Northeastern auto coach did a great job with my vehicle, you would never know there was any damage once all work was completed. The car looked like new. I will refer everyone who needs work done to go here they truly went above and beyond. They kept in contact and updated me through the whole process. Autumn handled everything with my insurance company i had no back and forth to worry about. It truly is a great shop.

Autumn was a wonderful help in all aspects of my car repair and communication with usaa. she did everything possible to make sure my claim was taken care of asap as i was paying out of pocket for my rental car. she even called enterprise to make sure they were giving me the best deal. i highly recommend Northeaster Auto Coach for any of your auto body repairs. i know i won't be going anywhere else! p.s. my vehicle looks brand new. couldn't be happier.

Was in my first car accident and came to this shop for an estimate. They were very friendly and thorough in explaining what my vehicle was going to need so I scheduled an appointment for the repairs. They let me know how long the repairs would take and contacted me with updates along the way. Their work was amazing, and my car looks like the accident never happened.

I brought my car here with nearly $3000 of front end damage, and was given back the car without an alignment. The owner tells me he drove it and didn't believe it needed one. Is this a JOKE? I almost couldn't make it home it was so bad. Was told by another machanic I would he reimbursed for the alignment after I got one and then the owner tells me he went over budget and wouldn't refund me. I thought Dalton was a great guy...... However looks and words are deceiving. STAY AWAY Car also making all types of noises. $3000 down the drain. Owner says it didn't need an alienment, look at the print out how bad my alienment was FRONT AND BACK! (Also tells me I was working on the front I didn't do anything to the back 🤦) Said I would leave bad review he says GO AHEAD and hangs up.
