Called last Saturday morning to tell them my windshield was leaking after having them replace it. I also let them know that they also replaced two other people i know windshields in the recent past and also leaked. The lady said the technician will get back to me as soon as possible. Thank God I didn't hold my breath because they never did. Two days later the company that repaired the damage to my truck which did a great job opened (closed weekends) contacted them and scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. If you want to guarantee a leaking windshield and nobody to contact you while you're vehicle fills with water you know who to call.

Called Thursday afternoon for an appointment. Friday Jim the technician was there right on time . Replaced the windshield on my suburban in about an hour. And the price was very good ! I wouldn't hesitate to call Glass America again if needed.
