Great place great service. I've been going here for years
Had an issue with a tire leaking and walked in. Was told 1 1/2 hour wait and it turned out to be less of a wait in the pleasant waiting area. They ran into trouble replacing the leaking valve due to after market rims. Cory offered me a ride home and a pickup when the valve could be delivered and tire fixed over the weekend. Very professionally handled by all involved as they uncovered the problem and gave me options. Highly recommended!
Did our oil change in good timing. However, he mentioned the new tires I just bought and had put on by my mechanic who also does inspections. I'm sure he would have told me when they put them on 2 weeks ago.
They ruined my 5.7 hemi Durango engine. Wrong oil filter, my wheel fell off, dropped socket in my oil! Went there for a year and I took my car here in December for an inspection, oil change and freshen up before I drove the car to Texas where I was moving, I also asked them to take my wheels off and inspect the brakes specifically. After he hands me my keys back he says I should just sell the car, strange. First thing I immediately noticed is they put the wrong oil filter on the car. About a week and a half later after I got my car back the wheel fell off when I was driving and the lugs broke because they weren’t torqued down to spec properly. They put the wheel back on but the shop refused to accept damages and I was out of pocket a new wheel since my current one was ruined and unable to be balanced. Fast forward another two weeks I’m in Texas and my engine blew up. I open it up to find a 10mm socket in the oil pan that had eaten away my engine, I had driven all the way to Texas like that. It’s currently at a shop with a real team of mechanics seeing if it’s salvageable. Sad that I lost my favorite car but at least I have others to get around.
Took my car for an inspection. I needed work in order to pass. They offered many solutions to meet my needs. I was able to make a decision on repairs to my vehicle and it passed inspection. Brett made it easy.
Incredible service, as always from Warren Tire. I tried going other places due to car issues and they either wanted to ignore me and not listen to me, or charge an arm and a leg. I've been told many times I'm not listened to "because I'm a girl" but I would probably surprise you with how much I do know about cars. Warren Tire got me in rather quickly with my 2006 Honda Accord. Took about a weeks wait, no big deal I work 2 miles from home and that was sooner than I expected. Come to find out, I wasnt crazy! (How about that?) My front control arm was shot and my rear sway bar had broken, and the car was out of alignment. I had a quote by 11:30 and my car back and FIXED when I got out of work at 3:30. Couldn't be more than happy with the service I received and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future for any other needs whether on this car or when I trade it for a newer one!
Inviting waiting room. Lots of big windows let in the Sun. Free coffee. Free WiFi. All in all a very professional operation. The gentlemen at this Warren Tire are friendly, honest, and seem genuinely committed to providing the right service as quickly as they can. Is it cheap ? No... but it is in line with the costs of other professional vehicle repair businesses. But for me, it's the VALUE that matters, and when I have a service or repair done, I am confident that I will not have to return for that same issue again.( That saves me $$$ ). They tell me what I need, and ONLY what I need, and then provide it. They try to save me money any way they can, and many times the actual cost is less than the quote. I highly recommend the Warren Tire at this location

Had a little misunderstanding/miscommunication re: the installation of my vehicles horn, but I can live with it. In my opinion, I believe that all employees need to know the procedures re: labor cost disputes when a customer buys a part to be installed (that was defective) vs buying the part through Warren Tire to be installed. Lesson learned on my part. The mechanics did an great job finding the problem with my running lights, Thank You so much. I can finally drive at night w/o worrying about getting stopped for insufficient lights. Again, Thank You Brett
My oil changed everything was good good people was very good l will go back .
I was so grateful that they were able to fit me in. I had a nail in my tire, which thankfully I purchased the road hazard warranty...no cost and they were done much earlier than they had said.

We needed new tires on our Jeep. So we drive to the location on Dix Avenue. Brett was at the desk and got us all setup on tires, mount and balancing! Mind you, this is a friday at 3pm on Memorial Day weekend, during the Covid-19 pandemic! They even checked our alignment and adjusted everything! Brett is knowledgeable and a straight shooter when it comes to buying tires! My family and I do business there because of the quality of work and the best prices, not to mention Brett Porter, one of the managers is a great guy and professional, honest and down to earth- Definitely worth going and working with them! Oil changes, tire rotation or exhaust! Quality workmanship

Excellent service, experienced a flat tire late in the day, I was able to get to the location about 90 minutes before they closed. Brian took care of me, helped get a tire on the truck and was back on the road in about 45 minutes.
The quality of service at this location is great. Their pricing is fair and the work is solid. All of the gentlemen who helped me were polite, consideratex amd professional. I would highly recommend Warren Tire.

They were running behind alot of people to deal with its the end of the month getting there inspection done my appointment was for 230 and left @ 3 something but I understand when people wait for the almost last day to get there car inspection so the most part was all good
