I ve been using Bug-U for several years are and have noticed a significant reduction in ants, flies and other bugs since they ve been treating our house. The house is closed during the winter and I used to find many dead flies when opening in the spring. Now there are very few. They were also able to get rid of a hornets nest that was in an eave 20 feet above my deck.

Bug-U-Pest has worked with me to resolve mice issues and insect spraying outside. The service tech, James, is very nice and knowledgeable. He remembered that I was interested in outside traps for chipmunks and mice. On his recent scheduled appointment for insect spraying, he also brought the outside traps, saving me an additional service call. Bug-U-Pest is competent, friendly and easy to deal with.

I called BUG-U for assistance with a suspected carpenter ant invasion on a duplex property i own. The representative that answered was pleasant and knowledgeable and advised me to setup a bi-monthly service for the summer season to get the general insect issues we have resolved. I was told it could take up to a week for the initial visit- however i received a call to schedule a tech the following day. The tech arrived 2 days after my initial call (great response time considering that this likely a very busy time for the company). The tech was very knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation and treatment, verifying the carpenter ant problem and verifying their entry locations on both sides of our duplex. After internal and external treatments we have already seen a huge difference in less than a week. Fantastic company - the owner should be proud. Keep up the great work .

I called Bug-U for a carpenter bee problem that was out of control. Carpenter bees were destroying and boring holes in my log home. It was so bad, we couldnt even enjoy sitting on our deck because there would be 3-4 big, fat carpenter bees hovering and bombing you as you sat there. There were clearly visible holes bored in the logs by these bees. Bug-U did a thorough treatment but after 7 days, carpenter bees were still around. Now THIS is why this company has 5 stars from all their customers. I called and let them know that I was a little unhappy as I was still seeing the carpenter bees around the building. The owner immediately and personally came out and did another treatment free of charge. After this 2nd treatment, there was not a carpenter bee in sight and I noticed several big fat bees dead on the ground along side of the building. I am very happy with the service this company provided - they make sure their customers are happy.
