreed with the woman at the front desk about the tie rod end however I explained to her that the rear shocks were replaced less than a year ago. I then asked will a car fail because of worn shocks and struts? Her response was yes. I checked and come to find out in reference to shocks and struts it will only fail if they are missing or the mounts are broke. Which is not the case on my car. So one of two things, either there is a lack of knowledge or they thought I was going to have them replace the shocks and struts.
People were very helpful and polite.they tried their best to help.

Horrible! Don t ever bring your vehicle to this place. Dropped truck off with very specific instructions for it to be done by a certain day. They never called to update us We had to call on the weekend only to find out it wasn t even started and would not be finished. Once they had it in the shop, they never even called to quote a price before working on it. What reputable business does that?! We finally get the truck back a week later and two minutes down the road all these lights pop on. This place is a joke. Very unprofessional, scammers. There are way better places to bring your vehicles who are professional and do quality work you can trust. So, run, don t ever go to this shop! My father was in the auto repair business for thirty plus years so I know the difference between a good car repair shop and a bad one, so this ladies and gents is a BAD one!!!!

I have a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee that wouldnt start. My mechanics is very limited, I thought it might be the starter, or O2 sensor. Jeff wanted to make sure, told me that the Jeeps are known for electrical problems. This made me feel very confident and comfortable to know that he has a great knowledge of vehicles and their issues. I didnt have an appointment and had to have it towed to the garage. Within 36 hours he had my car diagnosed and repaired. I am sure that there were other cars there before mine. I thought the time was very reasonable, the price was great and Jeff seems to be a man of integrity. I will trust him again with my Jeep as well as my wifes car. I just hope I don t have to use him too often ... then again.... he does sell cars.

This was the worst place I have ever been! First they charged for a ball joint which they never replaced they actually welded the old one back on making any future repair more expensive. At the same time they replaced the cv axle. A day and a half later my car breaks down again i pay for a second tow and they tell me that now i need a new transmission never mentioning that theyre the ones who broke it replacing the cv axle. I pay $1520 dollars for a new tranny they take 11 days to do the job and they never even put the new tranny in. Now their refusing to give it back even though im supposed to be able to bring it back to the place i bought it for a core charge. The NEW transmission is leaking like crazy. I wouldnt let these people work on my son bif wheel let alone my car again. Buyer beware!!!
WOULD NEVER MAKE ANYONE SUFFEE THE WAY I DID! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! FEOM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ACTUAL SERVICE. I BOUGHT a Ford F350 Super Duty Diseasl & it was sent to Boyers to have Fixed (sent there by the place we bought our truck) They had NO IDEA WHAT they were doing. They ripped out the wiring for the Plow to fix the issue of coolant leaking into the oil. One of the Employees told me that they did NOT have anyone there that knew OR had any KNOWLEDGE of how to fix what was wrong or how to fix our truck (he told us it had to be fixed by the actual ford dealership, because BOYERS BROKE THE TRUCK WORSE THAN WHAT IT WAS.)They had our Truck in their care for 4.5 weeks and up in getting it back we found out it was NOT fixed & there Was MORE WRONG WITH IT THEN WHEN WE BOUGHT IT. IT was then sent to the ACTUAL FORD DEALER to be fixed PROPERLY. SO NOT ONLY WERE WE LIED TO but upon dropping off our truck the Owners Father- in- law/father HIT my 2010 Traverse passenger mirror & flipped out on me. I DO NOT AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE REGUARDLESS THE TROUBLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL HAVE MORE TROUBLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE THAN YOU BEGAN WITH AND WILL END UP PAYING MORE TO FIX THEIR MESS. SERIOUSLY THOUGH WHY CUT WIRES TO A FULLY FUNCTIONAL PLOW TO REPLACE THE OIL PRESSURE PUMP & Then claim they REPLACED OTHER PARTS ON MY TRUCK NOW 2 MONTHS WE HAVE TO REPLACE BLOWN HEAD GASKETS?Can ANYONE answer this?

We go to Boyers all the time. Theyve taken care of our family with good prices. When theyve needed to order parts in, they were able to get them in quickly without many issues. Prices are good, and Jeffs got a good sense of humor.
I would advise anyone not to use this service center. We took our car in for a simple repair and ended up having to take the place to small claims court just to get right full compensation. The owner is one of the most vulgar individuals I have ever meet, when we complained he made inappropriate comments about my wife.
